Seeing someone else's horror story about a scammy tow company made me glad I picked this place when my starter went out. Even on a Sunday, I was answered by a professional sounding assistant who politely guided me through options and quotes. (Before this, I tried connecting with another company that seemed a bit scammy looking back and barely got back to me before saying their driver couldn't)
The driver was super kind as well! He tried to jump start my car, even getting in himself to try starting it, but before even doing that was informative enough to know it wasn't just a dead battery (as I'd tried jumping it with a neighbor earlier).
I was just glad that on a Sunday, and thankfully from home, they were able to get to me in less than 1.5 hours and drop off to my mechanic down a couple miles away. I'm not sure what typical rates are because I used to have service through my former insurance. Jump start price maybe seemed high, but that was eliminated due to nonissue.The tow price didn't seem obnoxious considering. (I wouldn't have wanted to spend money on anything anyways but it is what it is lol)
The driver sent me a link to pay and image of my car at drop off.
Overall, thorough and friendly service that made me feel at ease and handled with care even being in a pinch.
I cried on the phone with Walter and was in such a panic. He took it upon himself to get to me and help me out when I was completely hopeless and I have never expected some one with a towing company to be so personal, caring, professional, and efficient. Thank you, so so so very much. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Walter and Eastern Towing to ANYONE who needs a helping hand that can also be a friend. More companies like this and more service providers like Walter please.
Great customer service, communication was top notch and best of all arrival time was less than hour. Best tow service I have ever work with. You will not be disappoint.
Honest company with good service. Ended up accidentally paying twice (Zelle and credit card) and the company refunded one of the charges, which doesn’t happen often with towing companies. The manager was pretty hands on and easy to work with.

Thanks, to you and your crew for getting here in good time and not letting me distract them, while they figured out how to get the Truck off the boat ramp. Then boat trailer axcel that was hung up on lip of the end of the ramp. Got it out in one piece. Excellent problem solving and careful extraction.

My car broke down on my way to the dealership at 6:30 in the morning. They were the only towing company to answer the phone even though all the companies claim to be 24 hours. The man on the phone told me that it would be at least a 2 hour wait. Walter was at my car within an hour and was super nice and helpful. When we arrived at the dealership he told the service agent what the problem was and showed them the missing lug nut on my back tire and how loose the tire was. He reassured me that I did the right and save thing by pulling off the road and calling for a tow. He help explained the problem better then I could. I’m so grateful for the help Walter gave.
A wallet was stolen from my vehicle while it was in their possession. Also, the lady who runs the place is extremely rude. I wouldn't willingly come to these people for work of any kind.
Service was prompt, dispatcher was helpful, the driver Walter was awesome and friendly and kept me updated on the process as I couldn’t be onsite. Price was fair. Overall I’d recommend to anyone, I had a great experience.

Walter was a true professional and helped ease my mind and stress as soon as he arrived. He was courteous and cautious with my bike. He paid attention to the little things and got my bady back in one piece. He didn't leave until the bike was safely stored in my garage. His service far exceeded my expectations.

Saving their number to my phone for all future needs. I was stricken on the road, and they were able to get a flat bed out to me within the hour. They handled my lowered all wheel drive with care and got it to my home promptly. Very friendly guy too, which really helps during stressful times. I can't thank them enough for their service.

Oh my goodness. Will ALWAYS recommend. When I called at 0600, the lady on the phone was so kind and happy that despite my frustration with my situation, she put me in a better mood assuring me it would be handled and working around my schedule. The gentleman who came and got my truck (which was in a kind of difficult position) was also just as kind and knew exactly what he needed to do to get my truck out. Overall, I was so extremely pleased with each person and how willing they were to make sure my truck was taken care of. Thank you guys SO much for your efforts.
My experience with Eastern Towing & Recovery - Hablamos Espanol was awesome!! My car broke down at the height of rush hour leaving DC and traveling 66E bound heading home. I was able to drive the car to a Sheetz in Manassas, VA. When I reached out to the Towing company the operator was polite and told me she would have a tow truck within 30-40 minutes to help me. Before she hung up she told me the drivers name and the last 4 digits of his phone number so I would know who was calling me. Walter was dispatched to help me, he was a true blessing. He made me feel at ease. I was 65 miles from home. The tow truck was clean and shiny inside and out. After talking to him as he drove me to the station that my car would be serviced I know he has a passion for helping and caring for his customers! He also has a passion for the job he does and has been doing for 22 years. Thank you so much!
