Our truck would not start, and after another mechanic performed a jump-start, we were advised to tow the truck to a dealership or repair shop. Fortunately, we contacted this mechanic for a second opinion.
He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on-site without the need for a tow. His knowledge, professionalism, and troubleshooting skills saved us both time and money. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable roadside assistance or truck repairs. Excellent mechanic and great service.
In late Feb this year (yes, I'm writing this late, the service and kindness this company showed us was soooooo good I wouldn't let a positive review slide off my to-do list!), we were pulling an enclosed trailer home from a dificult jobsite. Shortly after 5pm on a Friday (!!!) we saw the tires on the trailer smoking and knew we were in trouble. Good Sam's trailer service division connected us to Chip, and thank goodness they did!
Chip spoke directly to us (despite it being after hours on a Friday--no other service would even answer the phone) and told us the best place to drop the trailer until his towing truck (a specialized one; our trailer was fully loaded and required extra weight considerations) could arrive. We told him we needed the trailer back in service ASAP as we had jobsites to tend Monday. He gave us great peace of mind that he could locate parts and get us back on the road quickly.
We were able to pick our trailer up completely repaired without fear of huge fees and misleading dates of completion. Very grateful Chip helped us. For the specifics involved (after hours, weekend, unique trailer weight and required repairs) we could easily have ended up spending twice as much.

They have posted prices for towing but somehow those prices didn't apply to me for towing. Otherwise service and communication was good. Oh they also charged my card twice one for $450 and one for the price of towing. I called them immediately and they immediately refunded the 450 back to my card but because it was a Friday I had to wait about 3 days for the bank to process it. Very inconvenient and could have been avoided. Why would you run my card twice? I won't use them again. They seem more preoccupied with their big customers, the police and big rig trucks.
