They don't follow their store hours. 2 days in a row trying to pick up a part I ordered before 6. They were locked up both times (5:45 then 5:10). Update your hours or keep your doors open.
NAPA has been around for a long time. I purchased a radiator and water pump. I did it on line I got both the next day at a 30 percent off the water pump was missing parts. I tried to call in on line but it kept hanging up. Called the store and they just replaced the water pump with another they had in stock. That was great. I would recommend using them over the rest of the auto parts store in town.
Store experience was fine but terrible hours. Advance Auto Parts is open until 9:00 pm and NAPA closes at 6:00. It’s stupid.
Trying to return old battery for core charge refund and cannot for the life of me get here before the store closes. Got here at 6:01, no one was even inside. Incredibly frustrating!!
I have to say Gwen their manager is AWESOME!! I so appreciate what lengths she went through to help me and my son. Gwen knows her parts and how to speak to the mechanic and stand up for the customer. Gwen has been noticing what I was dealing with not knowing but her knowledge saved the day. All the employees there are so courtesy and will assist you. Gwen you went the extra mile and I can’t thank you enough.
I ordered a somewhat hard to find battery for a 1961 Rolls Royce through their website to be picked up the following day. No issues; battery was as promised. I made it to the grocery store just in time for Grey Poupon before they closed! Splendid! Definitely recommend :)
I purchased a battery from them they didn't even offer to carry it out to my car. They did not even offer to install the new battery. Their customer service is nonexisting.
I give them a five star they were able to get a part I need it for my Dodge truck when nobody else had one they were able to order it for me thank you very much
Got oil cheap here, was in and out fast. Staff was friendly. This has been the second oil change in a row where they've been the cheapest price in town.
