I was looking for a half ton truck. After getting the usual runaround from other dealers, I found a 2022 Ram 1500 Classic on Autotrader at Auto Haus. Went to look at it, it was almost exactly as described. Clean, basic, but looked to be well-maintained. Denver was an excellent salesperson. No pressure, let me take my time, answered all of my questions. The price negotiation was simple, and they offered me top-dollar for my trade in. I took the weekend to think about it (as well as to look at a couple other dealers). Nothing else I found had the same value per dollar as the Ram, and no other dealer could match Auto Haus’ trade in offer. Monday morning, I called Denver, made a final offer. They accepted, I drove up to make the deal. Completely painless and hassle-free. I will be recommending Auto Haus to anyone that asks. Top-notch dealership, and a beautiful vintage Mercedes in the showroom.

Great shop! Drove 2008 Mercedes down from NOVA to visit family. Mercedes had a total electric system shutdown. Our "to busy" Poquoson mechanic highly recommended Auto Haus. Tow truck driver knew Auto Haus and strongly endorsed their work. Ryan at Auto Haus started diagnostics the next morning. Had a fair quote, a new alternator, and a washed car that day! Great communications and workmanship. Could not be more impressed. Thanks!!

This review is for their service department: I took my 06 Audi there after the Audi dealership in Hampton told me they wouldn't work on it. I feel like they took advantage of the fact I didn't really have anywhere else to go. Their pricing is above average at $175/hr. Their pricing for parts is very high, I know they have wiggle room because they came down on price for one part after I said I was going to look else where. They did give me a "discount" on services, but again it's because they're pricing is way above average. Their communication is slow. Ryan rarely returned my calls. They had had my car for far longer than they said they would. Lastly, when I picked up my car, it still have the service warning. But by that point, I was over dealing with this place.

$2369.85 in out of pocket worth of repairs on 2018 S560 within 1 month of ownership. Multiple failing parking sensors, leaking pneumatic air hose, dead auxillary battery, bad v-belts and tensioner belt, pully, leaking left front torque strut and cracked bumper. This is after I bought the $8k 4 year "bumper to bumper aftermarket warranty." Stay far away from this dealership. Dear owner, please inspect and vet your vehicles before you sell them. It seems like you either knowingly sold a vehicle with issues or your staff was not able find and fix these issues before selling. Hence the loss of trust and why I won't use your maintenance team.

We just enjoyed a fabulous purchasing experience with Auto Haus of Yorktown. My wife and I had looked at several cars in Northern Virginia at lots ranging from a Mercedes Benz dealership to CarMax to some iffy independent outfits, and had made a verbal agreement with CarMax on an E 400 convertible. Just before signing the deal, I spotted the Auto Haus car we ended up buying, which was the same year, much lower mileage and immaculate inside and out whereas the CarMax car had more flaws - for $2k less than CarMax (to be fair, that vehicle was a slightly higher trim level). My wife was skeptical about not going with a brand like CarMax and driving 340 miles round trip to check it out. But from our first contact with salesman Jacob Meister, we had a first-rate experience. At every turn, Jacob was knowledgeable, scrupulously thorough in showing every aspect of the car in a FaceTime calls including its few blemishes, quickly got answers for questions he didn’t know, and was honest, ethical and thoughtful throughout. He’s only been at Auto Haus about a month as of this review, but he was just outstanding - Auto Haus, you made a strong hire in Jacob. Finance Director Diana Eyre also was a joy to work with, very helpful and efficient, and secured financing at a lower rate than offered by our credit union or CarMax. Honestly, I could not recommend Auto Haus more strongly.

Purchased a truck last year, 2018 Toyota Tacoma for about 32 thousand - didn’t last two years before engine failed. Our current mechanic feels strongly that this truck was not worked on by professionals or at least did not do a professional job. This truck had 97000 miles on it when it broke down. I would just recommended taking your own mechanics which is what my mechanic said to me. They know what to look for. Purchasing a used car is always risky, but this is the first one out of 4 ( and the newest ) that I’ve purchased throughout my life that’s had this level of breakdown. I was keeping up with maintenance on my end.

Kellie Mason recommended Auto Haus to me to service my BMW and I am so glad she did! While waiting for a shuttle to take me home, I walked the lot and found my destiny, a beautiful 2025 X7. I kept checking back for the price to drop (big mistake) and someone else ended up buying it. Dave Gabris consoled me, saying he would search for one , and he found an even better one! I adopted her as last Friday and have been on cloud 9 ever so once! From the test drive to the detailing to the purchase, this has been the BEST vehicle purchase I've had BY FAR. I am a customer for life!

