Battery light came on traveling back from the mountains, so I stopped in for a quick diagnostic check with their machine. Staff was kind and quick to hook my vehicle up, letting me know that the alternator was bad and should be replaced. No charge, just smiles and friendly service
Would post a better review, but there’s always one staff member to ruin it all. Everyone else in there was immediately helpful and had a great attitude besides one. There’s a short, heavy set lady that works there that always seems to have the nastiest attitude when asking ANYTHING. Walked in there to quickly ask for a part location in the store, but as soon as I said “where-“, she immediately cut me off, with such a horrible attitude, and told me to ask someone else. The next lady to ACTUALLY help me was very kind and pointed me directly where I needed to go.
I went into this location yesterday 8/5/24
I had my check engine light on, my vehicle was making noises and I was so stressed out. When I got to store a young man named Daniel helped out tons, He explainede why and what I needed to do!
I have been to many places in Blackstone ,
He made it the best experience and I will return and spread the good word about this location. I hope that he continues to be at that store and gets a raise because he’s an asset to this company. Thank you O’Reillys.
Was in the Blackstone area today and my battery started to fail me. Went to o Riley's and talked to Ronald. Always went to Napa sometimes advanced but I will definitely start going to O'Reilly. Ronald was very polite nice and knowledgeable. Seem to know his job in and out. If I owned am auto parts store, best believe Ronald would be the manager. I glanced around at some of the prices of the stuff in the store compared to stuff I've seen elsewhere and I have to say again O'Reilly definitely is the cheapest.
Wrong parts received, but was charged shipping anyway..second time !!!..girl was friendly as she helped find parts I needed so I emailed corporate about her,.then I'm charged shipping for wrong parts delivered ??no wonder they don't have much business....they lost mine !!!..Went to Summit, they had exactly the parts.
The woman was friendly and actually trying to help me. I only wanted to know WHERE IN THE STORE I COULD FIND THE FUSE I NEEDED. As soon as “fuse” came out of my mouth the man behind the counter cuts across the woman and says “fuse is too general, you need to look in the owners manual and find the specific fuse you need.” I was fully aware of what I needed but I wasn’t given the opportunity to state it. Customer service here is horrible please employ people who actually want to work because this man clearly hates his job. I will stick with advanced auto at least they allow you to finish speaking.
I am a Oreillys commercial customer. Go to them all over the southeast coast. This one only lets you dump 5 quarts of oil so you cant bring anything more than a civic oil change. So, I stepped over to advance auto to dump my 15 gals and buy another $600 in oils, antifreeze, and brake clean for my service truck restock.
