When our truck left us stranded on our return from our vacation, Neil picked up our truck and my wife and I. Then he brought our truck and belongings to our home. Lost our car keys and since the car is push to start we needed to be towed. AAA sent Neil who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He drove us and our car safely home which was two hours away through a heavy rain storm. Very appreciative of his great service!

Neil was recommended to me by my auto insurance, he was very professional and friendly. He showed up in less than an hour and took care of my vehicle. His price was very reasonable and I would use him again if I need another local tow.
Our minivan broke down out in the middle of nowhere in Surry, VA. I called AAA and they sent Neil out with his tow truck. It took him a while to get to us, but that was OK as he had to drive north to pick up our van, and then tow it across the river on the ferry and on in to Williamsburg Honda. He took great care with our vehicle and the price he charged was very fair. We were very pleased with his service and highly recommend him for any towing needs.
Receive service from Mr. Churn through my AAA membership. It took him 2 1/2 hours to get to Wakefield. He tested the battery and said it was not my battery causing the problem. He towed the car to the auto repair service that I requested and parked it in a spot under the shade. However when the auto shop tested the battery, it was the battery that was the problem and needed to be replaced.
I have been without my car a week and a half because the auto repair was backed up. I realize that that’s not Mr. Churn’s problem however if he had even attempted to jump the battery at the time of the service, all this waiting would have been eliminated.
I realize my service call was on July 4. However if you are in this type of business, you need to be sharp and available at all times that you agree to be on call. I’m a nurse, and I understand about working holidays..
I needed my Dodge Ram 1500 towed from one auto repair shop in Suffolk to another in April 2020, and after reviewing my options online, I chose Neil Churn because of the great reviews. He was professional on the phone and had my truck delivered at the location promptly. And I didn't even have to be there to meet him as I was at work. Everything done right over the phone. The towing fee was even much lower than I was expecting. I HIGHLY recommend this business!!
Awesome experience! Neil was fast and efficient. He picked up my vehicle in less than an hour and towed it to the location of choice. His cost is reasonable. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely call Neil.
