When I had my car accident this was where my car was towed. Very friendly people even offered to assist me getting my personal items. I also left an item. They retrieved it before it was picked up by the insurance company and held it at the desk.
Front tire blew on 288 at 6:00am on a Monday. No spare so had to call for a tow. Called 8 other tow services with no success, but when I called Key’s, he answered the phone and came straight out. Towed me to a repair shop, and even gave me a ride to work after dropping the car off. Outstanding service, and really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this towing service!
Called to secure services for towing a disabled vehicle, they collected credit card info and was told they would arrive within the hour. Hour and half later I called to inquire and was told they had an accident call that came in after my call they were responding to and would give me a call when driver finished. Another hour and a half later I called again. New lady answered and knew nothing of my call, she investigated and called me back acting like they just finished the call and the driver would be there in 20-25 minutes. Driver arrived indicating he was eating lunch and thought they had sent another driver hours earlier. His statements confirmed the lady clearly lied when she called me back. Driver arrived after dark. The next day I discovered the tow truck leaked a large pool of hydraulic fluid, approximately 5-6 feet in diameter, all over my driveway leaving an heavy oil slick. On top of all of this they overbooked my credit card. First Lady indicated $81 and they ended up charging $84.24. Worst experience I have ever had with a towing company!
I want to say he is the best really wants to do his best trying to be careful to not hurt your car or anything else around. He goes the exam mile. Thank you again for your help I'll definitely call you back again.
The gentleman was very gruff and off-putting. He was extremely standoffish in spite of me killing him with kindness and me being in tears the whole time because my vehicle was wrecked. He didn't show any empathy or anything
Keys Towing was incredible! I got in an accident on christmas eve, and Keys Towing was the only company that responded and came in an incredibly timely manner. I was basically stranded on the highway figuring out how to get home (I had no money and no one to help) and without any hesitation the 78 year old owner volunteered to take me home, free of charge. We even had a very lovely conversation on the drive back as well! I have never experienced such empathy with a towing service.
We had only a short time to get to the tire store before it closed after our tire failed. Our driver was prompt, nice and got us there in time. We were traveling from out of town and would have been stuck without him.
My son had his scooter towed because of the police. When I called the service team at keys towing was very helpfully for me to get the scooter back. They keep the scooter out of the rain and his helmet gloves and keys. Every thing was in place nothing missing. This is a great tow company. Believe me when I say you can TRUST THEM at keys towing. They will get all my tows in future , I hopefully I will not need them but if I do need a tow it will be with keys towing. Very trustworthy I mean it......
If I could give zero stars I would. First off the employee was rude to me. If you want me to make an appointment to come to your lot you need to give me times you are available. I am not on your tow truck with you nor am I in your office to see your schedule. Second organization of paperwork is a must and in my opinion apparently not on your priority list. Third communication between you and dispatch is a must but in my opinion not for you apparently. My vehicle was towed from an accident scene of 12/12/19 and I went to the lot the day of the accident and signed paperwork for personal belongings and release to insurance agent. However you have told them this had not been done. Second I speak to you about this on12/14/19 and you say yes you did but dispatch was not informed. Then I receive another message on 12/17/19 still saying I have not given permission to release the vehicle when I gave signed permission on 12/12/19 so now on 12/17/19 I have to call you for a third time to get this straight. COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION IS EVERYTHING IN THIS BUSINESS and In my opinion you have neither. Get it together.
My car broke down when it was heavily raining. Keys Towing was there within 5 minutes to help me take it to a shop to get fixed. After the diagnostic on my car I had Key's towing tow my car to my house. Reasonable pricing and nice customer service.
The police called Key's towing to remove my vehicle from the scene of an accident. They took my vehicle to their lot where it was locked away accruing a 40+ dollar a day storage fee (I understand that is normal practice and that is fine). There is no office or individual on cite and they would not schedule a time to meet up with me to get my car from the lot. After asking when I could schedule for AAA to retrieve my vehicle I was told they could not guarantee any time but that I should allow for around an hours' wait for someone from Key's to arrive on cite if I wanted it that day. I finally just spoke with AAA and they told me they would communicate with Key's themselves to retrieve my car from their lot. 'Brad/Ray' (I couldn't get a verified answer when it came to his name) was just rude throughout the entire process. I have had my vehicle towed more times than I can remember and I understand how being nice and patient with the towers helps a situation greatly but I have never been so blatantly spoken down to by a company employee.
I have never felt the need to write a review for a business before but I had to make an exception after this experience.