Friday morning I headed out to do some Christmas shopping… and my car decided it was done for the season. It wouldn’t start, so I called AAA for a jump. That didn’t solve it, and my car ended up being towed to Auto Haus in Yorktown. On Monday morning, I got a call from Ryan, who said he had my car but didn’t know who I was. After we exchanged information, he located me in the system. I asked if they could also do my state inspection (which was about a month overdue) while it was already there, to save me a return trip. Ryan explained that for state inspections they immediately remove the current sticker, and if the vehicle doesn’t pass, they’re required to place a failed sticker if the issue isn’t fixed before the car leaves. That policy is completely understandable. However, the way it was communicated came across a bit abrupt, and it caught me off guard. Still, I agreed to proceed with the inspection. Later that afternoon, I received a text estimate totaling over $1,000. I called to ask about a $175 inspection-related charge, and Ryan told me it was for diagnosing an SRS light that was on—since they can’t pass the vehicle without identifying the cause. I explained the SRS light was related to a Mercedes airbag recall that Hampton Mercedes planned to repair. Ryan said the vehicle would still have to fail the inspection for the SRS light, and also for a low beam that had gone out. At that point, it wasn’t the situation itself that bothered me—it was the delivery. So I asked to speak with the service manager. That’s when Steve stepped in, and my day immediately improved. Steve (the service manager, and clearly a pro) was polite, informative, and genuinely made me feel like my questions and my business mattered. He explained everything clearly—same facts, totally different tone. By the end of the call, I felt confident in the shop again. (Honestly, if he’d told me my car needed a new engine, I might’ve said, “Okay, sounds good.”) When I picked up my car, Isaac greeted me with a smile and a warm handshake. Steve also came out to speak with me, apologized for the earlier communication issues, replaced my low beam, and was able to get my car a passed inspection sticker. From that point forward, I was treated with respect and sincerity, and I left feeling like I’d found a place I could trust. Overall: great outcome and strong customer care from Steve and Isaac. My only feedback is that initial communication matters just as much as the repair work—and a little kindness goes a long way.

I contacted the dealership in advance and specifically requested that the truck not be started before I arrived. I gave an exact arrival time because i was traveling almost 2 hours to look at it and was assured this would be noted. When I arrived, the truck was already being backed out of the service bay. I was told another customer had come to look at it, so it had been pulled into the shop despite my request. Instead, they prioritized someone else and hoped i wouldn’t notice. That’s not accidental — that’s convenience over transparency. During my inspection, I noticed the side of the rear frame rail had been spray-painted black, with rust flaking underneath. On the top of the frame rail in the rear wheel well, rust flakes came off when touched. Between the truck being started against a clear request and the condition of the frame appearing to be cosmetically covered rather than properly addressed, I chose to walk away. Buyers should expect transparency and for specific requests.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Took car in for repairs and ended up in a worse situation then when I started. Customer service is awful. In response to the BS that will come from this dealer on this response, I would like to add that they allowed my wife to take this car knowing that it was not test driven (exact in mileage as out mileage). If they would have actually test drove the car they would have found that the brakes were unsafe and the stearing was unsafe. With this I add they released a car with life threatening issues with no problem. Also admitted that the brake issue was on them after confrontation.

See update at the end of this review. I was quoted a price of a $406-$496 for Service A maintenance on my 2024 Sprinter 2500 van. However, it took about 30 minutes after bringing it in, for Isaac Kissell to tell me he didn’t know the fuel filter replacement is included in the Service A and it’ll now cost me $1,007.81 for this routine maintenance. I declined and said I would prefer to take it to the Mercedes dealership. He then offered to take $200 off because of his mistake. I agreed, because I was already there, and didn’t want to waste another day to do the maintenance. On the printed quote/invoice, the Service A lists the fuel filter, so this was either “bait and switch” or incompetence. After service was completed, I see that they used 5W-40 MB spec 229.51 instead of the required 5W-30 229.51 or 229.52. Isaac said they service Sprinters all the time (then how do you forget the fuel filter?) and always use this 5W-40 oil. The Mercedes manual, or a quick internet search, clearly shows 5W-30 is the correct oil. I am not a happy customer, to say the least. Update 11/25/2025: Auto Haus called and apologized for their mistake and sent me $150 for reimbursement of the cost I incurred to replace the oil myself. (changed 1 star rating to 3 stars for this effort). Thank you

Isaac assisted me with an issue with my new BMW X3. He was very accommodating and efficient. He has the best customer service skills I At Yorktown. I’m happy with the truck I purchased from Auto Haus and appreciate finding one that fits my needs. However, the purchasing experience itself was not the easiest I’ve ever had. While the end result was positive, the process could have been smoother and more straightforward. I hope future customers find the experience improved, because the dealership does offer a good selection of vehicles.

