Excellent experience. Took my mercedes to New Direct for repairs. They gave me an estimate on repairs immediately, ordered parts, and scheduled my car for repairs. They done very good job. They can improve on communication because I tried to call several ti.es, bit had to keep waiting and no answer. But I'm extremely happy with the end result. Highly recommend this place.

Bought a truck from them. I went to look at it and they had it sent to a different dealer after they sent it to auction and it didn’t sale there so they had to have it picked up from the other dealership when they went to pick it up the first time it wouldn’t start when they got the truck almost a month later they figured out that the ecm was bad and replaced it so when I was finally able to pick up the truck it ran and drove fine then when I got on the interstate heading home hit a bump and there’s the death wobble. Other then the long wait and not knowing about that the dealership has kinda good communication to there customers they could use a little bit more of a mechanic knowledge of the vehicles they sale and communicate to customers. They was extremely nice tho

Horrible, I had my own plugs & transmission pan, I figured it would cost around $1200. My transmission pan was deeper, they said it wasn't picking up the fluid. So instead of adding more fluid, they took it off & used their pan. Final total $1892

Very bizarre experience - I've used their service in the past with no issue (other than ironically having some trouble getting through to the service department). Sent a service inquiry through their website, no response after 2 weeks, so I call their service department. I'm put on hold for 10 minutes, no answer. Call again a few days later, 5 minute hold so I hung up. Called early in the AM a few days later to see if I could catch someone, I finally get a service tech on the phone I'm telling them about my repair needed and the phone disconnects (not sure if it was a hang up), so I call back immediately and I'm back on hold for 4 minutes. I hang up and call the receptionist back and explain my all attempts to schedule service and she shares that they are now (5 minutes later) all busy with customers and will give my info to someone to call me. I get a call with their ID 10 minutes later that rang once but they hung up before I could answer and left no voicemail. No follow up call all day. Such a shame as this location is convenient and the work they did was good, but clearly they don't want the business. Very strange and extremely frustrating - wasted weeks trying to get a repair but will go elsewhere.

All in all, they did do a good job the only thing that kinda irks my nerves a little bit is that they did find a tag light out which my wife had been telling me about for a while and I just kept forgetting, but they did replace it for us he called us and he fixed it. They charged us $10 for it Which I thought was a little excessive but OK that’s fine. I did ask him however I was having some issues and wanted him to hook it up to a diagnostic reader and just tell me what the code was but he said they were far too busy. It turns out it was nothing But all they had to do was hook it up and it literally takes two seconds. The machine is what’s expensive and it cost like 2 to 300 at least from what one of my buddies used to tell me of course nowadays you might be able to find them cheaper, but like I said all in all, they did a great job very thankful They were able to squeeze me in and they got it done fairly fast so I guess all in all four out of five but they were also very pleasant

What can I say, the team at NEW DIRECT DODGE JEEP RAM were great ! I highly recommend them ! I’m a OTR expedite driver in a PROMASTER 3500. My van went in “limp mode” after warning lights came on, on dash. I had the van towed to NEW DIRECT DODGE in Virginia, I was approx 30 miles away. I was in a town where I didn’t know anyone. Tim the service writer was great, personable and helped me right away. He got the van diagnosed and got me in pretty quick. JoLynn at the front desk welcomed me and took the time to get me going ! I wanted to be happy about this experience but it started sour. Went ok when they had the sale finished then the vehicle was delivered damaged. Which some of it we didn’t see till the next day because we had about 30 seconds to look it over before the driver wanted us signing papers because he wanted to drive back. Large scratches on the roof. Damage to the passenger front wheel. When you bring it up to the dealership they just want the estimate from a body shop. No other words. Just give us the estimate. The navigation screen is delaminating and we let them know this by email but they have ignored us there as well. The title team is horrible. We had to double pay taxes and fees because they didn’t file the right paper work with north Carolina and we also had to go to the DMV which should never happen. They are very unknowledgeable if buying out of state so I would stay away. Again I thought things were turning around at one point but now I’m out a ton of extra money. I have huge scratches on the roof that they won’t fix and god knows what other damage because there were way more miles On the vehicle than they told us when we bought it. I’m assuming it was a toy for them for a bit.
