Bubsy showed up 20 minutes early. Not “we’re nearby” early. Actually standing there ready to work like this was a championship event.
They assessed my couch, which had clearly decided it was staying forever, and politely asked if they could cut it in half. I appreciated that they asked first instead of just going full lumberjack in my living room. Tools came out, couch lost the battle in record time, and somehow it was done so cleanly it felt like a magic trick.
What really got me though was how careful they were. These guys handled my walls like they were museum exhibits. Constantly checking clearances, moving slow through tight spots, genuinely concerned about not leaving a single scratch. I’ve seen people carry a pizza box with less focus.
They even offered to clean up after. No debris. No mystery scuffs. No “you’ll probably want to repaint that” surprises.
Fast, prepared, ridiculously careful, and somehow fun to work with. They turned what could have been stressful into a live action episode of “Watch This Couch Disappear.”

I've used Busby multiple times and have had a good experience each time. Scheduling was easy, pricing was good, employees are friendly, and they were able to get my junk out fast.
I've done the whole, rent a truck/van from home depot, load it up, and haul it all to a transfer station to dump. And while that route is the cheapest, it's also the most time consuming and annoying. I've just switched to using Busby. Depending on what you are dumping, Busby isn't much more expensive.
Busby was highly recommended by two friends and they were right. More than fair price, easy to schedule, pickup crew was very friendly and personable. I like to use a locally owned business for jobs when I can and Busby fit the bill. Fast and efficient, too. 10/10 will most assuredly use them again.
This was such a pleasant experience! I texted for a quote on a Monday afternoon and they were at my house Tuesday morning to pick everything up. The quote was super accurate and we were able to add some things we forgot initially with no problems. Highly recommend!

I have used Busby Junk Removal now three times. They are outstanding. When you reach out to them, they immediately get back to you. For example, I reached out to them Sunday morning to pick up a 65 inch flatscreen TV that we replaced and they arrived here prior to the 10 AM Time that they guaranteed. I'm one happy customer. I had a small load but still was worried about the cost. I got their minimum pricing and a 10% discount. I'm sorry I forgot the names of the 2 workers but they were very pleasant and efficient. They called ahead with ETAs when it appeared they would be later than the scheduled time.

Busby was the first to respond to my request for a quote (I used Yelp) and after receiving 5 quotes total, Busby also had the lowest minimum rate which was ideal for my small pickup needs. Signing up for a pickup time was really easy on their website and they were very communicative over text messages. 100% amazing customer experience.

The two man crew were quick and efficient and moved larger items, we had in our backyard, to the truck. We were glad they took electronic equipment and batteries, in a separate container, as well. The estimate was much less than Got Junk
Austin showed up promptly after finishing his first job of the day. The guys did a good careful job of removing the mounds of junk we had in the backyard. We will call you again should we have need to empty other items that have collected in our garage.

I can’t say enough good things about Busby junk removal. I called and needed them the next day and they were able to squeeze me in. They do have to clarify if they have mattresses, etc. to plan for recycling and disposal, which cost more but after that part is done. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They actually had to saw a couch in half to get it out of my house. I was just so happy to see the thing barn after 30 years. They are local company and I would highly recommend them and their prices were reasonable

Have used Busby 5 or 6 times now for garage & backyard clean-ups, junk hauling, old furniture removal, etc. I use them because 1) repeat customers get a discount and 2) they’re so good at what they do! Scheduling is super easy. (Today it was “We can be there in 30 min.” Wow!) Communication is smooth & quick. Texting back & forth with price quotes, scheduling, etc. The teams are always on time, efficient, respectful of property and I’ve yet to meet any who are not super friendly. I also appreciate that they recycle what they can before things go to a landfill.
