Old lady there is extremely rude and unwilling do to her job. Asked nicely for assistance and she gets an attitude and tells me it'll be 20 minutes. Great customer service 😂

I get my oil filters here and they are good. Guys at the desk help out and go above and beyond.

Yessss....This is my Napa Store (Blackstone VA) of choice and it should be yours too! I drive 50minutes from Chase City to Blackstone because of the great customer service that I’ve always been given. The owner is very helpful friendly and Josh IS AMAZING!

Theres Napas I like to go to and there's Napas I don't like to go to. This one is always the best. Best help you can find in a store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at getting what is needed or at answering question.
