Manager David went out of his way to help us get our vehicle working with a new battery from the store. I truly appreciate his kindness, and it made a big difference for us. It brings new meaning to "this is how we advance".

Omg. I can’t say enough good words. Richard and Lucas are literally heroes. We wanted to hug them. The car kept stalling and we didn’t know what to do. There was a big storm coming and they let us wait out the storm in the shop with them and they would run out during breaks in the storm to figure out what was wrong with the car. They solved the issue and sent us on our way and they were so kind and generous. I honestly can’t say enough good words. It’s so wonderful when people like Richard and Lucas remind you that there are amazing humans out there. 😊 Thank You.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the people at this store. They are always very polite and very professional. The staff there is top notch and always go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I even had one staff who was off the clock stay and help me get my wife's car going. Advance Auto always has the parts I need. They are always very helpful and friendly.

Helpful, great priced, quick access location, and a huge store to boot! If they don't know something, they find someone who does!

Every time that I've visited this location, I've had a bad vibe from the employees. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in and they don't offer any assistance at all. It's extremely weird!! This has happened to me twice and I've visited this location 3 times. It's usually 3-4 employees right there at the counter. I probably would have bought some items if I had been offered help. I'll just go to O'Reilly's from now on or stick with AutoZone.

Great atmosphere and friendly workers . But if you have an older vehicle (2011) don't expect the part that day

Love it for the diy projects and ordering from the company is so easy to get the correct part for what ever the need. They're usually running a little special on certain things and it changes from day to day. It was alright, if smeone would of asked can I help u, nope stayed in there little huddle talking, but other than tht it's alright, and prices went up on stuff like there oil, wow

Always has good quality parts and service. My only complaint is when ordering online to pick items up at store, they've not had something in stock that their website showed them being in stock. So, I've had to wait an extra day or 2 for the part to be ordered. I wish they would call to notify ahead of time, so you don't make a wasted trip to store.

Great place to go when, if your like me, on a budget and have vehicle issues sometimes. I have had issues with buying electrical parts but not on anything else. But it's only happened a few times. They also have a great easily browsed website with additional saving. If in the store, ask if you can get the website discounts, you may get them

A good place, but alot of parts you need are not in stock. Its really annoying needing a part on the spot, just to have to wait.

They can get most parts overnight, and have them ready for you first thing in the morning. Plus, you might be surprised at the inventory they carry.
