Do not go here they do half ass work and charge you the same price as a shop that would do it right
(they added extra hours to the bill and still did a very very poor job)
This crew was great fitting me in and working on my daughter's car. They don't mind taking the time out to explain things to you! I would definitely recommend Gibson Collision Center.
Although our vehicle ended up being totaled, the team here was great to work with. They answered all our questions, were always available during business hours, and got everything taken care of with our insurance. They were overall great to work with.
Want to share what a great job Gibson Collision Center in BSG did on the wifey’s Jeep. A deer power bombed the front a couple of weeks ago. Drivers side was mangled top to bottom, grill inserts busted and there was slight damage to the hood. 8 days in the shop and it looks like it did the day we bought it. They even cleaned it inside and out and the Thank You card was just the cherry on top!
I guess they can fix a vehicle, but I have seen the sad side of the work that they apparently call "good enough." They seem to be the type of place that does just enough to get by. I'm not the type who gives a low rating often, but I have seen several jobs that they have called done that I would have been embarrassed to put my name on. I guess the insurance companies are happy to have these type of people who will do just enough to get the job done, but I would never take my vehicle there. I'm just saying what I have seen. Maybe others have had a different result, but I doubt it. Good luck to anyone who ends up here. I reccomend shopping around.
Highly & 100% recommended! Our 2018 suv was recently damaged from a deer, took it to Gibson's in big stone gap. Went and picked it up, we're very pleased with the outcome of it. We wanna thank everyone there for doing such an amazing job! They're very porfessional, & super friendly. It looks like it came from the factory, it seriously looks brand new! Super satsified with it. Thanks guys!
Unfortunately I had to have some self inflicted damage repaired on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took about 8 days, but was well satisfied. They even cleaned it inside and out. However, about 2 days later a piece of trim fell off (not to be found) and I had to have that ordered and replaced. They took care of everything in a couple of days. Great customer care. Friendly service.
I do a bit of their glass work and get to see things up close. This group of workers make sure everything is perfect . Even a small sticker that means nothing to anyone else but their customer. They make sure it's 100% correct and give a lifetime warranty on most repairs.
These guys done an amazing job for me! Will be a repeat customer! They bent over backwards for me, and went the extra mile! I highly recommend them! They are true perfectionist!
