As a local, we do our best to buy from locally owned businesses, however that can be a challenge in a town and in this case a company lacking in customer service. Purchased a product that ORIELLYS had to order in, which given the nature of the product seemed strange. Upon attempting to install said item it became apparent that it was not the correct size. On attempting to not return but exchange the item the cashier was not able to find our order in their system and unfortunately we could no longer locate the receipt. It is strange that considering the product was ordered in that our purchase was not found. I say this because ORIELLYS called to inform us that the item "was in". This is actually the second experience of this exact nature with ORIELLYS. 1st time was with a battery exchange. Luckily that time I had taken a photo of the receipt. Maybe it's a good time to update your POS, because it seems to be costing your employees headaches and losing you business.

Respectful staff, they'll help you in any way possible. Make sure you ask for help if you need it there's no dumb question. When it comes to learning about your car.

Got a set of chains that were labeled wrong and didn't fit. They took them back and didn't give me a hard time about it. Much appreciated.

I stopped in to ask about the free alternator testing, he explained it was a test for starter. battery. and alternator. Justin( I think) was very quick to offer help. He went right out hooked up my jeep He told me thaty issue was definitely my alternator. We went back in and he gave me a quote on one and explained the core charge. He was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk in to a Part store and not be treated an though I was dumb. just because I am female. I highly recommend these guys. they are a great bunch

I needed to buy a new car battery along with some tools for changing. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. They make reasonable suggestions instead of trying to sell expensive ones. Very nice experience!

Always get quality tools and parts. Kind friendly service. They will swap your wiper blades for you and a sign in the window says they loan specialty tools for DIY jobs.

O'Reilly Autp I highly Reccomend,I needed new Wipee Blades and they had the Wipers in stock and even put them on for me and the Price was VERY reasonable. it was 23.00 for both so not bad at all.the Staff there are very pleasant friendly and knowledgeable about their products..so I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase auto parts..

If you need parts for a older car or truck,this is the place to go.They helped me find the part I needed,they were the only parts store in my area that had the part.I guess I have been shopping at the wrong parts store.I am coming here from now on,and would recommend to all.give them a call today,you will be glad you did.

Bought new windshield wipers today. The sign says that they install for free. The very nice worker came out to install and went back in the store to get new connecting parts and came out saying that his boss needed him inside to help customers and he couldn’t install the wipers. He handed us the parts and blades and left. I guess once they have your money you are no longer worthy of being considered a customer. Very disappointing service. I won’t be back.

Good, we had a female worker help show us where the light is and how to install it. Obviously we knew we weren't going to a auto shop to have our car fixed but they have on their website they can help install it, and the male that checked us out freaked out when we asked for help installing it. We aren't car people but after she showed us, next time we could install it ourselves, just wish the guy at the check out wasn't so rude about it.

I was really against O'Reilly when they took over Bond Auto. But, they've changed my mind slowly over the years now. The transition was really messy, and I'm still hesitant to go to other OReilly stores but I can't say a single bad thing about this one at this point. They've dealt with my mechanics crankyness and sleep deprived confusion really well numerous times. Their inventory is well adjusted for the area, 9/10 times they have what I'm looking for or can get it faster than anyone else, even if it's for my 15+yo junkers. I love the free tool lending, that gets them star number 4 because it's an excellent service and they could rightfully charge for rentals but they don't. Star number 5 is because every time Amazon messes up, screws me over and gives me the run around, these guys bail me out, getting me the right parts faster than I can slap a return label on the sketchy internet junk I ordered. Playing online shopping roulette to save $40 just isn't worth it,

Not bad parts. Just purchased wipers and it seems like one is working better than the other. But definitely better than my older ones.

In my quest to build an automotive representation of the submarine from the 1990 spy thriller Hunt For Red October starring Sean Connery, I often find myself perusing through the the isles of my local O’Reillys. The staff there are very knowledgeable and receptive to my vision with the exception of one older gentleman named Phil; he simply does not understand my vision. He has been quite rude to me on several different occasions. I’m not mad at him, in fact I understand that his overall demeanor is most likely caused by childhood trauma and a mean wife that yells at him over stupid things like not taking out the garbage. In conclusion it is a safe space just not around Phil.

Went there on Sunday November 11, 2018. Don't know his name but the guy with the camo sweatshirt was very helpful and installed my new battery! Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts!!!!

Just changed to an O'Reilly's Auto Parts. The uniforms have changed the people are still great. Helped me find an obscure part for my 13 year old truck. Great selection of parts always in stock.
