I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership. On Friday morning, I was provided with a printed PDF clearly showing a $1,298 dealer adjustment credit. However, when I went there on Saturday morning, the salesperson said their manager had "made a decision" on Friday afternoon that the fee was now unavoidable. Despite having the offer in writing, they refused to honor it, stating it was "impossible" to remove any other dealership add-ons. To make matters worse, their specific add-ons (like Pulse) are significantly marked up—priced at $499 here compared to $399 at neighboring dealerships. This business practice is untrustworthy and a complete waste of time. I will move on and never be your customer. Thank you.

Terrible experience with the service department. At the day of my serivce, I was told I will be charged $30 more than they estimated for oil change over the phone. When I questioned why, the guy simply said I'm free to leave if I'm not happy about the price. He also advised brake fluid + transmission oil change for a 10k miles and 3years old car, which in total quotes like $1100+??? Don't waste people's time like this.

We came up to purchase a vehicle for our business to help build some business credit we filled out all of the paperwork we were told somebody would get back to us multiple times nobody ever did get back to us with a denial or an okay extremely frustrating. We have other options we can pay for most of the vehicle up front but nobody from Finance decided to reach out to us and ask us how to remedy or is a deal pushed through. They just denied and on to the next client super typical in dealerships these days there is zero communication we will be taking our business to another Toyota dealership elsewhere and not coming back with the ability to purchase due to lack of communication I would not recommend this dealership to anybody

Ana was great to work with. She made the process of purchasing our car easy. Thank you Ana and the rest of the team for getting the car that we wanted and for updating us each step of the way.

Special shoutout to Ahmad Rashid and Annette for making this process as seamless as possible. No BS, straight empathetic customer service! Special shoutout to Ahmad for selling me on a exterior color that was different than what I had in mind. Glad I listened to him.

We worked with Ana Pang on getting a good deal on a pre-owned Ioniq 6. All details were worked out over email respecting my ask for OTD without any add-ons (AI summary highlights that as an issue with TOK). I showed up at the showroom and did the test drive before signing the paperwork. I was most impressed by Jason from Finance who swept through signing in a matter of few mins. I was a little disappointed with how the handover was handled, especially the car was still dirty when I took the keys. They washed it again but I'd call it a poor delivery experience. Additionally, the car didn't come with a charging cable, nor was I offered any compensation for that. I realized it after reaching home that my car didn't have a cable. My two cents to the dealership is to sell non Toyotas only if they know about the cars. Also make the buying experience as they would do for their Toyota buyers.

1 Star - After 15 Years, They’ve Lost My Business After 15+ years as a loyal customer, Toyota of Kirkland has completely failed me. I brought my 2025 Corolla Cross in for two warranty issues: a loose roof rail and separating rear quarter panel window trim. Their "solutions" were unacceptable: • Roof Rail: Instead of handling this repair, they handed me a business card for a body shop and told me to take it there. • Trim/Weatherstrip: The service advisor told me verbatim: "Unless water is actually getting into your cabin, there is nothing we can do." Telling a customer to wait for active water damage and mold on a brand-new 2025 vehicle before acting is professional negligence. The Contrast at Toyota of Bellevue: I took the car to Bellevue, and the difference was night and day. They didn't make excuses or hand out business cards. They diagnosed the roof rail immediately and repaired it in-house using standard Toyota clips and adhesive—proving Kirkland simply didn't want to do the work. They also actually inspected the trim and compared it to another Corolla Cross on their lot with 10k miles to ensure mine was within factory standards. Kirkland Toyota’s laziness and attempt to "pawn off" warranty work is appalling. After 15 years of loyalty, they have lost my business permanently. If you want a dealership that actually supports the Toyota warranty, go to Bellevue.

