I just got off the phone with Tom from this store location I needed four oxygen sensors OEM that no other store had and no other store offered the help and to call other stores while I was on the phone to confirm that they had the parts available Tom offered to track down the closest store that had it put it on reserve and was able to get me in at the price that I needed to get all of these parts. Outstanding service! Napa has won a customer going forward.
Stopped in yesterday fir antifreeze, price posted $15.xx.
These unscrupulous individuals said, ohhh, we forgot to change! Not my problem!
My problem is they charged me $21.××.
Do believe it is illegal for a business to charge a different price than what is posted.
Needless to say, never again will I cross the threshold to there shady business! My $$$ will be spent at anywhere but here!

A.J., Alex and everyone there are always great Whether I’m getting oil and filters for the wife’s jeep or a water pump for an old truck. Customer service is top notch and it feels good walking in, kinda like the parts store your old man frequented back in the day.
I had an outstanding experience at the NAPA Auto Parts in Cedar Park, Texas. Thomas went above and beyond to assist me. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed, quickly gathered all the parts, and made the entire process incredibly simple. His knowledge and willingness to help made all the difference.
Before coming to NAPA, I had visited AutoZone, and I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. Unlike AutoZone, Thomas at NAPA made me feel valued as a customer and ensured I left with exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back to NAPA for any future needs—thank you, Thomas, for the excellent service! Highly recommend this location.
The people at this store is what makes this a 5 star review. The store manager is very personable and is always willing to help out. They welcome you in and thank you every time you leave. I’ll continue to do business here for many years to come.
This place has been my saving grace. Replaced my entire suspension and was using orileys for my parts until they sold me a bunch of used parts so I came here instead and they took care of me. Then my alternator went out and orileys and autozone wanted $280 + for the part… I got it from here for $158 and it’s great. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Good knowledgeable group too. Very nice and actually care.
This place is amazing. I came in for battery warranty on my 2001 tahoe. Walking in, the phones were ringing off the hooks, and there were 2 customers being helped in front of me and another in front of me. Both guys working the register were professional, Nathan acknowledged me, and processed his customers efficiently, answered the phones, and got to me within 5 minutes. David helped on complications.
I would like to say the person David is a very upstanding guy and professional with customer service and knowledge when it comes to knowing what is best for your vehicle. If you have any questions about your vehicle I advise you to go to this Napa store on 880 W Whitestone Blvd
Was told to wait while 2 employees at the counter argued over something. Waited about 3 minutes listening to them talk about something that could easily be handled after I was helped. Eventually, I just told them not to worry, and their conversation was more important than the only customer standing in front of them.
This store is tops in my book! I have shopped online and at the other parts stores. This shop knows how to treat it's customers. They made sure I was buying the right part and went into great detail to give me all the ins and outs of the difference between carburetors. This is my go-to parts store from now on. The prices are right, and the service is outstanding. Thanks AJ and Daniel.
They could not find the part we ordered. They said it was a mess in the back room. We don't normally post negative reviews, but this happened twice to us already. The first time, we needed the part badly. We could have ordered through another vendor and gotten the part by then.
Great experience. Manager, Walter, went the extra mile to insure i got the right part for my 2004 Buick Century. When the mechanic I was using claimed the part was wrong, Walter did further research and then installed the trunk lift supports himself, proving the parts he sold me were the correct ones. Can't thank him and NAPA enough. They have all my future business.
Way better than the "Zone" alternative! The employee at the counter helped each customer find exactly what they needed even though they were slammed with people trying to do things over the weekend. I can respect the counter guy's ability to deal with so many people lining up quickly and efficiently.
This store is amazing. Their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me find a part that I couldn't find ANYWHERE else. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing actual customer service.
So, I received the flyer with all the discounts and I went shopping just to find out that the item i wanted did not make it to the store. One sales man try to help me, even check other stores to see if they have this item available but, told me that this particular item did not make it to any of the stores?????? Man I don't normally buy at this stores brand but I though they deserve a chance. Just to find out i just need to keep buying where I normally buy...... Good luck to you, if try to buy the items that they have on sale!!!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever had!! My husband and I bought a new key fob for my husband’s truck which was $120 dollars. We ordered it and picked it up when it came in. We looked at the directions which only had 2 things(plug in the device and hold the unlock/lock button together to program). After trying it 3 times and it not working I decided to take it back to get another one. When I walked in to ask for another one the guy at the desk asked what I needed. I told him what happened and that I would like to get another one since this one didn’t work and he said “ I’m not trying to offend you but we don’t ever have issues with these and we sell a lot of them so maybe you didn’t do it right” I told him that there is only two things you do and it doesn’t work. He said I would have to come back because he can’t do anything without the manager. I said okay and said that we would be back. Well my husband went up there two days later and before my husband got to the counter he said “oh your the guy with the key fob” which my husband responded “yes, I would like to get another one”. The guy responded and said “no, I’m just going to give you your money back“. My husband said “but I would like to try another one since this one could be a lemon “ and he was just saying “no we are just going to give you your money back” My husband asked him if he was the owner which he wasn’t and said how do you think the owner would feel if they knew you were turning a customer away and telling me that I’m at fault for not being able to make this work! The guy just looked at my husband and finished refunding his money.
As my husband turned to leave he was approached by the manager but by this point my husband was so irritated that he just left.
I will never shop here again and will definitely tell anyone I know this place is not worth being disrespected and insulted!!
My battery was dead and husband out of town. Howard at NAPA in Cedar Park explained how to change the battery, even told me the wrench and socket sizes I would need! I was able to change it myself with his expert advice. I would say that’s awesome customer service. Highly recommend this store.
I have been to the store in Cedar Park quite a bit now and have always have had a great experience. Employees all are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. They also do not try and upsell me on something that I do not need.
