I went in thinking that I had an appointment but little did I know I had actually made it for the following week. Rather than turn me away Collin S. stepped up and found a solution. He was able to find tires about 30 miles away and sent one of his guys to pick them up. They installed them within a reasonable amount of time as I waited. Super impressed with he and his team. He deserves a raise. He was articulate and professional professional got me out of there with a smile.

Great shop and crew, short notice, fast service, great price.... who could complain.

From start to finish, our experience with Collin and Mike at Goodyear was outstanding. We were referred by Carmax to have our rear brake pads, rotors, and sensors replaced—work that was being covered by them. Collin and Mike handled everything smoothly and professionally, keeping us informed throughout the process. While inspecting the car, Collin noticed that our tires had uneven wear and might need replacement. Instead of just mentioning it, he went the extra mile to coordinate with Carmax so that the tire replacement was also covered. That kind of initiative and care is rare to find these days. Thanks to them, the car now drives beautifully and feels completely safe. We’re truly grateful for their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. What impressed me most was their transparency— Pricing was reasonable compared to other shops I’ve visited, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Bellevue Goodyear always takes good care of me. They did a thorough job to find a small nail that had lodged itself in my tire that had been causing problems, and while the tire wasn't repairable, they were able to get a new one on all within an hour of me bringing it in after work.

I recently had an incredible experience with Goodyear Tires when they helped me with a full vehicle inspection before I purchased a used car. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their team was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly thorough in examining the entire vehicle. They took the time to walk me through everything they found and were completely transparent about the car’s condition. In fact, thanks to their meticulous inspection, I discovered the car was basically a lemon and decided not to buy it. I’m so grateful for their honesty and attention to detail. If you need a trustworthy vehicle inspection, Goodyear is absolutely the place to go!

I had to change out my license plates after moving to Washington and having tried at home to get the rusted bolts out, I brought my car here and they fixed it for me so fast! They even recommended how to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future and what to do if it does. Super helpful and efficient and it didnt cost me anything. The staff here is great and I would definitely recommend this location!

I accidentally ordered the wrong tires online. The guys at the Goodyear shop were great! They drove to the warehouse to get the right size for me and quickly installed them. I really appreciated their patience and service.

Can in at 8 am and this very kind gentleman Mike was there to help. He explained everything wrong with the car in great detail and overall just had an amazing customer service and most importantly he got the job done right! This is second time purchasing tires from this Bellevue location. We feel that we can trust our vehicle getting serviced here and they always give us great service from this location, that’s why we came back again. Mike was wonderful to work with. He was patient and answered all of our questions!

I had a great experience at this auto shop. Mike was especially helpful , very professional, straightforward, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain me everything. The service was done on time and at a fair price. And It was the only shop around open on Memorial Day, which saved my day!

Had an issue with my rear axel cover, it was making a squeaky sound every time I braked. Brought it in and they diagnosed the problem while I waited, they even took me back and showed everything that was going on and walked me through how everything worked together to create the problem. They gave me a quote within an hour of my arrival. They managed to source all the parts and fix it by noon the next day. They even took off 400$ on the final bill that they didn’t end up needing to replace. My truck drives like it’s brand new again and breaks in a dime comparably to how it was braking. Had a great experience here and thought the guys were nice as hell, and patient with me as I didn’t know a lot about axels and brakes. They made a semi surprise expense as painless as it could be. I absolutely recommend them

Our shop has had a relationship with this Goodyear for over a decade for alignment jobs, for the purpose of resale. Besides the alignment jobs we have this location sublet, I have recommended them hundreds of customers for the purpose of alignments. Until today, I believed they had the best alignment in the Greater Seattle area. I take the time to bring vehicles from my shop in Rainier Beach to this shop in Bellevue just because of how good I thought they were with alignment, performing excellent work in a timely manner for a budget conscious price. Today I was met with Mike, who terminated that decade-long relationship. 30% increase for the same work from 3 weeks ago. Did not inform me of the 30% increase until work was done. There was already an increase from $79.99 to $100.00 the previous few months. Refused to budge or understand my frustration about the principle of imposing a 30% increase on me and capitalizing on their lack of communication about such an increase. The best Mike could do about my grievance was give me advice on how to run my own business. It is regrettable that a decade old relationship is being terminated over $30, but I would rather spend more money with someone more transparent and honest.