I purchased a car and Chase immediately called me back, even when I didn’t leave a message when I was considering buying, but after the sale I’ve called him several times and have not received one call back. I’ve even asked Dave if he was there that week to give him, and ultimately this dealership, the benefit of the doubt, and I was told yes, he’s in a meeting with Austin, the general manager. Avoid this dealership. They only care about selling you a car. I’m amazed that I didn’t get a call back to even see why I was calling after several voicemails! What a horrible way of doing business. To make matters worst, Chase is the sales manager there so this approach must be pattern and practice. Doubting the sale, I even told him that I went to this dealership as opposed to others because they had pretty high reviews. Don’t let that fool you though. They just want to sell you a car but don’t understand the sell continues after that event apparently.

Showed up right at closing time. I didn't realize that they close at 6pm. I watched as three car sales people walked out the door lock it up and leave. Not a single introduction, business card, or any other type of interaction. A simple exchange of information and acknowledgement of my presence would have sufficed. I really thought sales was customer service based, but at this establishment it would have me second guessing that. I wish I could have even been given an opportunity to give leave proper review but that door was literally closed and locked on me. So if you were wanting to buy a car from here I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Best German auto repair shop in the area. I drive a BMW and have always taken my car to BMW for every repair until last year. They misdiagnosed the issues with my car, causing it to stall. Anyways, while getting my tires done at Firestone, the tech there recommended Autohaus because of the quality of their work. I’ve been going here ever since with no issues. Issac is my service advisor and I will say that he’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. He works around my busy schedule to provide the absolute best service and he always provides timely updates. The pricing is fair and the quality of work is outstanding. I honestly trust them more than the BMW on Jefferson. You also have the option to pay in person or online once they send you the total via text. They work fast and they’re professionals! Go here if you drive a German car and see Issac, trust me!

Great experience! I inquired about a car from almost 1000 miles away and was given timely and accurate information about the car from Dave. Before I had even booked my flight, Dave offered to pick me up at the airport. He was there on time to get me and we had nice conversation on the way to the dealership. The car I wanted was ready for me to test drive. I test drove it, looked it over, and decided to buy it. The buying and financing was very stress-free and easy. Diana took care of all of the financial aspects while Dave got the car prepped and ready to go. We finished up and I was on my way home. This was an easier process than I’ve had in the past with some local purchases. I had never met either one of them before yet they treated me like family. Thanks for making the purchase of my dream car as fun as I dreamt it would be.

Took my 2011 Jaguar XKR there for a post purchase inspection and a little maintenance. Jason and everyone else were exceptional. They had a shuttle service and took me home after drop off. Jaguar doesn’t service vehicles over a certain age and this dealership/service shop really exceeded any expectation I had.

Denver and the team at AutoHaus were fantastic in making my truck purchase happen. I had to get the purchase done in same day from the time I inquired about the vehicle. They were more than accommodating for many different requests to make it happen for me. As a person who works in sales for a living I always have my spidey senses up for any kind of large purchase. But it was clear that they don’t play games and are a very customer centric dealership that goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is well taken care of. Denver even used his own elbow grease on a hot day to help remove a very large unwanted storage container in the truck bed and make sure it was detailed and clean. Can’t recommend AutoHaus enough for your vehicle purchase.

Absolutely impressed with Auto Haus’s customer service, service time, and VERY fair prices. I came in Monday with my 2012 BMW 335i for service, but didn’t have an appointment scheduled. Thankfully, Ryan was very accommodating and I was able to leave the vehicle with the service team for a few days. The service team had my vehicle back to well ahead of schedule. I was nervous of what the service estimate would be, but the service team gave me prices I couldn’t say no to. Auto Haus has gained a customer for life!

Auto Haus Truck Center was amazing. Chase was the best to deal with. He gave me a absolutely awesome deal on my trade in for the purchase of my GMC AT4 HD. Thank you Josh for always fitting me in for servicing my trade in and I look forward to bring my new truck there for all it's maintenance and the accessories that I will be getting for my new truck. I can't thank Chase Boyer and Auto Haus enough for another exceptional car buying experience. Last year, my wife and I had the opportunity of purchasing our Mercedes G550 from Chase. From that experience, I knew our next car will be from Auto Haus. And just like last year, the process of buying our Mercedes Benz C300 this year was easy, fast, hassle-free, and flawless. Chase isn't pushy, allows the car to sell itself, and is honest. Equally important, he is attentive to questions and concerns and responds back to you in a timely fashion. Chase unselfishly worked around our schedule making sure I can see and test drive the vehicle and finalize the deal. It only took 10 minutes to complete the purchasing process!
