Terrible service. I tried to return a part that didn't work on my car, and I returned it the same day I bought it. The person who helped me was very rude. I will definitely never go back to this AutoZone.
I called in to see a price of a battery after I was told my battery was bad. I was given the wrong price on the phone with the lady that is there that is answering the phone that is very disappointing as that’s why I called to find out how much it would be so when I came in, I can just purchase it
J.J and Liv were able to help me out when my check engine light came on during a long road trip. Their knowledge not only held me in what to do, but made me feel so much better. Of you need help and parts in this area, stop here.
Lost a wiper on the highway traveling to Florida. Found the nearest Autozone and purchased 2. The person who was working the register also came out to my vehicle and changed both wipers. Outstanding service !!
Walked in a few days ago for something small. No other customers to be seen anywhere and 3 employees behind the counter. None approached me and one even turned and walked away. None of them looked happy to be there. Item I needed was small and I found it on my own. I did eventually corner one of them to ask if they had additional items vs the few I saw and his response was hurried. Just did not feel welcomed into this store at all on this day. ****Management. I see some of your responses to others and no need to respond with the same canned response as I won't be reaching out. A close by competitor is available.
Everyone there is awesome so far that I’ve seen except the manager Greg, who would rather look at Craigslist or whatever than to help customers. I simply asked for a 10% discount. I understand that it’s mainly for first responders, military, customer satisfaction etc. I frequently shop there and it was the first time I had ever asked. But when the red shirt asked for his presence he started carrying on with “WHO NEEDS A 10%!? WHY DOES HE NEED A 10%!?” I completely understand his frustration to the people who frequently ask for handouts but maybe he could address issues a little more calmly, maybe a vacation or a therapist would help.
Auto zone in Woodstock, good amount of parts and accessories for vehicles. The employees very helpful and professional. Had a little problem and they solved right away.
Had been sold a caliper that was packaged wrong, so had to end up taking it back off and getting the right one, and putting it back on. It was a hassle, but no fault of any of the store staff

Normally it’s our preferred location, walked in today… husband stood patiently waiting as one guy was doing something on computer and other was eating. (8:50am) man eating looked at my husband turned and walked away. The one on computer did not acknowledge or even say I’ll be with you in a minute and after a few minutes of just standing there needing help my husband decided to head over to advance.
The customer service at this store is outstanding. If they can help, they will. Not being a "handy" guy and owning a seventeen year old car, their help is invaluable. Thanks to Mark and his team!
Was not very happy with my service. Didnt get the right item the first time and had to go back. Then they did not have the item that we actually needed. We also purchased another item while we were there to do the exchange. When we went to the register to ring out they took the cost of the exchanged item off my bill. But failed to take the tax out of the balance. In questioning this they said you don't get the tax back. So I have came to the conclusion make a complete return before purchasing another item.
Got in and out quickly getting exactly what I needed (a windshield wiper after mine flew off on the highway). A store associate was kind enough to come and help us put the wiper onto my car after he saw us struggling from inside of the store. Great attentive service with a smile!
Was in there late afternoon and stood there by myself for 10 minutes while one employee worked and was tending to a phone customer while the other babbled om with his hunting buddy who was rude and very disrespectful I know if I acted that way at my job I wouldnt have one disrespectful rude and lazy.
Tina was very helpful in assisting me to diagnose my check engine light (Cylinder 1 misfire), showed me what spark plug I should buy, and the store even let me borrow a socket extender piece to access the spark plugs! I will definitely do business here again.
