Chipped my paint no where to park left something loose when doing alignment on my truck. Wouldn’t recommend. But seem very nice and polite.

If you want the job done in a reasonable time and properly, this is the place! We had no issues at all with work performed and they gave an accurate estimate. Staff is great and even found other issues that need to be addressed moving forward. These folks know how to do business. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to them for any repairs that are out of my DIY scope from here on out! Thank you all again!

My engine light came on on my trip home to Callao from Williamsburg. I searched garage near me and Eltham's came up. A very sympathetic lady got my car looked at immediately. As I was trying to figure out how to get home, she announced that my car was fixed! Super grateful for such friendly, knowledgeable, quick service.

Charge you for work they didn't perform. Have them replace a seat and they brought it back to me with the airbag light on. Didn't even say anything about it. I had to make a big deal about it before they would even attempt to fix the problem. Just overall bad attitude where they act like they're doing you a favor by taking your money and performing subpar work.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire patch. I was assured the patch would last the life of the tire. Less than a day later, the tire was completely flat. I took it back, two hours later it was ready and they assured me they were certain it was fine. About 15 hours later it was completely flat again. Both times the tire leaked more quickly after I brought it in. I asked if they could give me a free tire and they said they'd have to order it. I asked for a refund which they assured me they would do. A week later I have no refund or even an apology. Thankfully I paid with a credit card and am challenging that part of the transaction.

This place is top notch - A+++!! But all I can think is the letter "C" as it's Cute and Cozy: Classical, yet Country. Staff is friendly and amazing! I called everywhere in Williamsburg and West Point trying to get my car inspected for days, no one could take me in, unless I left my vehicle over night, which I am unable to do. Michael got me right in at Eltham Auto Clinic, which was also the first person I spoke to whilst searching for a service station that could complete my Virginia state vehicle 12 month inspection, who did not have a bad and rushed tone. It was refreshing. The center also has the largest waiting area that I've ever seen, even at most large dealerships. This place is very clean and inviting. I would always recommend Eltham Auto Clinic for any service you may need!! My key chain was even intertwined and the nice technician unwound that before I left as well. Amazing ? place!!! Amazing people and overall performance and customer service, a rare to these days. Great job Eltham Auto Clinic!!!

Professional & Efficient. Family road trip to the beach was delayed when the radiator cracked on the interstate. Eltham Auto Clinic delivered with a quick diagnosis & fix. They had a classy waiting area with great vintage car books, good tunes, coffee, and kids games & books. They saved our family getaway and I am so grateful.

Needed a plug for my flat tire, call tyem after work. Was there for hardly 10 mins and the mechanic was super friendly and super fast. Definitely Recommend them for quick and friendly service.

this place was great! i had to have my car towed after hours on a weekend, and they were able to look at it on their next business day. they were super communicative about the whole process and everyone i talked to was very nice, plus i thought their cost for everything was very fair. i'm very grateful that they were able to keep my beloved beater car going! would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Shop refuses to finance/ let customers make payments. Now I'm not personally a fan of modrs service center but at least they're willing to work with their customers interested of bring greedy and always demanding every dollar up front. Hope this shop will learn to work with it's customers better in the future. One simple change could being a lot more customers in

Relatively new to New Kent and been looking for a local shop to go to when I need tires, inspections, etc. After a horrible experience last year with a different local shop that I will never go back to, I went into Eltham Auto earlier this week for a state inspection and I finally found my place! No appointment needed in the first hour of the day, which was very convenient, and everyone I spoke to was super friendly. There were no made up repairs "needed" to pass and the waiting room was spacious and clean. They will absolutely have my business in the future.

Called up there to see about having my turbo replaced on ecoboost mustang, asked if they could replace it with the Ford High preformance turbo offered from Ford, was told I get a call back the next day with more information. Never got a call back. Took my car up the street to ModRs and they had the turbo replaced in less than a day and only cost $470(I supplied the turbo)Only leaving a bad review for poor customer service not the quality of workmanship, i.e. because I never had my car fixed here. I would have been fine with a callback saying they wouldn't be able to do it, but to say you'll call me back and then not call me back makes you look bad as a buisness.

Eltham Auto Clinic is my go to repair shop in West Point, VA. They are honest and trustworthy. They will tell you the truth and preform good work at a fair price in today's market. I am a retired mechanic and state inspector, so it is hard to get over on me. They have never tried. Good people, consistent in character, and they will get you back on the road.

So far, this auto repair shop is the only one that has been completely honest and I was very satisfied. I had a steering wheel issue & thought it was the pump, (very expensive), however, they told me it was a hose, (not so expensive). They could've just gone along with the 1st.They're very busy but, they will do their best to get your car repaired expediently. Some advice: There are many websites online that will tell you the high & low end of what your repair cost will be. Call & ask them for an average cost of the repair. Note! This is not your estimate, you have to bring the car in for them to diagnose for a proper estimate, but it will give you an idea.They were right in the middle. Which is fine by me. Also, do your homework. If you have an idea of what broke down, look up the price of the part. Whether it's original O.E.M or aftermarket. Ask them if an after market is available & if it's cheaper. Look at a you tube video & see what the problem could be. I also looked at the reviews on google & looked them up on the BBB site. I had all this done prior to bringing my car in. There are no guarantees but you need to feel comfortable to whom is going to do your repair. Prior to bringing the car in. I highly recommend this place!!!!

I've only used eltham auto clinic for car inspections so far, but if I do need service on my vehicles I'm most likely going to use them. It seem to be very efficient and have a pretty good reputation in the area. They always seem to be moving quickly and they have a nice waiting area.

The boys over at Eltham helped get my 88 F-150 back on the road after a nasty fuel system issue. Can't recommend them enough! Super friendly, VERY knowledgeable (talked with Travis and David about my truck and anything I should look out for). They also got my Camry turned around in no time when the alternator died. Long story short, if your car needs repairs, just go to Eltham and save yourself the hassle of working with other mechanic shops.

Had a brake malfunction and was on travel for work. The guy who towed my car recommended them. They got the car on the road the next day. When I got home I noticed the brakes needed to have air removed from the line. Instead of making me drive the few hours to them, they covered it with a local mechanic. Great service. Outstanding customer service. And most importantly, Eltham is a very trustworthy business who gets it! Would strongly recommend them to anyone!!!!

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone was really nice and it was super speedy! Update! The warm weather hit and I was able to take my motorcycle for a state inspection! I got the exact same quick, professional yet small town feeling I got the first time.

They're very professional and courteous. They helped me to do a cheaper repair, instead of one that would be more costly on my car that's not worth much. And they put a lot of effort into researching to make sure the repair complied with regulations and would pass inspection. So I appreciated that they went the extra mile to help me out. Thanks guys!

I came to Eltham Auto Clinic after having a really bad experience with another shop. The professionals at Eltham were fair and honest with me and treated me with the upmost respect. They offer quality services at fair and honest prices and get the job done in a timely manner. I've had different services for multiple vehicles. They have always been pretty honest and their prices were always lower than expected. They are very friendly and personable as well. Overall, just a really good shop and I won't go anywhere else until I move out of this state. Lol. They have really gone above my expectations and are very professional too. I've gone through plenty of other shops and no one else can compare. I have been ripped off too many times by other shops. I also love how big and bright their waiting area is too. It's just a very pleasant atmosphere. Especially when they have the classical music playing

Their prices are also reasonable. They perform their work in a timely fashion and they do not waste my time. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs or maintenance!
