I bought a Honda Odyssey from Johnny @ OSAKA and it's quickly become our family's go-to car. My 3-year-old daughter calls it "the marshmallow" because it's big, white, and drives so smooth. Johnny completely flips the whole "used car dealer" stereotype on its head. He's a man of integrity, a great communicator, and genuinely cares about selling safe, reliable cars for you & your loved ones. He also helped us sell my wife’s Volvo when she was ready to upgrade. Through that process, it became clear how knowledgeable he is about cars and mechanical work. He put in a ton of work to get that Volvo in a place he felt comfortable to sell. That experience reaffirmed my decision to buy a car from him, because anyone who takes that much care in their inventory clearly values their customers. I can’t recommend OSAKA highly enough. If it’s on Johnny’s lot, you can trust that it’s ready for the road. If I could give negative stars I WOULD. 😡This man is a complete JOKE. Wouldn’t buy a ¢50 hot dog off the street if he was the one selling it. Everything about Johnny and his business is a big RED FLAG. Even his sorry excuse for an office!! Upon entering his business in 98 degree weather I was shocked with NO AC, a kid with toys scattered at the entrance, and bugs everywhere from the doors being open …. Only ONE of the MANY unprofessional things I was met with while dealing with this guy. I was 8 months pregnant when I bought a fairly newer car from him and he continuously lied about the condition of the car, didn’t include inspection paperwork ( very minimal paperwork and information about the car in general ) and just took advantage of me as a whole. This was my first car buying experience and this man has taught me everything I DONT want for my next car salesman. He sold me a car with bad / moldy air flow, bag engine, electrical problems ( like dashboard lights/ touch screen glitching ) bad brakes, a dry rotted tire, and the list goes on for the SIX months I’ve had the vehicle. He sold the car to me as what he claimed was good condition only to have problems not even a week after I pulled off his tiny grass patch. Not to mention that when I bought the car from him he only had ONE , 1 star review that also says he sold them a lemon … now he has over 5, 5 star reviews all within the time span of a couple months …. Imagine being such a bad person / car salesman that you have to buy reviews to try to boost business because nobody wants to buy from you. Karma comes around quick …. You’ll never win in life by treating everyone like they are just another dollar in your pocket, no one is below you. Johhny needs to HUMBLE himself and treat others how he would wish to be treated because he could be the one who gets screwed next. & Please people whatever you do , don’t be fooled by this man. Learn from me.

I bought a used car here in August and had an excellent experience. The car was in great shape and offered at a fair price. The owner Jonathan, was wonderful to work with. He was accessible and bent over backward to make the process smooth, even working with me when I ran into some hurdles. Anyone looking for a car or truck should give this place a look!

I’m not usually one to take time to leave reviews however I met with Johnathon by chance and looking back it feels like a blessing. VERY fair pricing, fast and friendly customer service. 10/5 stars I now have a very sturdy and reliable vehicle and for what felt like a steal of a price. If there were six stars, I would give them. I generally have pretty low expectations and dealing with used car sellers. I’m glad to report that Johnny Osaka automotive breaks the mold. He was singularly the best car dealer I’ve ever worked with, and I plan to go to him first for any used cars in my future. Sold me a lemon… noticed he kept talking about i can get 3rd party insurance for the car engine only if i wanted to. Not even a month after having the car btw it’s a 15 Subaru wrx so not even a month later the car check engine light popped on and i took it to Subaru performance shop and was told my 4th cylinder has a misfire.
