We are affiliated with Allstate, Agero, and Road America motor clubs for insurance purposes, but out-of-network customers can also pay through cash. We also sell used cars and trucks if you are in need of transportation with affordable pricing!

Great customer service Mike was amazing! He was able to assist and super friendly about it! I so appreciate having great people you can trust and that are honest and just plain out decent! I thankful as my daughter and friends had a flat tire and he was very helpful as I was nowhere near where they were disabled! Times like this reminds us that good people do EXIST! Fantastic shop, went out of there way to help me when my car broke down while driving to Texas. Bought it for a fair price too. Just generally very hard working and friendly people.
Michael was absolutely amazing! He got to us in less than 30 minutes when we were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire — me, my daughter, and my sister-in-law. Not only did he fix the tire quickly, but when my car’s battery died right after, he took care of that too without hesitation. I’m so incredibly thankful that he was the one who came to help us. He was kind, fast, and professional — I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Amazing work from Mr. Micheal, great work towed my car all the way to my house exactly, also great price extremely outgoing and professional work ethic.
Unprofessional and loud. They have a small, silver car that drives around at 2am checking cars. He speeds through neighborhoods, his car AND his music are loud. One of their drives tried repeatedly to hook an suv; he kept dropping it and putting it back down for several minutes all at after 2 in the morning. Finally, another trucker came and got it because the first one was incompetent. They need better training and if you’re coming in people’s neighborhoods in the middle of the night be respectful. I would not recommend this company whatsoever to anyone.
My car broke down today and within a half hour West Suffolk Auto Recovery came to the rescue. He expertly backed the car into a designated spot in our backyard. If you need the job done right, call the experts at West Suffolk Auto Recovery.
Some of the best customer experience I’ve ever dealt with. Took me from Virginia all the way to NC to get my truck fixed. The patience this man had to endure during the course of his tire blowing, to getting it fixed to get back on the road! To realizing his fuel line was destroyed in the process upon fueling up at the gas station. Most if not all would have gave up, but not this company!
We were locked out of our vehicle and our Roadside Assistance company was having issues finding someone to come to Main Street in Suffolk to get us in our truck. West Suffolk Auto took the call and was here in no time and got us in our truck and back on the road! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Very professional and very friendly.

I’m in a traveling band from NC and we broke down in Suffolk, VA I was able to contact Michael around 3:00 AM and he made arrangements to have someone come out and assist with our repairs at first light. Super professional and very prompt! Made the best out of a bad situation. All the auto parts places in Suffolk were very helpful too. Friendly town!
My car got towed from my apartment due to my inspection being expired (my fault). People at the towing place were just doing their job and were very respectful and helpful when going through the process. Was it frustrating 100% but again my fault for not getting my inspection done on time
The nice young lady that put that bad review on this page with all the vehicles with the gold Elantra actually didn’t buy the car from them, she brought it from My company AMH TOWING AND as soon as we learned about the problem we had the radiator fixed and the water pump replaced and valve cover gasket replaced she did not pay for any parts and unfortunately this is the part that customers will not tell. I drove from Suffolk to Norfolk the next morning and made sure all the parts were purchased and took care of everything and left all receipts with the customers car and kept a copy. sometimes used cars have issues beyond anyones control but we took care of all of it and to add insult to injury she wrote the reviews on the wrong companys page but the car was taken care of and I stayed on site till it was done but again she brought the car from my company AMH Towing also In Suffolk.
This place is a rip off. They towed my car from my apartment, in which I have parked at for 3 years. I go to the place to get my car and this remedial owner said my car wasn’t there. Two guys walked in and said it was. They pulled the car out and didn’t check ID or anything to make sure it was my car. They messed up the alignment, broke a park light and scratched the passenger rear door. I wouldn’t allow them to two my kids power wheel.
Definitely recommend them for your services! Super cool dude and literally provided great service! Tesla died and I needed to get it to a charging station ASAP! We came out pretty fast. The charger station we initially parked at was out of order so we had to move the car to yet another parking spot but he didn’t mind at all! Would use again for sure!
Micheal drove an hour to get to my mom’s house in Capron, to get her car started. I was also on the way, but he got there before I did. He checked my mom’s car out, and quickly got it started, advising her that all she needed was a new battery . He was very personable and courteous, and we appreciated his service and quick response time. Great guy,5 star’s review!

