We were doing a rebuild on the brakes for our truck. Ended up making several trips to Napa. They had everything we were looking for and the staff were awesome!!! We will be using this Napa location for all our future parts needs.
If you want auto parts in Woodstock, this is one of the first places I would go. They have or can get anything at reasonable prices. The staff provides a lot of help and obviously has deep knowladge they will share with you about your car project. A definite reccomend.
Don't like paying almost $5. For basic oil for lawn mower. However good parts selection. Yet a lot of overpriced aftermarket parts. When anyone can order OEM parts from most warehouses on line, it's a wonder that the typical store makes a profit on low quality parts. Just being honest.
While traveling through Va we needed a part and couldn't find it anywhere at other stores. They were able to find the part we needed. They definitely showed true southern hospitality.
Refused to order part . A bolt I might add, because " they would have to order a box." Told me I was on my own and actually refused a sale for no other reason than it was too much trouble. Poor customer service. Would not go back or reccomend.
