Today my car wouldn't start, got a jump and drove to Advanced Auto in Blackstone, Va. They had my battery in stock and even put it in for me!! To the gentleman (gray hair, pulled back) who put the new battery in my car today, you are an absolute angel!! Thank you so much, I hope something wonderful happens to you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Always have part or can get it. Easy parking and getting out

workers at this location do not know their job, very poor service do not recommend this location, all parts stores can look up part numbers and cross references what would work. went into this location again told the female associate my vehicle was throwing a code intermittent she told me she couldn't run a code read this is multiple times I have issues with this person second review I have posted on the same person I told her I would just wait for the other associate he took the code reader took 1 min to get the code probably solved, she NEEDS TO BE FIRED IF YOU ARE THE RUDE AND DO NOT KNOW THE JOB YOU SHOULDN'T WORK THERE people do not want to go the store that has that much hassle.

I was extremely pleased. I walked right in. The worker greeted me and I explained that I may need a battery. He wheeled his cart out and checked the battery. He replaced my battery and then rang me up. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. I didn’t know if I could tip the worker.

I came to just check a price on a part and the staff was very helpful. The guy mentioned the antifreeze on sale and I needed that. Very good price and I ended up getting the part also. I was in and out in a short time also. Cheers to advance .

I'm big on diy. They helped point me in they right diretion to get the job done. They even had the tools that the other parts stores didn't.

Awesome customer service I went there yesterday evening and a guy named chris help me get everything I needed and explained to me the proper way to use it also very knowledgeable when it come to vehicles I'm definitely gonna make this my go to place from now on greatly appreciate everything!

Went and inquired about a cabin filter. Guy behind counter said they didn't have that one in stock. Tried to sell me a 40.00. I said no thanks and he says don't go to O'Rileys. Said no will have dealership order. He says No they cost more than us. I said no their cheaper and left
