West Point, VA Advance Auto team is super insightful and helpful. Associate Dave has helped me twice and went above a beyond to help with my issue and explain the recommended steps I should consider.

When my car battery died in food lion parking lot after buying $300 of groceries with three kids/babies with me, I walked over to the store and bought a battery and the worker there got his work cart and walked across the street with us to install the new one. Very grateful for his help on such a hot day! He saved the day for us!

No words can express my gratitude to the manager on a Sunday to help identify and repair a serious issue, but with a $98 spark plug coil. Our destination was 200 miles away and our fear was to have the car towed and spend the night in order to address the issue on Monday, but he saved us! Thank you! There are good people in this world and he is certainly one of them.

Didn't have basic tools, had to be ordered

For an autoparts store to remove the books from the oil and airfilter isles means my money will go to another store. Instead of this one. Good Way to be stupid advance.

Bought parts to help someone didn't need them all , quick easy refund with receipt and still in package not used .

I was visiting family in Va and while I was there my alternator blew. My family and I went to Advanced Auto and they were able to order it for overnight Sunday delivery at 8am! The Honda dealership couldn't get the alternator until Tuesday! The staff at Advanced Auto especially Dustin, were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! We were able to get my car repaired and we were on our way home to NJ. Thank you so much! I would recommend you give them a try!! I am now a customer for life!
