I went to in to get my battery tested and was immediately greeted by Bobby. He was friendly, professional and so helpful. He immediately took me outside to test the battery and showed me the results and gave me some options. Once I had the information I needed to make a decision, Bobby installed the new battery for me and took my old one to do whatever they do with old batteries. This process was so quick and painless. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts and I personally would like to thank Bobby, a true professional.

We stopped by on our way home from Killington Mtn with a shredded windshield wiper. I did not catch his name but on Monday morning, the person working was super helpful. We had a bit of trouble finding a wiper with the right attachment - first purchasing the wrong one despite what Google said - and he came outside to help try put it on, went back in to research and solve the issue with a new, different wiper, and then came out to check and attach it. He also helped refund the difference from the price of the first one we had purchased mistakenly. Super nice, knowledgeable, and above and beyond service to help us out.

I went in two days ago buy some cleaning products and a fan belt for my 1969 Corvette… I brought in the broken one and the gentleman had no clue how to match up a brand new belt to the old one to the point where I had to do it myself with his help… After 10 minutes of trying to match this belt with him and the fact that he had no idea what he was doing I just bought the damn thing… I spent over an hour trying to get this belt on my Corvette with my son and we both agreed that the damn thing was too small ended up bringing the Corvette mechanic and they went out and purchased two new belts from another establishment and put them on and it was done in 30 minutes… I returned that belt and the young kid that did the refund had the personality of a brick… I would suggest nobody go there

We came here for very specific emergency parts with 10 minutes notice, so we absolutely understand that they were out of the parts. With that said, they were so kind and got me connected with a local mechanic who could fix my problem AND nobody shamed me for knowing absolutely nothing about cars. Great experience, thank you!

The people that work there are very nice people and they will help you find parts for your car and if they are not able to get the part you need in the store then they will order it for you good people 👍

Needed a new car battery. Bad thing car manufacturers built the SUV so they wouldn't be able to put it in for me. They have to tear the wheel well apart to put it in. So tomorrow (Monday) I have make an appointment for the work to be done. Will cost another bunch of money. The guys at Advance Auto were great.

I broke down in Rutland, the guy that helped me was Bobby. He went above and beyond. Charged my battery and brought it out to me when it was done. Really nice guy and great service. Definitely recommend.

Went in to this place to inquire about assume seat covers. The customer service person went and got a ladder to assist us and before bringing it over to assist us, agent on to other things, abandoning and chance for a sale. Never again

Awesome place, wish it was bigger, but they are working hard with what they got. Also, get better communications. Had to wait a few minutes cause their system was down or glitchy.

Never order paint from them. Ordered a gallon of paint from their catalogs, spilt some of the paint so i had to get more. I brought the original gallon of paint to the same guy all within the same week thinking he would pull the same number he wrote on the paint can. Pretty straight foward, but nope instead I recived a different darker shade of blue, how did i find out after painting the car. Now two shades of blue. All they could do was offer the money back for the paint and an extra 200$ for labor. The store manager was a dink during it, all the paint guy had to due was run the same number not eyeball the damn paint. They cost me a weeks worth of work and easily a thousand dollar job, but hey i got 200$ for my trouble.

Ordered Steering Rack online they decided I needed 2. Thankfully was able to return 1 to the store and get my money back. My wife went into the store to get Sway Bar Linkage and Sway Bar Bushings... They told her bushings are not a thing... I took screenshot of their website which said SWAY BAR BUSHING and she showed someone else on order to get them. Both were very bad on my vehicle.

They had what I needed but I received extremely poor customer service. Ordered a battery online for store pickup. I showed up around 5:30pm the next day to get it. Quick and easy. When I asked if the employee would install it, the reply was "No. We can't do that. There's only two of us here. We can't do that." I understand when a business is busy and short staffed that some services will be limited. However, there was only one other non-employee (I would say customer, but I believe he is a friend of one of the employees) in the store. This was not the first time I've experienced something like this at this location.

My traveling companion's Honda needed a new battery after having failed us on a road trip. This shop had the battery she needed and installed it on the spot. Store hours were generous.

They have loaner tools you can get. They charge you the cost of the tool up front but it is only a deposit when you bring the tool back they give your money back. Fantastic store. Very friendly and helpful
