They tried charging me $400 for a tow because they said I needed “special straps.” A bunch of BS. If you’re a woman expect to be overcharged and treated like an idiot.

They towed my girls car on 12/14 approximately 5 miles, told her bro it was timing chain. They said they ordered parts.3 weeks later they said they had to order tensioner. On 1/21 I traveled 6.5 hours to retrieve the car because it had not been worked on, after being there an hour I had the car running and my girl drove it home 84 miles to NY. Would not recommend this place to work on anyones vehicle. Very unprofessional and uncourteous. $200 charge for towing and a OBD scan, and no parts were ordered.SMFH!!!
They answered the phone immediately, arrived promptly, handled my vehicle professionally (it's an old oddball one, so that counted), treated me (a senior female) respectfully, and overall delivered exactly what I needed, when I needed it, for a reasonable fee. A little higher than local competitors but the value provided made up for it. I hope I never need them again, but will call them first if so, and recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy roadside service.
Not that great of service. Tow truck broke sidewalk in front of the car then almost ripped off the front end of our car lifting the truck bed back off the sidewalk. Took my money and didn't offer my change back to me for service. But on the bright side our car made it to the shop
Called during a normal Thursday afternoon, was at my house within 30 minutes as promised, and took my truck to my destination. Polite, friendly, professional and fast service! Highly recommend!!
Responded very quickly when we called after car wouldn't start. Jumped the battery, and quickly installed a new one after we followed them to the shop. Very friendly and professional.
I locked my keys in my car and it was almost 5 pm. I called and Hop To It came with in 5 minutes. The guy was friendly and I was thankful to be able to unlock my car and be heading home. They were great.
