I needed a battery. I went in to napa, I was waited on immediately. They tested my battery( to make sure it was just the battery and not the alternator, as well)and they jump started my Jeep after the test. I bought the battery and went on my way. Excellent customer service.
They have always gone the extra mile to make sure I get the parts I need. They also have a good balance of knowledge on what works and what does not work. They can also help solve your vehicle troubles.
I called at 7am today 1/14/22 and was told the battery I needed in stock, but that they said they didn't install batteries. I went into the store 15 minutes later and was told.I could come back after 830am and someone could help then. My battery was $119.99 and I felt letting money be told to come back, was poor service. Eventually got it installed, but I can shop Advance Auto just as easily next time.

There are great deals offered each month with very reasonable prices for quality products and great warranties on tools. Conveniently local.
Prices are much higher than any other parts in a 30 mile radius.
Customer Service staff displays unhelpful/arrogant behavior about any issues you have outside of looking up a part to order for you.
