I have had an account with bond/ORiley's since 1996.. I am closing my account I spend thousands of dollars a year there and am consistently treated like trash . I despise the manager.. he is an unkind, unhelpful, unfriendly human.. they do not honor their warranties .. they do not help you when you go in there.. 6 guys on staff 3 on their phones in back. 1 person there helping and the manager hiding in his office ignoring the customers.. If you like to be ignored and treated like you're stupid this is the place for you

I wasn't there , but ordered from them. .They had to order it in. The part was at the store in 4-5 hrs and 6× less than the dealership.

1 star because most people there are great but today I never felt so ignored. All because of a hat with a name on it.And the person basically refused my VA discount even asked and just walked away. I'm almost 70 and have never been disrespected like that DO better

Great prices and 90% of the time will have the parts you need. If they don’t have it they’ll order it and it’ll come in a day or 2.

Fully stocked shelves also got help adding fluids.

Great service! The team installed the new wiper blades even with ice and 15 degree temps. Saved our trip home! Thanks!

Excellent customer service! Had to return a socket and purchase some oil and a filter for my motorcycle. They had everything I needed, and John actually pulled the filter and oil for me and made the transaction quick and smooth.

Great. In and out visit with knowledgeable staff. Fair prices.

First time going that I wasn't approached by staff. I was there for probably 15 minutes without so much as a hello. Felt like it was a locals only pub or something! Not even a goodbye.

Always helpful and can be a life saver when your Honda burns through most of its oil miles away from home

Love the place. Their friendly and 99 out of a hundred times have what I want in stock. And if they don't they can have it there the next day.

I had to go in for some glass cleaner and shop towels. The folks that were there were super friendly and helpful. It was well stocked too. All in all it was a great experience for just having to be able to see.😉

Prices went up after buying Bond Auto. Wasn't impressed. Back to Autozone Sanels and Napa. Also the service went downhill after the buyout. Only a few trained people now who can find the parts.

Always have the parts I need and will get the parts you need if they are not in stalk. My number one place to get anything for my car.

Friendly staff, not always the most knowledgeable but they do try hard.
