I live in SW FL and needed to have a vehicle transported from Edinburg to Florida. I was trying to coordinate with a transport company I had arranged online but on the day they were going to pick up the car I found out it would not start as well as that the transport company was unsure about getting up the steep driveway to access the vehicle. I did a quick search and found R&K Towing, called and spoke to Robert. I relayed where the car was located and he went there, jump-started and moved it to a more accessible spot. Later in the day I was notified the transport company would be significantly delayed but still coming that night. Robert then went back, towed the car to his shop which is much closer to the interstate and would be easier for transport company to pick up. He even waited to make sure the pickup was successful. These are just a few of the things Robert did to help me that day. He was very proactive and honestly I would never have felt comfortable asking someone to do all that he did. He just recognized what was needed and did it. All of this was done without ever asking for payment - we figured that out several days later, and frankly I would have sent twice as much if I could have. Robert went far above, beyond, and out of his way to help me.

Very rude man working there early Wednesday morning. Looks like a trashy place. No signs dictating where the office is. We drive around back and the man comes around the back screaming like a maniac.