I used West Suffolk for a tow over the weekend, a Friday night to be exact. Mike communicated with me and showed up in a timely manner. He was nice, professional and knowledgeable...I would definitely recommend using them
This towing service and Mike were great, I would recommend them to anyone! My Mitsubishi Evo had a ball joint separate leaving the car sitting on the ground on the side of a backroad in Windsor Va. Mike answered the phone, figured out exactly what we needed for the situation and towed me about 50 miles back home. He was extremely nice to deal with and extremely professional. Thanks again!
Great great great! Company for any and all car assistance! I hit my something on 58, with my 4 month old son in the car and this company came to my rescue no later than 10 minutes changed my tire and also towed me home for a great price! I was very happy that they were able to make sure me and my son made it home safe in a timely manner thank you so much!!!

This evening, I needed my car moved. I called my insurance company and within 5 minutes, Mike, called me back. He gave me an estimated time of arrival, but he came within the hour. He was very pleasant and professional. He took his time to make sure that everything was done. I am completely satisfied. I will definitely use his services again. He had previously helped my son as he was stranded last year and he remembered him. Awesome customer service is definitely hard to find.

I am so thankful for West Auto Towing and Recovery. I had a flat tire, and I called West Auto and Recovery Towing, and within minutes, Mike, the owner came and fixed my tire. It is truly a blessing to have this company in close proximity. He is very friendly and he is always willing to help. During last summer, it was scorching hot, and my son was stranded near Nansemond River High School. Mike came to the rescue. West Suffolk Auto Never Disappoints!!!!

I called for towing late Wednesday night, and Mike was right there for me. When I say thst he is one of the nicest, friendliest, most helpful person around...I really mean that. He will always offer a hand to help. I Thank God for people like Mike. Thank you so much. I give him 20 stars instead of 5.
Michael and Derrick were very helpful getting my car unstuck and to the right place even if the insurance company’s roadside assistance place was not! Derrick was quick and made a long drive to help us. He was professional and didn’t even flinch about the muddy water he had to get in to. I highly recommend these guys for your towing needs! Michael Drier arrived at my home today to jump start the battery of my truck. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He explained to me the importance of maintaining my vehicle battery charge, by driving the vehicle more than I usually do. He was very polite and a really nice man. They just left my house from pulling my truck out of a hole, turns out the hole was an old septic tank which they informed me about and gave me some advice on how to deal with it. They were very professional and very punctual. I was very pleased with their service. I will definitely use them in the future. I recommend to anyone who has car troubles.
LITERALLY! the best tow experience after enduring many of issues with tow trucks. Michael had really turned my night around. He was the 3rd truck for the day. I was looking for a car for my daughter. Spoke to Mr. Mike about her situation. He told me he had a car for her that will fit her perfectly. Now we already had a ford before but was happy with that Particular car. He had one same year different model but he had to get ready for her. When we went to get the vehicle it was better than I thought. It drove so smooth I didn't want to give it to her. He put the work into the car just to get it ready. I would tell anyone who is looking for a car for whom every to talk to to Mr. Nike and he will like you know the truth about the vehicle and has very reasonable prices.
Michael is AMAZING! Very professional. I had 2 vehicles towed. One to Windsor VA, one to Gates County NC. They did them both in one day, which was wonderful! I called late one evening and was able to have them both towed the next day. Will definitely be using them again if I need any other vehicles moved. HUGE THANKS!!

Michael Drier was dispatched to my home to give me a jump start. Since I was parked nose in, he brought a portable jumper battery and my car started immediately without having to step on my break or pressing my start button. He called me immediately after they were dispatched and he told me he would give me a call in about 10 minutes after he finished a job and he did and he came out in about 15 minute later. He also gave us a few tips on what to look for. I would definitely use him again and recommend his service. He is a very personable and courteous gentleman.