I just had one of the most concerning interactions I’ve ever had with a service department — especially for a $50,000 performance vehicle. For context, I own a 2025 GR Corolla. Anyone familiar with the GR platform knows there are widespread concerns about how these cars are handled at dealerships. Owners constantly report cars being treated like base Corollas, incorrect oil being used, oil changes being skipped despite being explicitly required at 5,000-mile intervals, and general unfamiliarity with the platform under the 2-year service plan. Unfortunately, my experience at this location matched every one of those concerns. I received a call to schedule my 5,000-mile service. Since they initiated the call, I assumed they would at least know what vehicle I own and what the required maintenance includes. When I asked what the 5k service involved, the representative listed generic items and completely left out the oil change — which is mandatory for the GR Corolla at that interval. That was the first red flag. I asked to speak with a service advisor, hoping for clarification. After being transferred, the first thing the advisor asked me was what car I owned. I told him it’s a 2025 GR Corolla, and he confirmed he understood. I again asked what the 5,000-mile service included. He listed the exact same generic items and again omitted the oil change. When I questioned this, he asked me, “Does your car have a turbo?” That was extremely concerning. The GR Corolla is a turbocharged performance vehicle — that’s basic product knowledge. If a service advisor doesn’t know that, how can customers trust that their vehicles are being handled correctly? I then asked what safeguards are in place to ensure a GR-trained technician works on the car and that the proper oil and procedures are followed. The response I received was essentially, “Just trust me.” That’s not reassuring when you’re discussing a specialized performance vehicle. He also mentioned they “don’t get many GR cars,” but in the same conversation claimed they have a GR-dedicated technician on site every day. Those two statements contradict each other. If GR vehicles are rare there, why maintain a dedicated specialist? And if there is a specialist, why wasn’t that communicated confidently from the beginning? At no point did I receive a clear, knowledgeable explanation of how my car would be properly serviced. For a customer who spent over $50,000 on one of Toyota’s flagship performance models, the lack of familiarity and the dismissive tone were unacceptable. This experience completely undermined my confidence in this dealership’s ability to service GR vehicles correctly. Owners of specialty models should not have to educate the service department about their own cars or be told to “just trust” them without any demonstration of competence. I strongly recommend other GR owners ask very specific questions before scheduling service here. Based on this interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer. I wanted to trade in my BMW for a rav4. They offered me a trade in value of 34k during my first visit. Then one week later, they offered me only 26k, which is shocking to me. It is the same car. Nothing happended to it during the two visits. What upsets me more is the male Asian manager showed a whatever altitude. Try to avoid this dealer if you don't waste your time.

Michael deserves a bonus and a raise!! Michael Martinez the salesman I worked with was fantastic, professional, and fair. First time I negotiated a car that didnt stress me out. I bought a new 26 rav4 XSE for a really good price.Thank you Nick and Michael Martinez for being awesome and willing to negotiate with me. I really appreciate what you guys have done for me especially when I had a terrible experience from another dealership (see my previous rating on a dealership if you’re curious). Thanks again!!

This was the worst repair experience I’ve had. I brought my car in for no airflow and paid a $250 diagnostic fee expecting a thorough evaluation. They replaced the blower motor, but immediately afterward a new issue appeared: a 20 second delay before the A/C or heat will turn on. That problem did not exist prior to the repair. I was then told they would not address it because I did not “call it out” originally. I am not a mechanic, that is why I paid for diagnostics. I expected a proper diagnosis and complete repair, not a new problem and no accountability. What made this experience worse was the customer service from Ryan. He repeatedly talked over me, belittled my concerns, and hung up on me after abruptly saying, “I will be referring you to my manager,” in an uncontrollable rage. I would like our call reviewed. His behavior was unprofessional, unacceptable and made it VERY clear he does NOT care about his customers. I will never come back and hope no one else has to go through this

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional customer service, every single time Josh Croker, the Service Drive Manager, is truly outstanding. I consistently rely on Josh for all my regular car service needs, and he goes above and beyond every single time. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly dependable. Josh makes the entire service experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free, and his commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. Simply put, he sets the bar for what great customer service should look like. A big thank you as well to Mike Malloy, the Assistant Service Manager, who is equally fantastic to work with. Mike is attentive, responsive, and always willing to help ensure everything is handled efficiently and correctly. Together, Josh and Mike make servicing my car an easy and positive experience every time. Because of Josh and Mike, I have complete confidence bringing my car in for service and know it’s always in great hands. Truly exceptional service and a team I highly recommend.

I reached out to Toyota of Kirkland to see if they could meet my out-the-door price, and Liz responded immediately. Even though the car was hard to find, she was able to locate one and honor my price. The buying process was smooth and stress-free with no negotiation needed, and Tristan was great to work with throughout. Huge thanks to Liz and Tristan for making the experience easy and getting me the car I wanted at the price I was looking for.

We purchased a Gold Certified Toyota Highlander, and within three months experienced serious issues. While driving down a mountain pass, the steering wheel began shaking uncontrollably. We brought the vehicle in for service and were told the rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. Despite the vehicle being Gold Certified—and despite us purchasing additional warranties—we were still charged $2,000 for the repair. After paying for the brake work, the vehicle became noticeably harder to drive. Acceleration required much more pressure on the gas pedal, and fuel economy dropped dramatically to around 12 MPG. Over the course of nearly 200 miles and a full week of driving—resetting the mileage multiple times and alternating drivers—we could not get the vehicle above 14 MPG. We returned to the dealership the following week. The service manager laughed at my wife, stating that if something were truly wrong there would be more symptoms and that there was “no way” the brakes were dragging. After waiting approximately four hours, a technician claimed there were no dragging brakes and showed a video of the brakes—which was likely taken after adjustments were made. The moment we picked up the car, the fuel economy immediately returned to 22 MPG, confirming that something was clearly wrong beforehand. We are beyond frustrated with this service department. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, offered no apology, and took no responsibility for selling us a “Gold Certified” vehicle that required immediate brake replacement. To make matters worse, the owner publicly commented on my wife’s post offering to “make this right,” yet never followed up or contacted us. Due to this experience, my wife has filed a formal complaint with Toyota so the dealership can be investigated.

