Fantastic staff! The guy that installed my battery practically had to do it in the dark but no complaints and he did it perfectly and quickly. Will go back.

Friendly & helpful staff. It's nice to go to a auto parts store were staff actually have knowledge of vehicles and will try cross refrencing parts to find what you are looking for in store and if they don't have it you have options on how to get it delivery to store, to home, warehouse direct deliveries etc. I also love the online ordering to pick up in 30 minutes or less sometimes.I love the perks program.

Didn't buy anything this visit but instead dropped off a Fed Ex box. But whenever I am here the folks are very friendly and helpful.

I needed a new battery and it was difficult to remove and replace. I need to commend the staff for the extra effort they put forth to get it done.

This store has gotten so much better over the past year! Great staff and awesome store manager! Super helpful

I'd like to thank Aaron for exceptional service today 10/16/21. My family and I had an alternator go bad in New Market we got another from local advance and it failed within minutes so I kept driving to the next closest advance Woodstock. I verified the alt was bad and Aaron stepped up found me a alternator and swapped pulleys fo me and got my family and back on the road and we were able to make it home....wonderful service thanks again advance and Aaron

The service today was horrible. Adrenaline at counter did not understand how to ring up things nor how to look up things on the computer. What should have been an in and out experience, turned into a long experience.

Just got off the phone with James working out a part order and payment. You "done good" Woodstock Advance Auto. Better keep him around! Professional, courteous, and most helpful. Thanks.

They need to hire people that knows something about vehicle.and knowledge about the parts they sale.

Had a great experience here with a super helpful guy named Marc. Helped me install a new belt and let me borrow a bunch of tools to replace my starter. Great guys.

I had a problem with my truck battery going dead early one morning. So I removed the battery and took it to Advance, I thought it would cost me a new battery about a $150. They told me that they would check it out after they charged it. And within a couple hours I received the call. They told me that the battery was ok and that they were open till 9pm to pick it up. When I got there they carried it to the car for me after handing me the testing slip and stated no charge. I was so impressed I will be back for all my truck needs. Highly recommend this location.

Our 2000 BMW decided to expire its water pump. Here we are 400 miles from home. They had the part thank goodness. But they also went the extra mile making phone calls to find someone to install. Everyone was booked. Hubby said he would install. They said anything you need let us know..
Well guys wanted to let you know Earl from Strasburg advanced auto found someone to install and got us a tow.

Evert time i go into Woodstock AAP. It takes for ever to get help. They never have what i need. It always has to be ordered. When it comes in its not the right part
This has happened to me a dozens of times. I quit going there. Now i go to auto zone. So far so good.

Employees helped me find exactly what I needed.

The sales people are very nice and knowledgeable.

Make sure you evaluate your purchase and make things very clear to the people who work there. Check parts numbers and check for manufacturing defects. I've ordered parts here with numerous problems.

Not guaranteed cheaper defective products, waisted money. Hopeless parts. Do not recommend. ''Just saying''

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Thomas and Eddie knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem.

Replaced a battery purchased at a different Advance store still under warranty. No issues, no problems, great service. Even brought me a chair because I was there after a back injury.