Not great customer service. Scheduled a free car trip check online, and got told they were too busy for it and need to come next day. It’s a legit situation but please fix the website to remove the busy slots on the scheduling page if you can’t do it. I would expect them to say sorry we are busy and can you come tomorrow, but instead they say I’m not gonna drop everything just to do a check. Then don’t let people schedule then. It’s a waste of time

Colin the manager is incredibly helpful! I really appreciated the top notch customer service that these guys offer! I did wait in store for my tires and oil change. I worked and enjoyed a cup of coffee. Thank you again!

Came in for an oil change and they were helpful. I was also able to get a new set of tires after they diagnosed a problem with my tires that I had for a while. Everything was installed and ready to go within a couple of hours. Colin Saville was friendly and was able to explain the process throughly.

I really appreciate the Goodyear mechanics in Bellevue getting my car back on the road early in the morning this past Monday. They were polite and helpful! I had a unexpected tire leak that was unsafe to drive with. They got my tire fixed very quickly so I could safely commute to my health care job in Seattle.

I had never taken my car here and decided to give them a try because two people recommended them to me. I had a wonderful experience. I had an oil change and thorough look over and then new tires. The guys are so nice. I highly recommend them.

I called on Friday to see how soon I could get new tires for my truck. Colin was very helpful (and knowledgeable) and fit me in the very next day. I was pleased with their service and drove away Saturday afternoon, confident I made the best decision. I will return.

I had to change my appointment and it was super easy just call and they can change it. No need to worry about storage of the tires I purchased online. There’s lots of parking in the back and a few spots in the front. Waiting area is tidy and there’s a Kurig while you wait.

Colin and Jake were very attentive to my cars needs and patient with all the questions i had. Got the best deal on a set of 4 tires out of all the other local shops within 30 mile radius and their word is good for price matching if you have a quotes from other shops. Just wish their road hazard had better terms and conditions but it is cheaper than buying a whole new tire ! They are very busy here so expect to wait and keep yourself occupied even if you have an appointment. Overall i was satisfied with their customer service and will return again.

Goodyear did not use proper safety techniques - it's may be dangerous to your life. A car from Goodyear repair shop was left without brakes or safety clamps. When I was waiting for the car to be repaired, someones car rolled through the repair shop, across the parking lot near the entrance, and collided significantly with my vehicle. I didn't park the car there, the mechanic parked the car. If my vehicle hadn't been there, it might have rolled onto the main road with traffic. Thankfully, there wasn't anyone near the main entrance. The staff acted as if nothing happened, asking me to go somewhere to get an estimate and wait for a call from customer support. Collision was 08/10, today is 08/16 and no one called me. Unfortunately, the managers, especially Jesse Gilliland, are friendly and sociable only when everything is fine and in order. Very rude attitude! I have been a regular Goodyear customer for two years! If you wouldn't want to be in my place, consider checking other auto shops before coming here.

I've got to say, some of the reviews had me slightly worried about coming into this garage but I was very pleased with my experience. The location is short-staffed so I did see some people walk in and have to wait a minute to be seen, that might be part of what some people were referring to with negative reviews. In any case, I had diagnosed the issue for our Mazda's AC at another shop. The price I was quoted to replace the condenser seemed doable but high so I decided to shop around. I figured I could quote exactly the work estimates I was given (without the price) and get a rough idea of the repair cost at a few places. The quote I got here was definitely lower and the timeframe was as early as the next day. Other places either couldn't even see me for up to 2 weeks or quoted much higher (or both). Since I was dealing with AC, some places required me to pay them to do their own inspection too. I was able to come into the shop when it opened, do some work at the table they have in their lobby and enjoy the AC on a record-breaking hot day. Colin, at the desk, was helpful and easy to get along with. The quote that I received ended up being a little high in the end and the time estimate was just about perfect. I didn't need to pay for a second inspection which was also great. All around, great experience with a bit of planning ahead and calling ahead!
