We had an emergency during our road trip as one of our car tires was losing pressure. When we checked it we noticed that there was a couple tears on a rear tire. I googled a tire shop near me and found their shop. I thank God that I did! We all have this fear of getting ripped off when it comes to auto care, but not this place. They saw that we were in distress and they helped us out. They found a nail in the tire; they said they could patch it up but the tears on the face of the tire might pop any second tho it wasn’t leaking air. We opted to replace the tire and the owner/manager even gave us a discount! They also checked the rest of the tires, made sure everything was okay and we went on our way. I’m sure the Holy Spirit led us to this place as it was random where we decided to exit and pull over to check our tires. God-sent indeed! I’m grateful and recommend this place for sure.
I called auto world a few minutes before closing with a dire emergency with my car. I had an issue with an installation of a part and not only were they willing to stay past closing. They were super knowledgeable and help save me from another costly repair. I highly recommend them for any car
I can't thank Auto World USA enough for the incredible help they gave me during a stressful situation. My car suddenly overheated on the highway-something burst and all the coolant had leaked, and I was stranded 4 hours from home. It was a Saturday afternoon, and after calling multiple auto shops, none were willing to help.
Auto World USA was the only place that stepped up. From the moment I called, they were kind, professional, and clearly hardworking. JJ, the shop manager, is hands down the best I've ever met-knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road.
They even stayed after business hours just to make sure my car was safe to drive home. I couldn’t have asked for better service. If you're ever in a bind, this is the shop you want by your side.

This place was a lifesaver. Quite frankly, I stumbled upon it by accident. Had a tire going flat on a cross country road trip and these guys hooked me up with a new tire and had me going within 20 minutes at a amazing price. Highly recommend!
They are the best price around to change a tire. However, the wait time was about an hour for two tires. It was a young man changing my tires on a Saturday. Other than that, I will be back.
Had to have my ujoints and center support bearing replaced and called around to find this the only shop capable of doing it on a Saturday. Reasonable rates and no out of the blue fees. Would definitely bring work back to this shop due to their honest, helpful and friendly nature.

Dont trust this place. Go in to get quote. Pull in there is a car in back lot smoking on fire. Guy is not nice when trying to talk to him. Go to leave and one of the techs comes flying through parking lot. Then almost runs me off road.
Very impressed with service. I had a nail in my tire. They diagnosed issue and it took less than an hour for tire to be plugged and car was ready for me to drive home. Also, the price was very reasonable. Thank you.
The customer service at this establishment is awesome, I called to check for 2 tires the gentleman told me had them. When I got there he talk to me did his job, 30 mins max. Everytime I go there they do an excellent job! Keep up the great work
This place is great. I go here for all my routine maintenance. The guys who work there are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and gracious. They have been very honest about the work I needed and their pricing is more than fair.
you guys were ok until your mechanic ripped off a vandalized door handle that I had attached as best I could until insurance. He threw it on my front seat and told me to put it back on. How does that sound in any way like integrity and pride in your work? What else have you done to my car that wasn't thrown in my front seat?
I have been a customer for almost a year. This shop is one of the best in town. They are honest and work hard to make the customer happy. Price is low and the work is quality. I really recommend this place for all your tire and vehicle maintenance needs!
Visited today because everywhere else was closed or did not have the tire I needed. Friendly and trustworthy staff got me the tire I needed very cheap but great quality! Glad I found this gem. Will definitely be seeing them for any repair I may need in the future. A++++

DO NOT take your car here. Went to get a flat fixed and their machine took a chunck out of my rim and scratched it all the way around. They tried to touch it up with black touch up paint without telling me. Realized it after I hand washed the car the next morning. Went back and talked to the owner and all he said was it was not his fault that paint scratches are normal when changing a tire (which is not true). He offered no kind of resolution. Totally bad business practice. Knowing his machine did the damage, he didn’t even offer a refund. Will never go back to them and as one of the senior Marines on Quantico I will ensure that I steer clear as many people possible away from their shop.
Best service and price. I was quoted $350 for platinum brake pads and rotors. Here exacted same platinum pads and rotors were installed under $250. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place
Nice crew, great prices and very accomadating....but I'm very disappointed that I was sold two bad tires....they leak air constantly...being out of state haven't had time to come back and ask why. Found out it patch work done inside the tires. Now I have to buy more tires.