Our sales person named Lawrence who promise us and to convince my wife to get the deal and trades for my 370z to 4runner. If we get the 4 runner that night 07/25/2025. he promise to give us a cruise tour by verbal no written or so they took advantage our emotions to get a new vehicle . And we mentioned it to finance person before signing the papers they did not say anything all. they want is to close the deal and goodbye. After few months when I msg Lawrence about he promise cruise tour his gone he said he resigned. That's BS. Now we want to down grade the 4 runner coz we figure it out we pay a lot for lease and lots of add on that +$6k I believed. Then I ask what I can get for trade to smaller car. Imaging 2025 4runner trade to 2025 camry no down payment but still monthlt payment of$755 which same payment for 4runner. I feel scam they don't care all they want money again from me. Then I went to toyota edmonds I my honest saleperson there just came back. He saw the record. He can't believed what toyota kirkland to us. Now I traded our 4 runner to 2x 2025 corolla se with only $299 monthly. Imagine that. I suggest go to toyota edmond instead. Sorry toyota kirkland we will never go back

This week we purchased a used car from Toyota of Kirkland, and in more than 40 years of buying vehicles in the United States, this was by far our best experience—hands down. From the moment we walked in, our salesperson, Mr. Rabih Kobtan, greeted us warmly and supported us throughout the entire process, which spanned several days. Rabih (pronounced (Roby) went above and beyond, coordinating seamlessly with multiple teams at the dealership and handling every detail on our behalf. His communication was clear, timely, and professional, and he made the entire experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. For comparison, we also visited Toyota of Seattle to look at a similar vehicle, and it quickly became evident that there was simply no comparison. The personal connection, level of trust, and overall smoothness we experienced at Toyota of Kirkland—and with Mr. Kobtan in particular—were exceptional. An easy 11 out of 10. If you are in the market for a new, or used, Toyota, we strongly recommend Toyota of Kirkland, and especially Mr. Rabih Kobtan.

Had a great experience at Toyota of Kirkland. The pricing was competitive, and everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and honest. The process felt smooth and stress-free. Thank you to Liz Foster and Lindsay Refvem for helping us today, especially Liz for guiding us towards closing the deal. She is very chill to talk to, which makes us feel comfortable to talk to without feeling pushy. Highly recommend.

Anytime I go into a dealership to service my car, I mentally prepare myself to be sold to and expect to be pressured into services that I might not necessarily need. This was the first time that I went to this dealership since moving and I had the exact opposite experience than expected. Fooch was amazing and really walked me through what my warranties cover and service options for down the road. He also printed out the sheet detailing what is done at each mileage point and the couple of things that I would need to pay for over the next year and how much they will cost. This was extremely thoughtful since I’m a single mom in a new state and have to budget things carefully. Instead of feeling like a potential sale, I felt thoughtfully considered and cared for. I highly recommend Fooch and this dealership.

Kaitlyn was top shelf and the best service rep I have ever experienced at Toyota of Kirkland! She swapped out the battery in my dead key fob while she was checking me in and methodically went through the service history of my Tacoma pointing out important details regarding my truck! Kaitlyn was extremely knowledgeable of my Tacoma, easy-going, efficient with my time waiting in the lobby, and provided me with a very good price for all the maintenance her and the team provided! Visit her for a one of kind service experience!!

Well. I don’t know where to start, but my recent visit to the service department was awful or terrible. When I first called to make the appointment, it was great, but when i showed up to my appointment, the person i talked to wasn’t there and they gave me another assistant manager to talk to and he was something. I am not going to say something that would tarnish his reputation, but he didn’t want to deal with me from the time he saw me. I told him my problem with what was happening to the truck and he kept saying we will need it for the whole day to check everything, which i agreed. The problem started when i didn’t get any update when i was informed beforehand. The biggest thing for me was when i was ignored on getting updated on progress. I felt like they only saw my truck for 5 to 10 minutes, pulled a spark plug and said, let’s start here and we will work on the next thing. Not great at all. They also wanted to charge me over $1200 to change spark plugs. I was disappointed at Toyota of Kirkland, because i traded toyotas and bought a couple of new suv’s and car’s from there and the sales people were great. The service Manager which i was eager to talk to was also too busy to give me 5 minutes as well and gave me another assistant manager. I wanted to say thanks to Jess, front desk at the service center and Shaun assistant service Manager for being awesome as well.

