I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new 2025 grand Cherokee at Casey CDJR of Springfield, Vermont Everyone was welcoming and friendly, especially my salesman Earl who went out of his way to help me and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a used 2024 Wrangler Rubicon from Casey CDJR, Springfield, VT. The process was flawless from first contact by email and phone to closing the deal. Anastasia answered my many questions about the vehicle and kept me up to date on the recall work. Denis replaced the hv battery under warranty carefully checking the fluid levels the next day before I picked up the vehicle. Earl generously gave me instruction on the controls and infotainment system and Jeep driving techniques during a thorough test drive (this is my first Jeep). This was also my first ever remote purchase in a different state. Mike helped me to return my rental car to enterprise, the nearest office in NH. We closed out the paperwork and financing and I was off on my 4 hour return trip to NY. The next week, Earl called to follow up on the sale to be sure that all was well. The whole process with Casey CDJR of Springfield, VT was awesome, I highly recommend this dealership.

My first contact was with Anastasia through an after hours online inquiry. Anastasia either had or found all the info I asked for. I decided to move forward with Casey CDJR because of her. Then Mike, Commercial Sales Director, worked with me on the deal, making sure I knew exactly what I would pay before I drove over two hours to see the van. He spent a lot of time with me for the test drive and a lot of questions. There was no financial flimflam at the time of signing.The dealer fees were very reasonable and the final price was also reasonable. A very good deal. When I got there, the van looked like they just rolled it out of the showroom (this van is used but barely looked it). Derek in the business office went through the entire transaction including finance and warranty. No upsell pressure. He presented the options to me completely and clearly, and answered all my questions with straight answers. NO BS. The extended warranty seems like a great product at a great price. I got the warranty and I financed through the dealer with a solid rate. John and Stuart delivered the van to me (well over two hours away) exactly when they said they would. It looked new, it was full of gas, and it was registered. No DMV for me. This was an excellent transaction from start to finish.

Started my inquiry online and was chatting with Anastasia who was very helpful. When I walked in, Erik met me at the door, truck was out front and ready for a test drive. We came to a purchase price quickly and paperwork process was smooth and easy. I would absolutely do business with Casey CDJR again in the future!

I had a great experience from the very beginning. Anastasia was incredibly helpful before my visit with information and setting up an appointment. Blake, the sales person, was very friendly and was sure to ask what I wanted and was looking for out of the visit. He broke the "used car sales" stereotype (though he did use the term "six-seven" in conversation which made me feel about 200 years old!). Finally, Derrick helped with the final paperwork and was clearly very competent and had everything ready to go along with answered any of my final questions. I highly recommend them!

I Dealt with Erik Robinson in sales. He is professional and good to deal with, not pushy, and no greasy salesman BS from him. I recommend him. He gets 5 stars. If you’re in the market for a new or used car don’t sell yourself short by passing this dealership up. I’ve had many new vehicles, this one being my third purchased from McGee. Gage, Zack, and the rest of their team make the process as easy as I’ve ever experienced. Purchased my newest truck during one of the worst storms we’ve had this winter and not only was the process quick, they even provided transportation when a downed tree kept me from getting to the dealership for my delivery. I cannot say it enough, if you are not starting your car search with McGee you’re missing out.

I traded my grand Cherokee in and I got my 2017 turbocharged Audi A4 SLine from Tanner!! He met all my expectations and made sure I had the car exactly how I wanted it. Jesse definitely great guy and he’s funny made me cheer up and he doesn’t give up on me for car. He been working hard for me find fit bank financial and I actually approved for car.
