This place has been fair to me in the past. Called recently and was quoted 275$ for a 4 mile tow. Called keenes and they did it for 70$ don't waste your time people

Called Midway showed up 30 minutes later to tow my truck home fast friendly service very reasonable price.

Called Midway Towing this morning as I needed to get my car towed from my house to the auto shop. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and they were at my house in about 30 minutes to get my car. The gentleman who picked up my car was quick, efficient, and also very friendly. The rate I was charged was completely reasonable. I can't complain about my experience whatsoever. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be reaching out to this company.

My car went in on Friday, came out fixed on Monday, and they did an EXCELLENT job taking care of me. Thank you!

David and Daniel towed my 1930 Model A Ford home today from a storage unit. They took extra care to make sure that nothing happened to my car. They even put towels on top of the tires where the straps would go so not to leave marks on the white walls. I could not have been more pleased with this company and David and Daniel. They will be my go-to from now on for any tows that I need. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Thank you so much!

Would recommend this tow service to others. Had some car repairs and needed my car towed 10 miles to mechanic. Was $100 and they had great customer service. He even called me when he was going to be 10 mins late. Thank you Midway Towing!

We didn't choose them, nor did they choose us.... they were called when our vehicle was totaled in car accident. But, the sincerity behind questioning our family members health afterwards was just what was needed at them time. So a thank you from us.

This is a very professional place and the service was excellent. Got my little EV loaded up an hour or so after I called them for a tow, and he used straps on it instead of chains as that can damage an electric car. Friendly and efficient also. Will keep their number handy for any potential future tows!

We were stranded out of town on the side of the road and they came and picked our car and camper up. The willingly dropped our camper off at one location and took our car to the shop. Very friendly down to earth people. Also very reasonably priced for the great quality of work they do.

I had my vehicle towed by the state police and they were more than helpful when it came to working with me and let me get my things from my vehicle. Great people and service.

Was in trouble. Handicapped lady alone. Left voicemail for this advertised 24 hr service. No response since call placed at 0141 this morning and it is now 1040! Do try to depend on this "service. "

If your vehicle is stuck in the snow in a difficult to get to spot you need someone like Billy. I was staying in a rental cabin when we had a heavy snow. My car was buried over the axels and stuck at the bottom of the low spot in the drive in front of the cabin. My insurance company sent out a couple of tow companies who looked at the snow covered access road that climbed a hill said basically to get the road plowed or wait till spring. I called Midway and Billy came out, put chains on his truck and climbed the hill and winched my car out. He stayed with me as I drove out and had to winch me out two more times. He's the real deal folks.

Spanky and his crew are an awesome service center. He has serviced all of my vehicles and we've never had a problem. He loves to talk football, and especially old football.

My Jeeps brakes went out on 55 right outside of front Royal and this company was recommended to me. I called them and they were at my location within 30 minutes. Great guy with great service and we talked Jeep's the whole way. I was panicking when it happened but when I got home I felt a lot better about my situation. Great service and quality, I definitely recommend them, and hopefully I won't need towing in the future, but if I do I'll be using this company

Does a great job for fixing vehicles, has always treated me good, is a professional when it come's to fixing your vehicle. His pricing is great, very reasonable.

I can't say enough awesome things about these guys. My wife broke down in Front Royal when our car died. They were not only the cheapest around but were willing to give a veteran/military discount. To top it off I arrived to pick my wife up just after the tow had hooked our car up. The tow guy heard the problem she had. Diagnosed it in the parking lot and fixed it. The part cost 8 bucks!!!! Then, he unhooked our vehicle after he fixed it, called his boss and they said no bill and it was on the house!!!!!!!!Awesome Company

Called to have a truck towed. Lady that answered the phone was so friendly and polite. Took the details/ address etc. said someone would be out right after lunch. Within an hour tow truck showed up. gentleman driving was friendly and professional. He called and told me when my truck arrived at the destination it was being towed to. Easy process. Really appreciated it. Thanks

The guy at the front desk was extremely unprofessional – so much so that I left before getting my car serviced. An hour after the estimated wait, I asked how much longer it might be. He said “Oh, well, you’re just going to have to wait,” like he was talking to a child. He was snotty and condescending to me and rude to another customer I overheard while I was waiting

Do not take your car here. Horrible service, horrible people. Was told to wait 3 to 4 hours for inspection. Left truck and took dog on walk for 4 hours. Came back to find my truck untouched with 3 new people ahead of me who should have been after mine.

My car was towed by Midway after an accident. The driver was very friendly and went way beyond what he needed to in helping to clean out my totaled car and calling to let me know what was happening with insurance adjustors. Extremely pleased with the service.