If I could add more stars I would. While I am sure everyone is great, I would recommend asking for Liz! Liz was so kind and helpful, took the time to explain things to me when I had questions in a way that was clear and concise. This felt like one of the most transparent experiences I have ever had with a dealership 10/10 would recommend. I have had a lot of car experiences where I felt spoken down to etc. but not here this was a friendly and helpful experience that would make me confident in sending anyone I knew her way. If you see this Liz, THANK YOU for making this experience so seamless!

This Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to thank the team for a truly great first car-buying experience last week. Po and Cohen made the process feel easy and stress-free. The manager, Po, went above and beyond to make things work for us — genuinely supportive, patient, and honest. You can tell he really cares about helping customers find the right fit. Our agent, Cohen, was fantastic to work with. He helped us test-drive 4–5 Toyota cars, patiently answered all our questions, and walked us through different options multiple times. One moment that really stood out was when I felt nervous about the car — he went through the entire inspection sheet item by item so I could understand what everything meant. He also took the time to explain the features on the steering wheel and touchscreen, which I really appreciated. Jackson was also helpful in walking us through the remaining steps and closing the deal smoothly on the last day. The transparency, clarity, and care shown by the team made all the difference. Buying a first car can be overwhelming, but they made it such a smooth and positive experience. I’m truly grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car, especially if it’s your first time.

I had a good experiencing buying my car. But afterward I found out the car was sold without doing the maintenance listed on Toyota’s schedule for the car. When I went in for standard servicing, there was more than $1000 worth of work that should have been done at 30,000 miles before Toyota of Kirkland sold me the car. Instead, the car was sold as completely inspected, nothing needed, in great shape. The service department blamed sales, the sales department blamed service. No one would return my calls or address the issue with me. This has shaken my faith in Toyota of Kirkland. I don’t believe they are ethical or responsive. They loved having me as a customer but when I tried to even discuss the issue with someone, they went silent. No longer recommending. Update: Thank you for the reply saying t get in touch. I already DID get in touch with you before writing this review. A person named Jamie replied and said someone would follow up with me. I checked with Jamie over several weeks and no one ever followed up with me. If I were a sales customer, you would have replied immediately. But raising an issue doesn't seem to merit a response.

We recently bought a Grand Highlander from Toyota of Kirkland through the Costco Auto Program. The whole experience was smooth and fair — the price was transparent, and the sales team helped us locate and deliver the car quickly. Special thanks to Kelly and Elizabeth, who were both very responsive and professional. Even when our license plate took unusually long to arrive, Kelly kept tracking the progress, provided updates, and arranged a temporary plate right away. She also answered all my questions promptly over text. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and the after-sales service. Would definitely recommend this dealership and their team.

We had an amazing experience at Toyota of Kirkland! Cohen helped us with our new Tundra, and he was — super kind and helpful. His manager, Po, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and very patient. We’ve purchased cars from BMW and Audi before, but this time was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. We truly love our new truck and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Cohen, Po, and the Toyota of Kirkland team!

I bought a car from this dealership 20 years ago, and I’m happy to say they’re just as great today—if not better. They’ve recently moved to a larger location, still in the same neighborhood, and continue to provide outstanding service. I came in for a new 2025 RAV4 XLE Hybrid, and Merlin made the entire experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and care over the years. I highly recommend Merlin and this dealership if you’re in the market for a vehicle. Thank you to the owner for responding to my review so quickly. During the car-buying process, we also enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich from a nearby restaurant. It happened to be around dinnertime, and my wife and daughter were hungry. Merlin was incredibly kind and helped us order food. The quality of your service is truly unbelievable.

Anayat and Brian did a fantastic job showing me around. From the first visit, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They answered all my questions with patience, walked me through different options, and gave me space to think without pressure. The whole process felt honest and low-stress—something that’s hard to find at dealerships. I also appreciated how responsive they were over text and how flexible they were while I finalized my insurance. The Camry 2025 with Ocean Gem color I ended up with is beautiful, and I’m really happy with my decision. Highly recommend the Kirkland Toyota team!

We came to Toyota of Kirkland just to check on a new vehicle. Anayat received us at the door, was very patient to listen to what we needed and what we were looking. He helped us find a New Toyota Tacoma that met our needs, he tooked us for a test drive and we loved the vehicle. At his desk Anayat helped us find a good deal that would fit our budget and we walked out with a new vehicle. Easy financing at Toyota of Kirkland, everyone over there was very professional and courteous.Thank you Anayat, Nick and Toyota of Kirkland!
