Very friendly and helpful staff. My engine light was on. A very nice staff member came out and did a diagnostic test on it for free. He then explained the results. I definitely recommend this business.
So I purchased a battery from this location on 6/2025. It is now 9/2025, 90 days later and battery is extremely weak. They of course did their little battery test and he showed us it said weak, then went in the back and spoke to the manager who I guess told him no not to do the warranty exchange which it comes with 2 year warranty. He came back saying he told us the wrong info saying that the battery was in fact good when we saw for our own eyes that it was weak. They did not do the warranty exchange and told me the only thing they could do for me was for me to purchase a new battery which I was not going to do since the battery is under warranty! Never going to this location ever again!! Learn how to provide customer service!
I'd give this a 0 star if I could. Ordered an ignition switch for my son's Acura Legend and when we picked it up the sales person told us this part had been returned because the previous person said it didn't work in their vehicle and that we can return it if it doesn't work. Well if it didn't work in another vehicle it is probably defective and the fact that O'Reilly's didn't test the part themselves and just resold it as "new" is despicable. We had to order this part for overnight delivery to the store and if we had any other options today I would have cancelled the order for a refund. Shocker, when we got home to replace the part it didn't work. Luckily I've got a new part coming in on Monday. How dare this company try and sell a knowingly defective part to a customer. Who knows how often they've tried to pull this stunt and what's worse they've could have done this with essential safety required parts. Needless to say, I'll never be shopping from them again.
Last Sunday ,after church,I was going to put my wipers up before the expected snow storm but one wiper came off in my hand. It was the one that I had noticed didn't seem to work as smoothly but since it was only a few months old ,I didn't worry. I couldn't clip it back on so I drove up to my O'Reillys where one if the nice young men put them on when I bought them. A really nice fellow couldn't get it on either and he immediately said he would put a new set on under warrenty. Such great customer service is rare these days. I posted it on my Next Door as of two days later,it's been viewed almost two thousand times!

UPDATE: 7/3/2023: Walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter named Dalton. He asked if he could help me and I said yes. I told him the make/model of car and ask for wiper blades for front. I told him the brand I wanted and he recommended the intermediate level. As a veteran, he looked at my ID and posted it in the system permanently so the next time I make a purchase there I will automatically get the 10% discount. He then asked if I would like him to install them and I said yes. He noticed one of the packages had been open and said no, he wanted to get another to ensure it had never been used. He had them only in just a couple minutes. Love this O’Reilly’s! Have always received great customer service. Big shout out to Dalton for his help! Thank you!

Kindly greeted by a young man whose name was Jordan. He helped me with my purchase and was patient with me as I gave him several phone numbers to look up my account. Very pleasant and called me ma’am. Great customer service!!
This store was ON IT! I had called around to a Bunch if stores for a MAF Sensor. Thus one had it, and hooked me up. Thanks everyone, BTW, The part works great!
Went in today to pick up windshield wipers, a cabin filter, and an air filter. The employee that helped me
not only changed the wipers (as they offer), but offered to show me show to change the air filter! He was very friendly and polite and I appreciate the education! Saved me $60 at the shop!. Will definitely keep using this location.
Mariah was the epitome of professional. I had so many questions and she was patient and knowledgeable. Please applaud her on a job well done. Customer service is Paramount to the success of any business and with that said she should be applauded.

Really nice people and a well equipped store. I like it better than the other chain auto stores in the area, but this location is in a bad location making it easy to miss your turn in and having to make a U-turn either coming or going depending on which way you live off Hull Street Rd.
Came to get some bulb for my car headlight and Daniel at the store was very professional and fantastic . He is very courteous humble and respectful to all customer . Would like the management to give him a special appreciation . Any one want to visit this location ask for him

We came in tonight and was immediately greeted with a welcoming attitude and right afterwards the man asked if we needed any help, once we showed what we needed he found a specific joint seal for a caliper with no information regarding it prior. Wish I could have got his name! Hands down best service

Daniel is the man!!! Autozone gave me the wrong filter for my oil change and he was so helpful with helping me get the right one. I also called the store to see if they could help me get the oil filter cap off (as it was on way too tight) and when I came to the store, he put on his coat and came right out to help in the rain and dark. I am so appreciative for his service because I couldn’t have gotten my oil change completed without him. Thank you so much Daniel!!!

I went in to get a replacement universal spark plug wire I saw online. They looked everywhere and could not find it. The young lady that waited on me actually opened a brand new set of wires and handed it to me and said

A nice young lady helped me put my new washer blades on! She was very helpful, even though it was hot outside. It's an auto parts store. Good service makes the difference.
The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no line when I went in. I bought a headlight and had to return it because it was damaged, the return transaction was seemless and quick and the associate that processed return was kind and made the whole process smooth.
Went to Advance Auto to get a new battery and they would not install it. Went to O'reillys across the street and they put it in no questions asked. Its as simple as that. I will never go to Advance Auto again.
My wife was stranded at a nearby McDonalds. The battery was dead on our car, and she called the store. Their two clerks came out to the car and put in the new battery for her and got her up and running. I was happy that they were able to understand what true customer service is, and will now be spending my money on all auto parts at the O'Reilly Auto Parts stores. Customer for life, thank you.
