I've been a fan of Alderman's Toyota for over four years now, and today's appointment only reinforced my exceptional opinion of their service department. This was not a routine service appointment, but more of an emergency visit, having to do with a sudden problem with the rear brakes. Instead of asking me to wait two weeks to bring the car in (the best a competing shop could do, and NOT an option), I was able to have the brake issue resolved quickly. A shout out to Service Manager Todd Christian who took good care of me, and personalized the experience. I'll be back!

As always, the best service was provided, from check in until checking out. This time I actually had to take advantage of their courtesy ride to where I needed to go as well. Everyone pleasant to helpful.
Quick and complete. Did not return controls to previous settings. Left the leather with dirt and fingerprints. Could have taken a few minutes to clean up after themselves
Not great. A 1 to 1 1/2 hour job to balance 4 wheels and state inspection. Spent 3 hours at dealership. Got home and noticed 2 of 4 tire valve stems were missing - all 4 were in place at time of visit. Noticed dirty finger prints on front fenders. Were clean at time of visit.
My driver's side door handle came off when I was in Rutland. Alderman's took me right away. They are always nice and always competent! They had a rental car available and my car was ready the next day. Amazing!!
When Alderman's made a mistake by not rescheduling my appointment when my tires were not going to be there in time, they offered what I thought was an extraordinary solution. They finished the other work on the car while I was waiting, and then offered to drive the 1 hour to my house the next business day, pick up my car, leave me with a loaner, get my new tires on, and deliver my car back to me. That is a total of four hours of driving for them, and I don't have to juggle my schedule for an additional appointment. THAT is how they have earned this five star review. Anybody can make a mistake, but how they handle it is really what counts, for me. Clearly, they care about keeping me as a customer. They respect MY time, and will go out of their way to accommodate. Had they insisted that I stay at the dealer all day waiting for the tires to arrive, or that I drive back to Rutland for an additional appointment, I would have switched dealers for future service appointments in a heartbeat. But this level of accommodation TOTALLY kept me as a customer. All my other dealings with Alderman's have been stellar.
They are always on top of their game- they took care of a recall that I was unaware of. The checkin is always smooth and they communicate the whole time you are in the waiting room.

He is courteous, friendly and made my experience a joyful one. The other staff I met, were friendly, caring, and efficient, both to me and to other customers, whether in-person or calling on the phone. This experience was well worth my drive from Shaftsbury. This business is a true local gem.

It was a busy day when I went in for a scheduled oil change. I had my 94 your old mother with me and had two appointments one hour after my scheduled time. Brett offered to shuttle us to the appointments in a courtesy car and went above and beyond. When we got back they prepositioned my car right near the exit door so it would be easier for my mother to get in. Great service and people make for a great experience. Thank you
Alderman’s Toyota has been the best in keeping my RAV 4 in great condition. I recently took it to have a routine maintenance done. I knew it needed more than that. They went above and beyond in informing me of everything they found, and getting it done in one day. They also gave me discounts on any things that were being offered at the time, and fixed a recall. I couldn’t ask for better service!!
As far as dealers go I find them to be pretty trustworthy and honest and they really do try hard to work for their customers… I’m in a wheelchair and don’t drive myself last year I had an electrical fault the day before a surgery and they pulled out everything to get it fixed for me including giving me a ride home and having their technician drive it back so it could get fixed. Yes you pay more at Dealerships but I actually trust them to do right by me and find the extra money worth it
Friendly staff but... Winter tires were installed with excessive pressures (8-10 psi over recommended) and one valve cap missing. Service needed light still on after service was completed.
The crew at Aldermans are courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable car care professionals! They might cost a bit more than any run of the mill repair facility but they get the job done right and right the first time!
Although this was a routine check, I was once again grateful for the personal, friendly staff. The waiting area was clean quiet, and I got a lot of work done, using WiFi.

I've been going to Alderman's Toyota for a couple years now and I have no regrets. The staff members are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their overall business. On my most recent visit, Sam was the service representative that I dealt with, and he was very pleasant and patient. I had questions that he didn't have an answer to, but he didn't send me to someone else. Instead, he went and get the answers and came back to me. Great customer service overall.
Service advisors very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. Completed additional recommended work including recall work in the same visit as my oil change and tire rotation. This saved me from having to make another appointment and drive another 30 miles from home.
Very good operation: easy to schedule service appointment; service techs are friendly, helpful, informative. On arrival for routine service, I realized I needed annual auto inspection and they fit it in.
I’ve been getting my 100 series Land Cruiser serviced here for several years now when I can’t do the work myself. They have always treated me fairly and I have been happy with their work. Worked with service agent Derek for the first time recently and he was excellent. Very well informed and took his time to review service and repair recommendations with me. I’ll keep going to Alderman’s for service and repair, and when I’m in the market for my next vehicle.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alderman's Toyota. The sales staff were very pleasant and there was no sense of pressure to buy from them. Shortly after I bought the car, there was an issue with the alternator and the service department towed the vehicle and repaired it free of charge. Very professional and I highly recommend.
Always there and ready to get you in as quick as possible. Friendly staff throughout the business. Everyone has a smile I’ve been a customer since 2018 and never been disappointed. Only business to touch my car in all that time. Very reliable!
Exceptional customer service at Alderman's Toyota Service ! Although they couldn't fix my issue on the spot, the team went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Despite their packed schedule, they promptly scheduled an appointment for the next day and even offered me a ride back to work while my car was being serviced.
