Things were going wrong but the PM staff did everything well, despite not having enough people.
Don't buy fruit there!!! Unhealthy and Unacceptable Quality control on their daily fruit and food supply.
I went here every week but mostly purchase meat. Today I went there and purchase on single orange and it turns out it got mold inside and it really disgusting. I went back to store and told them this issue. They asked me to drop it to the trash and take another one. I asked them how they want to deal with these oranges left as the mold was inside grown and the whole bunch of these oranges could got similar issue. They refused to tell me but instead they said they only deal with this one I bought. I did get my refund though, but might not come back for a while due to uncertain food quality issue.
As customer I can do nothing about that but for others please be aware of it and protect your own health.
Start serving asian food to ppl in Bellevue your next door neighbors. I see 10 to 20 orders from the supermarket order going to Bellevue, Kirkland, downtown Seattle a day. Drivers aren't making money ppl dont understand where they ordered from and most dont care drivers are suffering traffic stress, long drive with no money, gas price expense. Open another store for them or help stop the careless order from creating traffic.
Pharmacy is always 2-3 days behind on routine prescription refills, and they are never filled together. Be prepared to make multiple trips, one prescription at a time, because their computer system intentionally delays and staggers your refills to get you to visit the store more often. This is why CVS went out of business.
I shop here regularly, and the staff has always been fantastic. The store itself has almost anything you will need for groceries even though it may be smaller than some of the other locations nearby.
I am a regular customer of this qfc, but the employee named Lorian yelled at me because I needed help, some products were not scanned at the checkout.
She was nervous and very rude. Ruined my day. I don't know how I offended her, but please pay attention to this worker
Stopped by the QFC in Northtown Center on the way to Kirkland, and the location is super convenient. It’s definitely smaller than the typical suburban QFCs, so the selection is more limited, but they still cover all the basic essentials. Employees were around and available if you had questions, which I appreciated. Self-checkout was an easy option and helped keep things efficient. I visited around 7pm and noticed the Starbucks inside was closed. It’s unclear if that’s a permanent thing or just for the evening. Since it was my first visit, I’ll need to come back to confirm. Overall, a compact but functional grocery stop when you’re in the area.

This store location has four doors you can enter from depending on where you park. Also they had the best chicken tenders I have ever sunk my teeth into!

This QFC is really just an oversized 7-11 compared to the one a mile away on 8th st near Bellevue Square. If you really want to shop at the premiere QFC then check out the newer one in Downtown Kirkland! It has a full bar inside! It's every bit as good as any Metropolitan Market without the high prices. Though these days, everywhere you go groceries are too expensive! Am I right?
I go here quite often as it usually easy to stop on the way in or out of town. It is a small QFC that has most essentials if needing a quick stop and grab. Usually not busy, even during busier times there is still parking and it doesn't feel too crowded. However, most of the produce is poor quality and close to going bad, and many items on the shelves I have bought only to realize once I was home that it's many months expired. I wouldn't recommend buying any produce or "fresh" goods here, and anything else make sure you check the expiration date! Only stop here if you need to. Otherwise, go to a different store.
This store has gone down over the past 5 years or so. The employees stand around and talk. Everything is Kroger brand. The aisles are cluttered. The top shelves in the aisles are unreachable. I have shopped at this location since 1976. I only go there when I have no other choice.
I have been shopping here for 20+ years. Unfortunately, this will come to an end due to lazy management as things have gone down hill.
Lori Ann somehow is the manager of the front, despite her incredibly rude demeanor when prices are incorrect due to the business. There is a constant onslaught of misunderstandings when I talk to her, but she never admits fault. She has openly been rude to other customers in front of me, accusing them of stealing and overall unprofessional behavior.
My husband's first language is not English, and so there's sometimes things he doesn't know how to say. All the while, she raises her voice at him for just being confused, acting like he's stupid. She really needs bias training because she's clearly racist towards any other race than her own.
The worst part of all is that the current manager allows all this to go on in a circus of a grocery store.
The only good employees left are Norma, Logan, Hunter and Scott. However, even Hunter is leaving himself as he told me. After the manager switched, I would only go through his lane as he was the only one to be kind.
The woman at self serve was so rude to me shes racist!! I struggle with money and she made fun of me for making sure i got a discount and tried to get her coworkers to laugh at me too!! She kept repeating out loud "shes worried she wont get the discount" over and over. I left crying. Never coming back.
Line backed up in selfservice check outs. New checker standing by cash register looking like she's ready for customers. Gave me a harsh no when I asked. The dairy guy is always there when I'm shopping and takes up half the area.
I visited this QFC twice this year, and both times my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. They appeared to dislike working here, showing cold, impatient, and highly unprofessional attitudes toward customers. The management at this QFC seems to be seriously ineffective. In contrast, the QFC on NE 8th Street is far superior, with staff who are friendly, energetic, and professional, offering a much much much better overall experience.
This store is single-handedly run by Rain, at least the front of house is. I shop here only when Rain is working because she keeps the front of house in tip top shape unlike any store I’ve been to before. She should be store manager!!

First time I was ever helped without asking. Logan and Rain were on top of things at this store this afternoon. They were very helpfull and considerate. Much appreciated. Thank you to both! I'm really liking this QFC now!
Organized and clean store; friendly and professional workers. They have a pharmacy and an Starbucks inside which makes it very convenient. Parking can be a bit busy but depends on the time of the day.
The first impression is that the store is too small and the location of products is incomprehensible and difficult to find. I had to go around all the shelves to find donuts. It turned out they are right next to Starbucks.
This is the best grocery store around. I wished I lived closer because my own Qfc had a mighty long way to be like this one. I'm a presentation kinda gal and man ole man! I love Everything inside.
The kitchen section, I took my time to really endure in its beauty, I was in grocery store heaven! Came for cheer event.
Must make my way at least once a month. Well done QFC.
I didn't even speak on the live starter plants. A gardener I am and this was Stellar. Wow !
I live right next to this QFC, and frequent it for a few items here and there when I don't need to go on a major run. However, I believe my time visiting this store has come to an end as I overheard one of the staff admitting to another of not washing their hands. Since I had already purchased my items, I will be sanitizing everything, but not returning. If they aren't enforcing that, or even the other two staff members next to them calling it out, then best practices are not being used. Hand washing is very important in handling food, regardless of the fact that we are also in a pandemic. They also do not provide hand sanitizer or wipe down the checkout stands, and I also found some rotten (not just very ripe) pineapples and papayas in the produce section.
