They sold me a lemon. My transmission went out quick after purchase. I was still paying the loan on the car . I called them repeatedly and never got any satisfactory answers or responses. I paid the car off I could drive anymore. ( it collected dirt and dust in my yard.) I finally had the junk yard come pick it up. Be careful of this seller.
Marc was my salesman and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. He listened to my requirements and my wish list and cover even though it was late in the day he took the time to explain everything and get everything ready for me to pick up my new vehicle the next day. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and efficient in getting their part of the process taken care of. I left the dealership with my registration insurance, safety sticker, and license plate plates in place. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I was searching for a new truck. My wife and I are driving across the country and I found what I wanted here at Green Automotive through car guru. It had only 2, 280 miles on it and it was a 2023! What a find. Traded in my 2018 Ford f-150 supercrew there in case you want a really nice truck with 89,000 miles on it. I'm sure they'll give you a great deal. The personal service was so genuine. A rare thing at alot of dealerships. Please take the drive to Blackstone, VA. It's well worth it.

We were in search of a very specific RAV4 in a very specific trim and color for my wife. There were two with fewer than 20k miles within a 500mi radius of us: one in Louisville Kentucky, and one in Blackstone VA, here at Green Automotive. Both were priced the exact same. The one located at Green Automotive ended up being the right choice for us, not only because they were willing to go down on price, offer a decent deal on the trade in, and even meet us half way, but because they seemed more than genuine about the buying experience. I was a little sketched out driving 4 hours away to a small town in the middle of nowhere to pick up this car, but this team made it more than easy for me. Update 11/13/23 I was on vacation 3 hours from home and the engine light came on with a horrible knocking sound in the engine and then lost power. Got the car towed to Hyundai and its prob a connection rod gone meaning i need a new engine. Theres a recall and lawsuit for this issue but beware when buying cars. I wasnt even made aware that this year, make & model had a recall along with a law suit. They must not do good inspections bc the sparkplugs were shot in this car when i looked at them while on side of the road and obviously a compression test wasnt done. I did spend $100 on replacing the spark plugs before realizing it was the connecting rod more then likely and decided a tow was best. Now im out of a car for prob atleast 6 weeks, had to rent a car to get back home from vacation and still have a hefty car payment with no vehicle. Redicolous i havent even had the car 45 days yet.
Contacted them about a car I saw online and they were quick to respond back. The car we originally planned to get didn't pass inspection so was sent back. John was able to get us into a much nicer vehicle although a little more then we budgeted for we absolutely love it. The process was quick and smooth. Would recommend going to :)
