Called Thursday morning trying to order a part they have available and was suppose to receive a form via email to fill out so I can pay for the item. Called a couple more times Friday, and was told theyre sending the form, still no form by end of day. I called 4x today, which is Monday, each time I was transferred to the lady that is responsible for sending me the form was not there and went straight to voicemail. Now its Wednesday and conplained that i never got the form. I finally recieved the form and filled out my credit card information. The lady even confirm that the part was still available and confirmed she got my info start processing the order. A week gone by and have not heard anything. I called back and was told the part was no longer available and the lady doing that got my email was suppose to inform me but she didn't. This shouldn't even be this difficult. Horrible service.
I drove about 2 hours away for a part, I had called the day before and expressed to them I was coming from out of town and to see if it was available and if they could pull it for me to come pick it up the next morning
and they said you have to be in their system to do that, that I will have to come there and wait for the part to be pulled once I get there. Okay, so we get there about 15 minutes after they open and pay for the part. The lady tells me it will be 30 minutes to an hour for it to be pulled. It was more like 2 hours and then the part was not in the same quality as shown in the pictures online, which I get it things happen, it’s just frustrating to drive 2 hours and then wait 2 hours for a part just to find out it’s damaged. If the part had been pulled in advance then they would have known and could have told me and I could have weighed my options before making the 2 hour drive there. Or they could at least go put eyes on it to make sure it is still in the same condition, especially if it’s been sitting there for a long time. Also, the waiting area was pretty nasty, there was trash in the floor, and it was dust everywhere, we waited outside most of the time (it was just as nasty as the inside) until it got too hot. It doesn’t take much effort to throw away drink cans and bottles and trash and wipe the place down, especially when people have to be there for 2 hours.
Worst place to order , if you are ordering online please don’t, you will waste your time, I have been trying to order a one part for more than a month and finally they told me it’s gone.
And customer service is really not professional and bad service
This was the third time I've been here and had a pleasant experience. I went in on Friday to get a starter for my car and expected to have to go pull it myself but didn't. They had one already pulled. Saturday went in for a battery and lucked out and got a battery. Even though it was a little bit bigger, it will work till I could afford a new one.
Finding the car I was told was here wasn’t easy, but the inventory was spot on. I verified the part. They went and pulled it at no additional cost. Will come back as needed.
The employees are helpful, available, diligent, but they are also respectful. I did not feel scrutinized or anything negative -- customers are granted full access to their very large inventory and every time we've needed a part, there always seems to be multiple models that are compatible; love the variety. Prices are extremely fair and are even discounted from base sale price randomly! Highly recommend!!
They were very busy. They worked hard to get my order together while helping numerous other people. Only saw one customer unhappy and she went in with an attitude and was shocked that the lady at the counter didn't return her entitled rudeness with a blessing.
This place took my money on Monday for the parts I paid for. Here it is Wednesday and I haven't heard a word from these people. It took me 2 hours to get there. I asked 2 differant women if I could pull the parts myself and they said no. When I get there to pay for the parts the man said are you pulling the parts yourself? When I commented on this the same man said they don't allow people to pull knuckle. If you don't allow it then why did you ask if I'm pulling my own parts. I can't believe this place is even in business.
I guess ill drive 2 hours tomorrow to get a refund and then go to Pic n pull. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Great place to get great prices on used car parts. They hooked me up with a radiator with a 30 day warranty for around 50 bucks. Took em a little while to get the part off for me, but they went through 3 to find me a good one so was worth it for sure
I need a rim for Chevrolet impala got two off Chevrolet cruze,both where size 16.Went to put on didn't fit call ask if I could just replace, yes get there give her my ticket and she said no no all because I didn't get the Warranty and I tooled them off. If I had ten more dollars I would have gotten that Warranty. On a spare rim be very careful when doing business with used auto parts named Bryant. Man I use to stay in that place
I had searched high and low for a spindle/ knuckle for a Toyota Camry. They had one and had it pulled in less than an hour. Friendly staff and a comfy chair to wait in!
