Ashlyn and Adam were communicative throughout the whole ordeal sorting out the battery issue with my car. Unlike the other 2 auto shops I took my car to first, VSC actually took the time to identity and solve the issue.

Had a battery/questionable starter issue on my Hyundai and the team was thorough and professional in addressing the issue. Turned out to only be a battery issue. But they were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Will continue to use this shop, having just recently moved here and was searching for a reliable spot for my car needs!

Right down the road very convenient Always had a good experience will be making this place our regular garage they even rotated our tires on our Hornet when the Dodge dealership said they couldn't rotate them because they were “in too bad of shape” my husband loves this place
I had a great experience! They changed my oil, rotated tires and checked computer codes. I need to make another appointment for some work that needs to be done, which I will do soon!
I am so thankful for the Value Service Center. They got my car in no problem for a new battery and oil change and had it back to me by the weekend so I could use it for a road trip! They were so nice, considerate and professional! They even replaced the battery in my key as it was on the fritz. A huge thank you!!
Had a State inspection done. Made the appointment online which was handy. They did the inspection and checked out a noise I had in the front end. Great service!

Very honest and reliable mom-n-pop mechanic. Cost me hundreds instead of thousands compared to the dealership dealing with my Mercedes. Definitely worth having them diagnose your problems before anything/anyone else. Even as a second opinion it’s worth it.
It’s not often that I share a review, but my experience at Value Service Center was so positive I just had to do it. The customer service, mechanical repairs, and dollar value were all outstanding. I highly recommend this place, I know I will return.
Solid experience from start to finish. Great appointment booking interface, great follow-up texts/emails. Front desk staff informative and friendly, excellent service work, excellent written description of services. Totally recommend.
Called last minute to get my car inspected they were able to fit me in. Got there right before scheduled time and got me in and out with in 30-ish minutes!

Excellent service for my tire that caught a screw in the morning. They ordered a new tire, gave me a ride home until the new tire could be delivered and mounted and came back to my home to bring me back to the service center. All done at a very reasonable cost. Kinda feels like could be my new service center

Staff is very friendly and nice! I forgot to include a document required for inspection, and they called me and gave me time to provide the document so I was able to pass, which was VERY appreciated! This was my first time visiting the shop, and I will definitely be giving them all my business moving forward!
Wonderful staff! Answered all my questions and went above and beyond for service. Fixed my car issues in a super reasonable time frame, with reasonable pricing.
Service was simple, but my car's original issues stemed at the battery being dead, so it was impossible for me to tell without a new battery if any other problems had grown.
Fortunately, all was well, and they the job done pretty quickly, taking time to assure all was well
We were driving home to Memphis, TN and it seemed that our A/C was not cooling properly. (Temp = 90+). Stopped at the IRVING GAS station and were quickly referred to VALUE. Adam talked me through the possibilities before reaching any conclusions. When he opened the hood, he suggested 2-3 potential issues and asked if we’d like him to start the diagnosis process at a specified price. In short order, he’d identified the problem and we gave him the OK to correct the problem. The team worked through the process and, in less than 1 hour, we were back in the road. The team was encouraging, efficient, and effective! We still had almost 1500 miles to go…and, the A/C worked the entire way. Thank you VALUE!
I showed up a week earlier than my scheduled appointment, totally my fault, and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change! They did a thorough check of my car and found the rear brake pads were basically non existence and we worked out a way to get those changed as well! Adam came with me back to the apartment, drove the car back to the shop and dropped it off to me after the work was done. 10/10 customer service and experience!
Out of all the auto shops I’ve been too, this one is the best in town!! No service fee charge to get it looked at. They will work with you on payment plans. And easy to get in! Definitely recommend brining your car here. The best part is that they send you a vehicle health report to your phone and you have all the information right in your hand! Also a vehicle service report on how much everything is!
I have used them several times for work on my cars and have been very impressed with their work.I feel they are reasonable priced and do excellent work. They do it in a timely manner also. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond to make happy customers .I highly recommend them for your automotive needs. They are mechanics you can trust and will get the job done correctly.
