Grant and Ryan at O’Reilly’s were awesome. I came in with battery trouble and they not only helped me pick the right one, but also showed me how to test for a drain with a special meter. Super helpful and actually cared about getting my van working again.

I had a fantastic experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to the outstanding customer service from the manager, Matt. I came in to get my wiper blades replaced, which ended up being more complicated than expected. Matt went above and beyond—he patiently tried multiple different blades until we figured out the exact one that fit. When he realized the right one wasn’t in stock at his store, he didn’t just stop there. He took the time to locate it at a nearby store, placed the order, and even made sure one of his associates would be available to help install it since he wouldn’t be there later in the day. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to helping me out made a big difference. It’s not often you come across that level of care and follow-through. Great experience all around—thank you, Matt and the O’Reilly team!

We are from out of town and our battery died and we had to replace the alternator. Matthew helped the whole time, anytime we needed anything, he let us borrow some tools. He made our life way easier. I highly recommend this O'Reilly especially if Matthew is working. Thank you again!!

I was on a road trip and my check engine light came on. My car is in good repair with maintenance complete so it was quite a surprise. I stopped at this store and they helped me run the code with their code reader for free. When I realized it was an easy fix and all I needed was a screwdriver and a hex wrench, they actually let me borrow some tools they had in the shop and I was able to be in my way in less than half an hour.

I had a dead battery today, luckily my car was parked really close to your store that I received one of the most magnificent service from Ryan. He was very thorough in his handling of my situation, very patient when answering my many questions. The whole process was flawless, I felt respected, well taken care of, I am truly grateful for the great people of your wonderful store. Thank you!

The scrawny white guy with the long hair (Scott I think) was unhelpful and just kind of cringe acting the two times I came in. One was when I picked up some windshield wipers for my wife, he suddenly uttered, "I hope I wasn't too unbearable to be around." I had been pretty nice and seriously, why the heck would you need to say that?.. The second time, I wanted to get a starter tested, and again the same guy asked if it was a part bought from them. I told him it wasn't and he said he couldn't test it because 'he had to put a part number in their machine' and it would only work for O'Reilly parts.. His counterpart even looked confused by this, as this guy basically blocked him from trying to help. Well, I went to the next store over in Renton and bam, they were able to test the starter no questions asked! I was even ready to buy the replacement, but they didn't have it in stock. Love the store, but please educate this guy how to properly help people if you are going to advertise free testing on any starters, batteries, etc.

I've gone here several times and been assisted by five different individuals. In each case the customer service was outstanding and highly professional. They are now my go-to spot, can't recommend them highly enough.

We came in looking for a battery today and right away everyone who was working were wonderful. They unfortunately didn't have it, but they called to see who did. Everyone was really nice and made me rather go out of my way to this location then the one closer to us.

I like this store, and it closer to my apartment. Dante is a good guy anytime I come at the shop he welcomes me very well. Also, he helps resolve my problem until we find a solution. The world needs more people like him. He's a special guy 🙏🏾.

I went to oreileys factorial today to buy a battery and have it installed in my rav4 the man told me he could not help me because he was the only one working. That the only time I have gone to an oreileys and been told that they could not help me. I will never go back to that store again. I use only oreileys for my auto needs and I was so disappointed with the leval of service he gave me.

Dante was super helpful going above and beyond what I ever expected from an oriellys employee. He was friendly and helpful and helped me mediate an issue with my car ON THE SPOT FOR FREE. Super super satisfied from my service tonight.

I came in the other day to ask for some advice about my car having some sensors and the gentlemen there was kind enough to give me all the advice and recommendations for said car. Ended up having to get a new car and the gentlemen (Dante) took his time, once again, to explain how to fix and help the car. Best customer service I have received in a O'Reilly auto parts store.

On this occasion, I was looking for a replacement bulb for my HID lights on an older Mercedes. The asst. manager at this location wasn't very helpful, only to say he didn't carry a replacement, and was that all I needed, then disappeared back into the store. I ended up at the Factoria O'Reilly just to see if another store could give me a little more guidance on what to buy. The asset. manager there was way more helpful, and although he didn't have a replacement for me either, he took the time to look up what I might need and sent me to home with a few screenshots of the correct connections to look for. 5 ⭐️'s for the Factoria store, I found exactly what I needed! Factoria will be my new go-to store for auto parts! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

