My wife's car gor stuck in the mud at the base of the hill that leads to our house. I called and they answered by the 3rd ring. I explained the situation. They assured me it wouldn't be an issue.
By the way, this was a Sunday at 2pm.
The driver called within 10 minutes. He showed up 30 minutes after the call.
Pulled the car out and no issues.
I was happy to pay him.

They were absolutely fantastic! I got my vehicle stuck in a very challenging and precarious position in soft mud and Chris was able to get to where I was and get my vehicle out. I was very grateful. They arrived promptly and were friendly and professional.
I live in Canada, and my elderly mother lives in Virginia. Earlier this month, my mother's car ran out of charge, and she was alone and disoriented on the side of Hiway 64. Richard (the world's kindest tow truck driver) came to her rescue, towed her back 2 hours to her house in the freezing cold and snow (Canadian weather!) and got her safely into her home. They did a great job and really got me out of a bad situation getting my truck and trailer off the side of I 64, had to end up having truck towed back to NC they had the best price out of any shop up in that area. And my tow driver John was one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever met.. i highly recommend them

Best towing ever came in 15 minutes for a good and cheap price but had high quality even better then the more expensive places will use again and again without a second thought
I have had too many vehicles towed by Bob Alley Towing. This time was my Stationwagon. Need to change the location and didn't estimate the distance needed correctly so had to make some adjustments to get it on the flatbed.

It was horrible service the driver arrived with in 20 mins of me calling them and was nice and truck was clean and brand new smelling and everyone was nice.
I remember the good old days when you called a towing company and waited 2 hours on the side of the road for someone to show up in a dirty truck that looked like towmater from the cars movie. Then have to move trash for you to sit in truck and you just prayed you made it back alive and bubba didnt spill his dip spitter bottle on you.

While renting a travel trailer, our trailer had two tires with blown pressure valves and needed immediate help. It was also a Sunday and most places were closed. We recently had a tire blow out on Rte. 64. We contacted AAA, who failed to show up after we waited on the side of the road for nearly 2 hours, and who offered no guarantee of when someone would arrive.