It's a clean yard for looking for part's but the yard is somewhat unorganized and today I found the counterperson very unhelpful but I'm comparing it to the day when the yard was originally owned by O'Malley and when I use to run Robert's used auto parts. I organized the vehicle's logged them in out when I crushed them for Sims recycling. I knew where every vehicle was but that's my opinion but all in all still a good place if your looking for part's but you better be ready to walk a bit
I called this business on Thursday a 1:22 pm and told them i would be there by closing time which is 5 pm to pick up a wheel. They had 3 and a half hours to pull the wheel. I get there st 4:30 pm and was told i have to come back in the morning to get the wheel and that there pickers were busy. I vome back on friday morning. I ell the woman ehind the counter what happened yesterday. She offwrs no resolution to the issue. Asva matters of fact she has a bad attitude.
Very easy accessible location, the cars that are available to remove parts from our right at your disposal, you do have to bring your own tools to remove the part that you want to purchase. The parts are very inexpensive and reasonable I was extremely glad that they didn't try to charge me $50 for the part that I was trying to purchase , unlike another Parts yard junkyard around the corner from them that tried to charge me $50 for just a mirror
Great place to get parts for your car. They will look up the availability for you over the phone unlike some other used auto yards. Prices are absolutely reasonable! I've been here multiple times and always had a positive experience!! Even if you don't live near Suffolk it's worth the trip. I bought 2 rims last time and got 2 good tires too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I called 3 different times asking about a motor and was told a price of $250.00. I drive an hour to get there. After talking to the lady she prints a sheet and hands it to a man saying she needs this pulled he then says it's the wrong price, the man then went into the system changed the pricing and had her print off a ticket for the motor to cost 2500.00 and they wouldn't honor the price I was given. Complete waste of my time I do not recommend.
We called and got quoted by Heather. She told us 1 price on the phone, we called back twice to confirm, and then we drove an hour and a half there just to be told a different price. 3 hours wasted. Don't recommend
Customer service needs some work. We're hard working folks just trying to give you our business when so many other businesses are praying for customers. The man at the counter was a little rough talking and a smart alec. I chose to brush it off it wasn't so bad I just didn't deserve it or need it. I stood there waiting patiently for like 6 minutes if not more.
The parts I've gotten were fine so far.
I have purchased parts from them twice both times I have found them very helpful on accommodating. Keep in mind though this is a salvage yard so be prepared to pull the part yourself in most cases. Now you can't have them pull it but I never have and do not know if there may be a slight fee for that. The best part is that if you're doing something custom or looking for ideas to do something custom you can wander around and find parts you're looking for not necessarily just look for parts for a certain vehicle. A lot of salvage yards do not allow that anymore for fear of theft. Lastly it gives me comfort that the people that work there are a bunch of old junkyard dogs. I say that with the utmost respect. That is a term of endearment or compliment because to me that means they have years of actual on the job living the life experience not just clicking on a keyboard or looking it up in a book. Enclosing I highly recommend them.
Wish I could give it a ZERO!! I called BEFORE going over there, explained what I needed & was given a set price. It took over 3 HOURS to get the parts I needed, went to pay & saw a sign that says "1/2 price on last Saturday of month" (today). The fat, bald guy was BEYOND RUDE & DOUBLED THE PRICE!! I told him about the sign & he was VERY RUDE!! He finally said "give the man $20 & get out of here"!! I paid & told him I would NEVER come back!! I STRONGLY urge EVERYONE to AVOID this place!! Go to Pick-&-Pay!!
Great place to pull some part for a decent price, or they can pull them for you for a bit more. Last Saturday of every month is half off quoted prices.
Low prices and a lot of cars in their inventory...Good with none working parts and returns. These guys work with you to get the parts you need.Pretty clean yard with Easy access to cars. Definitely One of the Best Junkyards around. Not to mention the guys at the front desk are very knowledgeable and have contacts to almost any type of auto services needed also at a great price...