A little belated…I came into this store when my poor old mamavan overheated on 405, right at the Factoria exit. I was able to make it to O’Reilly’s and the two staff members there were so helpful and kind, it felt like they were family, helping me to figure out what steps to take to determine the source and severity of the problem. I had two little dogs with me on a very hot day and they were very accommodating, filling a water dish and finding a spot for us to wait while the van cooled down enough to open the radiator. They ultimately helped me fill the coolant tank and looked for leaks. They were concerned that it might not make it back home, but I decided to try getting it home. The manager, Greg, made sure i had the phone # to the shop, in case i got stuck somewhere unsafe, they would make sure i got a quick rescue. I only made it about 1/2 mile, but i was able to get safely off the road to a shady spot and i have AAA and USAA, so didn’t need to call them. But i really appreciated their genuine care for the safety of me and the pups. I will continue trusting O’ Reilly’s for all my family’s auto needs.

Went in to get a Check Engine light diagnosed -- the young man behind the counter came right out, diagnosed a misfiring cylinder, recommended the $7 bottle of injector cleaner. Still waiting to see if it works, but he was so accommodating and helpful it gave a boost to my morning whether it works or not.

My review is for the Bellevue, WA 98006 store. I only need a small stainless screw for my license plate. Customer rep is really helpful and patience, comparing the size, price and quality before I decide to buy! Again, this is a small store comparing to other auto parts shop, but the service is way much better than others.

Came in on 7/24/22 and Garrett assisted me. Probably one of the better oriellys ive been to. Big props to Garrett, not sure if he was the manager, i forgot to ask. either way he seems to be running a good operation. Great customer service. I received great customer service from Robert. He patiently helped me with a return/exchange when I didn't have the receipt (he was able to look up the original purchase), figured out exactly what product I needed, and then went above and beyond to help me install two new headlight bulbs after they had both burned out unexpectedly. Thank you, Robert! (Managers, please give him a raise!)

Superior customers service, knowledge and performance received from Garrett today. I've been a frequent customer for years, as their locations are convenient, but today Garrett exceeded my expectation, as he went over and above with sensational customer service.

This review is long over due. On 8/26/21 i ended up over here because my check engine light came on as I began my trip to Eastern Washington. Turned out my thermostat was failing. Dorea directed me to the parts needed and she also gave me a rundown on what to expect during the install. Loaned me some tools and the machine to reset my check engine light. Beecause of your excellent service I made it to my destination and landed a 9# walleye! I r

This review is to highlight the great customer service I received from Dorea. I had purchased tire chains from this location, and the first associate gave me the wrong cable chains for my tires when I told him what make and model my car was. I was not educated at the time of purchase that they cannot be opened or used otherwise I could not return or exchange them. Dorea let me know that the first associate should have taken the extra step to educate me about the return/exchange policy. She took care of my issue and set clear expectations about returns/exchanges moving on forward. Sales associates such as Dorea is the reason why I am leaving a 5 star review.

The worker Thomas has always been so helpful. He’s changed my fuel filter, wiper blades , and headlights! Always told me to have a great day! We need more upbeat people like him!

I had a dead battery that wouldn’t hold a charge so I jump started it and drove it to the Factoria O’Reilly Auto parts store. A really nice and professional gentleman named Rome helped me select the correct battery, he installed it, and then tested my starter and my alternator. You don’t get service like that often so I wanted to make sure to leave my feedback. Thanks! 😊

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in yesterday to buy a pair of chains (for two tires) for my car before the snow storm we received in Bellevue. I asked Jeremy if there were two chains - he said yes. I should have checked the bag, but I assumed the staff does this. I got home, the snow had started, and we went to put our chains on the car and there was only one chain for one tire in there! We called the store today and we received abysmal customer service from the store manager and Mike (who LITERALLY hung up on us twice); yes, we understand that the bag should have had two in there and that all sales are final - but we paid for two chains and received one. We bought two tension adjusters and only used one of them - we can prove that we only received one. The manager put us on hold and never returned to the phone call. I know that you guys are understaffed, and I understand it's probably been hectic in the store with the snow storm, but this is NO reason to treat your customers like trash. Do not go to this location! I will not ever be returning to O'Reilly's in the future.

Great place to get your auto parts! The employees there are knowledgeable and of you all nicely, they can also recommend the parts and services that you actually need and not the services that others try to run on you. Selection is fairly comprehensive but do ask the employees since they might have additional selection in the back. Also try checking online and shipping to store! The aisles are clean and the store is organized well. Sufficient parking in front of the store.

One of the few honest auto shops around!! They always put the customer first, even over making a buck. They've been taking care of my family's cars for years b/c if the employees know of a better/cheaper place to get parts, they always let us know. That kind of business model just makes people want to patron this place.
