Ernest was awesome. I went there because my battery died on me and he went out in freezing cold to check my battery. And gave me battery terminal cleaner and paper towels that the store had for customer use. Very very polite

I went into AutoZone to find something that would help me get into my locked car (at the WaWa next door) and instead of Manny just "pointing" me to something that might work, he actually came outside and helped me. Professionalism and being knowledgeable is one thing, but Manny's kindness was definitely ABOVE and BEYOND what I know is in his position description. He turned what could have been a very stressful morning into a simple mishap. I have told everyone about Manny and the AutoZone. He will get all of my business!! Thank you for your kindness on that cold morning, Manny!

I walked in 4 minutes before closing(I thought they closed later). The technician tested my battery, and replaced the dead battery without hesitation. I appreciated his willingness to help.

A huge thank you to Manny and Bill at AutoZone for going above and beyond to help me with my car! A few weeks ago, my battery died, and Bill quickly helped me get a replacement. However, we discovered that there were unique issues that needed to be fixed before the new battery would work properly. Bill helped me tremendously and then Manny came to help as we got stuck. He was able to fix the issue but it left the battery in a somewhat loose position. After it was already fixed, Manny asked if it was ok to undo everything and to fix it properly. He followed through, found the issue, and had everything pristine in minutes. I’m beyond impressed by their dedication. I’ll definitely be back for all my car needs. Thanks again, Manny and Bill – you guys are the best!

Great Auto Zone store with great employees. They answer any questions I have and always help me out. If they can’t help me for any reason, they make it their mission to find someone who can. Wish all Auto Zones were like this one.

Awesome service!! Every time I go to my local AutoZone the customer service is friendly and supportive. I woke up had issues with my battery and took around to AutoZone in Yorktown for assistance and they diagnosed the issue where I needed to replace my battery and William was great and supportive in installing the battery without an issue…Super Job and Great customer service!! Yorktown AutoZone rockstars!! Huge Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I went to.Garden of Zen Yoga Studio not Auto Zone. Google maps is an invasion of privacy as it assumes that you go to places Same parking lot, different store. Parking lot is very dangerous. Dairy Queen employees need to park in their own lot!

Today was my first time at any auto parts store, as I just got my first car. I needed my headlights replaced and Manny was absolutely incredible. He not only found the right part for my car, but he installed the part himself and even showed me as he did it so I had the knowledge to do it myself in the future. He made me feel welcome and a part of the Auto Zone family. Manny truly went above and beyond for his customer and showed that he cares about delivering quality service not just because it's his job, but because he genuinely has a passion for helping people. My experience amazing, and I left not only with my headlights fixed, but with valuable knowledge and understanding that will help me navigate owning and tending to my first vehicle and any I'll have in the future. And that is worth more to me than just the part.

I had a great experience today, I came in because I had a bad battery. Brody checked, retrieved, and installed my new battery extremely quickly. As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars it was a pleasure to have him help me out. I will absolutely come back for any more car issues or concerns!

I ordered a fuel pump #MU1613 via Brody at the Yorktown store #2016 several days ago. I stopped by the store on 7/20/2024 to see if pump arrived. Brody stated the truck had not arrived and he has another customer waiting on the same. I received a call from John on Monday morning stating my pump had arrived. I get to the store a couple hours later and was handed a box that had been opened and retaped. I get the pump home and upon closer inspection, the bottom of the pump was cracked half way around. Did someone switch my pump with the other one? 🤔 I'm done with AutoZone. UPDATE: 25 JULY 2025 After the DM, Eli, heard about my unfavorable incident at store #2016, he stepped in and made thinks right. Truly a Godsend. Thank you again. Shout out to Brody for his assistance. 5 🌟 's.

From my visit on 12/22/2023 actually (meant to write this that very day but here we are now in March, yikes! But it’s been on my to do list since - and bc I felt it was important to share how wonderful the staff were on this particular visit!) - two gentleman were at the register when I came in to return an item during the frustrating process we were having with a failed car inspection/license plate & appropriate coloring for said-plate’s light bulbs to be able to pass inspection …long story - but the point is these two were so friendly, supportive and super helpful in giving me advice for the issue and I appreciated their time/energy very much. So thank you to them both again for sharing their insights and for being so kind - especially for just a customer like me returning an item versus purchasing further items from their store, etc. - genuinely kind & much appreciated).

Brandon was incredibly thorough and helpful! The only negative part of my experience was being in the middle of a confrontation that went on between him and Olga. She was incredibly unprofessional, yelling at him across the store, all while talking on her phone as if she wasn’t working along side him. Some conversations should be handled(especially one of such) offline, not in front of customers as that creates a hostile space for those around. It’s also quite embarrassing. Brandon kept his composure and continued being very helpful and I appreciate that the most.

I came in to purchase front and rear windshield wiper blades. The salesperson wanted to be sure that the wipers fit my vehicle, so we went to my car to install them. There was difficulty with the installation, and two additional people came to help. It took about 45 minutes to get the job done. To my way of thinking, they all gave excellent customer service. I appreciate their persistence in making sure the items I bought were the right ones for my vehicle.

Place is a joke. Manager and clerk teamed up together to tell my I had an issue and this part would resolve it. With a $70 mark up fee, I was bamboozled into getting it. ORDER YOUR PARTS ONLINE, TAKE TO MECHANIC. Don’t trust these businesses anymore, American business has changed for the worse. All they want is your money.

I went in to get oil for my car and was greeted by Joey. Even though it was just oil I needed he was so helpful making sure I got the correct type I needed. I had no idea there were so many but he went above and beyond to help and was just the nicest person. I didn’t get the woman’s name that was working but she was very nice as well. Great experience in an auto store!

Car battery died so took it to the store. They offered to test the battery and charge it for free if necessary. Another employee walking by noted a sticker on the battery and asked for my phone number to pull up my account. He discovered that battery was under warranty still and gave me a new battery and said, "Have a nice day, thank you for shopping at AutoZone". I didn't even know it was under warranty.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. My car wouldn't start without a jump, and as suspected it was time for a new battery. The technicians were able to confirm it was a dead battery and quickly replaced it with a new one. Both individuals were friendly and efficient in a situation that can be stressful for the customer. They got me signed up for a rewards account so I'll be back for more of my future needs.

Just leaving this AutoZone location now and I couldn't be more disappointed in the service. The last time I came here for items to do an oil change I received the most amazing service. I just happened to have been in the area and I stopped in here and the gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful. I live in Williamsburg but I made a point to come back out here today because of the wonderful service I received the last time. This time, I came in and asked about the oil change special that they are having and the kid who was helping me seemed like I was bothering him. He barely listen to what I was saying and just rattled off some numbers to me for a filter code and the oil that I needed and I asked him to repeat himself and he just mumbled the numbers at me again and pointed to the back of the store to say that's where I had to go to find the parts that I needed. He then immediately moved on to the person who was waiting next in line. I went to the back and looked around for a few minutes but I didn't want to end up buying the wrong thing nor did I want to have to deal with that kid again so I just left empty-handed and I will go somewhere else. It would have taken him all of 2 minutes to walk me back there and make sure that I got what I needed. It's funny because I just got done telling my friend that I was going to drive all the way to Yorktown just to support that particular business because of the service I had received the last time. I guess that was not the standard for the shop.
