Awesome staff always offering guidence and are aware of the warranty’s that their products have and always verify thst a battery for instance being replaced has a certain amount of a prorata warranty from Auto zone before charging customers full price for a replacement item. Great advice on things we may not know about! Highly recommended

Excellent customer service. Went in with a dying battery, and they fixed us right up. Associate Braden replaced the new battery within minutes. He is a great asset to this store. Extremely pleased with everything.

The employee John Schnarrs went above and beyond what someone could expect out of an employee. Thanks to him, I was able to fix the problem with my truck that if I didn't I would not have been able to get home despite arriving right before closing.

I was traveling from Alabama when my battery decided to fail. The guys at this store went above and beyond to help me get a new one and install it. In a world where customer service often seems like a relic of bygone days, these guys are shining examples of how it should be. Thanks again.

Update as a customer of 6 years—they are consistently a great place with super staff. Initially I was buying new wipers and bulbs, five years it was axle assemblies. Alicia was particularly helpful with axels and inspired me to update my review (it was also 5 stars then, at year 5) Now at year 6, we swapped a new battery in a total time of 25 minutes (arrive, ask, test alternator and battery, choose, purchase, replace, start)

Michelle the parts manager is wonderful and helpful. Had a terrible experience in advanced auto parts on South commerce so I drove two extra minutes to go to AutoZone. Michelle was flabbergasted by the service that I received advanced auto parts. Tried to tell me they don’t take anything back. That’s been opened. OK weird policy. it’s not like I bought a gallon of milk. Lol. Michelle helped me and was super considerate and you know what now Michelle has my continued business and I’m gonna recommend my neighbors to go to AutoZone, Of Front Royal thank you Michelle. He’ll definitely see me again. !

Got a bad starter went in and spoke with Larry at first everything was fine then he was claiming my starter was good though I've tested it 3 times over I just wanted my money back at this point to which I was told it was his choice and my only choice was to take another one of there starters now I agree a voltage test may have performed fine but as for the gear engaging the flywheel it was doing nothing but instead he argued with me in front of several customers about how my battery was bad even though I had also tested off a new fully charged battery I repeat do not deal with Larry the other staff here is great he is supposed to be the gm but is very unprofessional

I had my one year old with me getting oil for my car, Connor came out of the store and helped me out by putting the oil right into the car for me and it was such a big help having my son in my arm! I appreciate you so much little things help moms out so much☺️

All the employees are very nice and explain everything well. However the older guy Larry made it the worst experience I've ever had. He prefers to yell at customers when they have questions and seems to struggle to handle his workload making thing very confusing as a customer. He basically had a meltdown because I was told I'd be taken care of after the customer before me so when 2 others were taken care of in front of me and I asked why. But again... every other employee was very nice and seemed to have the challenge if calming down other customers that he pissed off.

Gregg was amazing he helped me get exactly what I needed. Got me in an out quickly! He was very professional even thought the older guy that thinks he knows everything was interupting and trying to make me feel stupid, I know my vehicle, Was not happy about him being rude.Gregg was amazing!

My truck was hard to start this morning. Starter would barely crank. My old AutoZone battery was 7 years old. One of the store advisors Connor Swan tested the battery and confirmed one of the cells was bad. The battery I needed was out of stock so they ordered one from another store and will install it tomorrow. Connor was very courteous and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with.

Steve helped me find my headlight replacement, made a good recommendation on an upgrade and explained the rationale. He offered to help me install it and its mate as well even though it wasn’t an easy install. I was impressed with the experience.

Needed wiper blades. This store was quite busy, but we were waited on quickly to purchase wiper blades for my car. Steve P. took his time explaining the difference in various blades. After purchase, Steve offered to install them, to which we were grateful. Steve’s personality and professionalism is why Auto Zone is successful.

I broke my taillight at work , backed into a tree , busted some bulbs and cracked the housing , I called around to a few places including this store in front royal , spoke to Mr Jeff over the phone , he was very polite , professional and patient , I came into the store to grab the items I needed , met mr Jeff Lambert in person as well as Mr Josh Barnett , both were very professional gentleman , let me borrow Tools , helped me get my items on my truck and make It legal again , I would highly recommend this store especially mr lambert and Mr Barnett , they are stand up guys and I greatly appreciate their time and professionalism. Recently had an experience at AutoZone where an AutoZone associate unintentionally damaged my windshield. Upon placing a call to the manager, Larry, it was quite clear that the level of professionalism and in consideration was more than genuine. The situation was remedied within days and I remain a consistent and happy customer. My loyalty, however has more to do with their consistent behavior, professionalism and attention to detail. I revisited this location today and my issue was quickly remedied with the help of Larry once again. The prescription is simple...take care of the customer. I remain a loyal customer because Larry and his staff make me feel like I belong in that store. And that is the defining factor as to why I've been a loyal customer for over 7 years. Keep up the good work Larry and everyone! You are absolutely appreciated. .

Larry and Gregory we’re both very helpful in replacing a battery that went dead that I had purchased from AutoZone. The battery was under warranty and they took care of it quickly and no charge and no hassle. Not only that they were very friendly and I will definitely be going back there for any automotive needs. I ordered at home delivery.The website stated it would be here the next day if I paid express delivery. Then When it didn't showWhen it didn't show up the next day I had to find out why on my own. That took nearly an entire day to figure out.Then they stated that they would return the shipping cost.But instead they gave me $5 in store credit.I was a loyal customer. And now I will never go back.

Noticed the parking lot was pretty clean. I was greeted at the door by the 2 gentleman at the door and behind the counter They were very knowledgeable with their products and were able to point us in the right direction for the items we needed. Had a homey atmosphere.. Also, idk why But I love the smell of a part shop. So that's always a plus

They are always so great. Here recently a younger fella in there helped me find a solution to a busted hose issue I had. Him and the older gentleman who I believe is the manager are always great and ready to help.

JAKE is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and informative! He walked me through running a diagnostic test on my vehicle to find the problem and explained in detail what the issue was. He broke everything down for me and even showed me where the new part needed to go. I went in feeling overwhelmed and left feeling relieved. He truly cares and provided outstanding customer service! I want to put a shout out to Mr. Skip at the AutoZone of the location of 201 N Royal Avenue in Front Royal, VA. He did an AMAZING job installing my new battery for my car. I'm glad he took his time to do this for me. I am happy to have had him install my car battery for my car. He goes above and beyond as I was told by one of his fellow associates. Jake S. was very polite and helpful. Needed a license plate light replacement. He was willing to change the bulbs; he also let me know the clips we’re wearing and would need to be replaced before they snapped. I really appreciated his attention to the details and his kindness.
