Wonderful grocery store with great selections. I am visiting from Texas and was able to find some favorite ingredients for cooking a home cooked meal for my daughter who moved here a year ago.
This downtown Bellevue QFC feels a step above most locations. Great selection of high-quality brands, well-stocked shelves, and a consistently pleasant shopping experience. The store is bright and well lit, making it easy to browse and actually enjoyable to shop.
Food was good and Host was friendly. The waiter however, was not friendly and looked disheveled. Highly quality establishment otherwise marred by unprofessional waiting staff.
Nice grocery in Bellevue. Easy parking. Well stocked, lots of options, good deli & bakery. No staff out on floor, difficult to get assist for questions.
Extremely frustrating self checkout experience that included them recording a video of me putting groceries in the bag and then replaying on a screen while an associate watched it closely. I like self checkout in other stores but won’t shop in this QFC again.
The most miserable self checkout. Once you place a bag on the machine you have about 10 seconds or less to scan your first item or it asks for help. I once had 3 requests for a checkout assistant buying 12 things, no age restricted items. There is an older assistant who i asked for help with a digital deal item that wouldn't recognize it. No joke, she said she was instructed by management to help only older people struggling with the technology. I could go on. I only go there if they specifically have something I need that safeway doesn't. STAY AWAY if you like your sanity.
im constantly being watch by either the manager or a worker. it’s uncomfortable to feel untrusted. but overall when i do ask for assistance theyre kind and helpful. except the constant stocking. i fear its racial profiling from the person in charge.
7/27 edit - after more than a year of waiting for checkout issues to improve, I'll no longer be shopping at this QFC. I stopped trying to use the self checkout, but lately there's only one queue open, and today I was treated rudely by the cashier. I can't blame her because it's a busy day, and there was nobody there to help. I hate it because the produce is good quality and the prices of my favorite snacks are reasonable, but I guess I'll find new favorites at Costco.
2/13 edit - dropping from three stars to two. Having a video play of me bagging my own groceries and having an employee clear items added without scanning warnings, it honestly feels like being accused of stealing. I really want to keep supporting QFC because of their DEI policies, but I don't want to pay $100+ to get treated like a criminal.
Good selection, quality products. The self checkout drops two stars - it's awful. I don't remember the last time I was here and an employee didn't have to clear a "help is on the way" screen. I'd use a cashier, but there's not enough lanes open to keep a short wait. I don't have these issues at whole foods.
Have been shopping here for a while, store is great and has a good selection. Unfortunately had a terrible experience today. I went to purchase a bottle of wine and Nancy at self serve would not accept my government issued ID, this is ridiculous but fine. What’s not fine is the way Nancy treated me like a underage teenage delinquent very loudly in front of all the other customers
One of the nicer QFCs that I have been to in quite awhile as I have not really been a fan of the ones I have gone to. Good selection of items, usually have great sales on what I want and the self checkout folks are very kind and friendly. Keep up the good work!
Florist Department - they have a very good flowers selection there but the customer service was bad. There were two women working there that day and the younger one was helping us and she wasn't nice. We asked for her help for recommendations and she pointed to a couple things to us and if we say no we don't like this and that then she walks away and mad. She is mad at you if she recommended something to you that you don't like. We didn't enjoy the buying experience while we were there. We feel like a burden to her and in convenience to her. There are other flower shops in town and I would stay away from this florist.
After the manager dropped her glasses in my grocery bag, I called the store to ensure they were hers since I had to make a special trip to get them back to her. I expected some sort of a reward, but nothing! You'd think they could give me a gift card for my troubles and gas
especially in this economy! Even five dollars would be acknowledgment for my troubles, but it seemed she expected my service. I didn't pull them off her head and put them in the bag. I had to make a special trip!
An amazing customized three-layer cake (red velvet flavor for the top two layers and chocolate flavor for the bottom layer) with non-diary cream frosting decorated by Tonia (one of their cake decorators). We purchased the golden balls and the dragon toy separately and gave them to Tonia. She put them on the cake one by one to make this gorgeous customized cake for my son. All the guests loved it!
Quick stop by to load on some fruits and water as I was in the city for a work event that would last a week, during Ramadan and I had to stock up on water and some fruits for the breakfast.
Very well organized store, clean and clearly marked aisles and some great collection of fruits and water ( two things that I was after :)).
Nancy is just phenomenal and she helped with the checkout process and as well bagged the items in a secure manner as I had water bottles that needed double bagging.
Shoutout to Nancy for her kindness, help and just for that great customer success ethic that she seems to be having in her fabric. As well to QFC for being a lifesaver at the time ( late at night when I had to stop by to grab these items)!!
Ms Brooke was super helpful in assisting us finding the perfect flowers at your floral department.
Miss Rylee greeted us warmly and helped us pay for our floral purchase quickly & seamlessly.

Just thought I should leave a warning to anyone hoping to find a parking space. I’ve watched a ridiculously large amount of people get their cars towed from this parking lot, especially during the holiday season.
The actual store is pretty nice and low key. I’ve never had any issues with the employees and they’re always very kind to me.
used to be a good place, swap membership card and get discount. After changing to the stupid member ship app, you need to remember to clip the discount on phone or swap the membership card… you cannot checkout yourselves in self checkout station since the stupid video system always need staff do final inspection and there is usually one staff present. So long wait time.
Will go to whole food where has better quality and almost similar price.
This review is for the downtown Bellevue QFC. Very large QFC, stocked with just about anything you could want. They have a huge wine section, huge floral section, huge produce section , the meat department stocks Prime grade of beef and they have a huge bakery w/the finest cookies,cakes,pastries and the like. There's also a section where you can buy cookery and stuff for your kitchen, a Bank of America branch inside and a Starbucks as well. This is a flagship QFC store and I believe the main branch of the office is here as well. The prices at QFC maybe a little more, but if your looking for special things that need to be just a little bit better than average, this is your place. There is also a Bartell Drugs located right next door. Parking can get a bit cramped on Friday and the weekends out front, but there is extra parking on the sides and in the back as well.
This QFC is very nice super market. Clean, organized and employees are very helpful and polite. You can find anything you need like your groceries, Kitchen tools, and other supplies to pharmacy! The flower shop here has so much variety of each kinds you should come and check their flowers so beautiful! The prices are reasonable specially if you have QFC card you can find some deals around this store!
