I can’t thank Crash Palace enough for their help today. After my car door was blown open and bent to the point of not closing, I was in a real bind. The staff here was phenomenal; they dropped what they were doing to ensure my car was at least drivable and the door was secured. It’s clear they prioritize safety and customer service. Truly a top-tier collision shop.
The gentleman at Crash Palace go above and beyond for their customers. We are military family and were in need of a few minor repairs before we sold our vehicle to move oversees. I brought the car in, the guys were fast affective and so kind. They provided our family with a more than generous discount for our service to our country. Stand up customer service is hard to come by today- you will find this rarity here with Crash palace and their crew.

Crash palace did a great job fixing my car after I hit a deer. They were easy to work with and communicated well. The car looks better than it did pre accident. Highly recommend using them for any body or collision repairs.
They did a beautiful job on my car. They handled my claim through Geico. Friendly service, and they also did a quick clean up and wash of my car. They took good care of me.
Edit they reached out but obviously I did not bring the car back there as the first “attempt” was atrocious.
As you can see, you can see the repair. Guy was on vacation so he couldn’t do a walk around so maybe he didn’t see how this is botched? Definitely not in condition as was before accident.
A small dent in rear fender ended up in this atrocity. For some reason they took it upon themselves to run a buffer with compound on the entire right side of my truck. Badly! And got compound on all the black trim which cannot be removed. Changing the trim left these ridiculous gaps that they claim is because it’s “a Toyota.” Same for the graphics that’s bubbled up its entire length. “It’s a Toyota..” I was patient and they always had some excuse to keep it longer. My brake light is no longer working on that side but I’m guessing that is also “because it’s a Toyota…”. Also got overspray on my cab and rear window.
Outrageous and inexcusable
Very professional staff. My car was repaired 4 days sooner than anticipated. My cars looks AMAZING! I received updates every step of the way. Quick, easy and painless for me. Thank you!!
had a deer jump off a side hill into the drivers side of our truck, crash palace was awesome with working with our insurance and getting our truck running again and looking good as new! thanks guys!
First off only put one star because that was the minimum allowed would be no stars highly recommended you do not bring your vehicle here worst repair job I have ever seen he kept referring to it as his craftsmanship LOL my son could have done better with a rattle can none of the parts had been installed correctly had to bring it back because of multiple problems with the “craftsmanship” and damage done to the vehicle that had not been there before they got it even after getting back the second time nothing was repaired correctly looked like they tried touching the paint up with a nail polish brush do your self a huge favor DO NOT USE CRASH PALACE and if you do anyway than take a good look at the work that had been done good luck to you and your repairs hopefully you use a better shop than what our insurance company sent us to
I can't say enough good things about Crash Palace friendly kind efficient very very knowledgeable squeezed me in because my inspection was up in 3 days got the parts very fast if I could give this a 10 star rating I would I highly recommend Crash Palace for any of your damaged vehicle needs!!

Awesome service! They matched the paint on my truck perfectly, cleaned the inside (which they didn't have to do), and finished repairs ahead of schedule. The staff were polite, professional, and took the time to explain the work that they did. Although I hope I never have to engage a collision repair service again, I would return to these folks in a heartbeat. So glad my insurance company recommended them!
My insurance company (geico) recommended Crash Palace for body work I needed after my bumper was hit. I was a little worried about paint matching because my truck is a more unique color, but they did an amazing job! The paint looks like new and blends perfectly! they where very thorough at the beginning and end making sure I understood what work was done and what was replaced. 10/10 recommend.
No attention to detail at all. I had my truck repaired here after a collision, and i really wish I had gone elsewhere. The turnaround time was impressive, but the quality of work was FAR from it.
Immediately after picking it up I started making a list of what was wrong with it while i was still in the parking lot. When I contacted them the owner WAS very quick to address the issues that I brought up, but it took my truck returning there 3 or 4 times before all the issues were corrected. Or so i thought...
One of my best friends is an auto body tech and over the following months we both started noticing more and more issues with their work. Most of these were things that I was able to correct myself, but some of them would require some panels to be re-prepped to correct.
All in all, their customer service was good, but the quality of work was awful. I would not recommend them.
Poor quality work. Color did not match. Front bumper was not installed correctly and there was overspray on the entire front end. Also, there was an area that was not polished properly, had to go back and the guy took a rag with some finishing compound and tried to polish it by hand only to notice that he scratched the side due to a dirty rag. Had to wait for him to machine polish it and it still doesn’t look ok. I would look somewhere else if you care a bit about your car.
First time ever I have had car repairs completed before the date promised. The car was ready a full day early, washed and looks great! Everything from the repairs to the ease of car rental pick up and drop off directly at the shop made an annoying situation (hit and run) less aggravating. HIghly recommend.
Excellent service. Answered all of my annoying questions and remains patient with me through the entire experience. Vaccumed the floor of my very dirty car which was a major bonus!
Not at all happy with Repair and Service. Work looks like done by amateur. Stole quarters out of Car. Took one whole day after repair to clean the car and still the car was dirtier then when it was taken to them. Overall, very unhappy with the work. Will never return to their shop and would never recommend anyone either.
My grandson drove my 2011 Mustang Fastback on a small boulder when he drove it off road! He cracked the front bumper, cracked the grill, damaged the under carriage too. I live in New Hampshire but was in Rutland for a week long class. On the recommendation of a local resident I called Crash Palace to see of they could repair the damage before I returned home. Brandon was amazing. He went over and above. He stayed late on the Friday of July 4th weekend just to finish my car. The job was done to perfection. I would NEVER have body work done anywhere else. Fantastic place with quality people. Thanks Crash Palace!
Amazing service. No one wants to pay their $500 deductible in an accident, but Crash Palace not only fixed everything, they also cleaned and detailed the inside and outside of my car. Saved some money on a car wash and interior detail! I also was visiting for business and had to leave before my repairs were completely finished. Crash Palace went out of their way to mail me the remaining piece for my foglight cover. I will try to wait whenever possible, to come here in the event I need future repairs. Thank you!
Awesome job on my BMW Love my car even more the scratches on the rear panel are all gone good as new like it never happened! I'm very pleased with a job well done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone and I would take my vehicle there again if needed. Thank you Matt and Brenda and everyone there. :)
