Excellent service here! Very friendly shop and front desk gentleman explained everything very throughly. Had two chips on my windshield with a bit of an interesting situation. Had another shop immediately turn me around when they saw the two chips. LPAG-CP was able to get me in and fix the two chips in 20 mins. Very thankful for their service and will recommend and come back if needed. Thank you
Replaced a windshield. They were very responsive and quick to do the job. However, after installation of non-OEM glass there is a gap at the bottom. They were trying to fix it but couldn’t get rid of it. Also VIN is now partially covered.
Upd. The issue was resolved. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication! Recommend.
First time coming here! I made a phone call to see the availability and the quote. The price was $70 flat for about quarter coin 🪙 size chipping. He told me that he cannot completely make it clear before working and I saw the result and it was as similar to what I saw before fixing. The chipping on my windshield is a quite old one but now at least shielded from growing. I got to see that there’s limitation for the oldness of chipping. If you get something, bring it to the reaping store sooner so the result will be better. The staff was very quick and friendly. If I have to replace my windshield I’ll come back here tho.
Brent and Brent provided unmatched level of customer service. Seriously went above and beyond. My vehicle required a unique windshield and they helped me figure out how to find it. My vehicle needed mechanic repairs in addition to the windshield. Brent and Brent helped schedule repairs with my mechanical shop! Truly thankful.
I had a great experience with these guys. My Kia Soul got broken into 2 days ago - the perpetrators broke the rear passenger door window. I spent part of yesterday calling around for repair quotes. Brent was super helpful, friendly and patient - I called him several (3 or 4) times asking for the quote and follow-on questions. He gave me a quote over the phone, verified the part was in-house, and offered several schedule times to choose from for the next day. I called around and got other quotes; one was lower, all the rest were higher. These guys were recommended by ER Automotive and also had good reviews and, since Brent was so helpful and responsive, I chose them. They got started immediately after I arrived for my appointment. The waiting room was quiet and comfortable so I got to work while I waited. Took a bit over an hour, around the ballpark Brent estimated. And the final bill was exactly what Brent quoted me. When I first got in the car to leave I noticed some bits of glass still on the front passenger seat & center cup-holder so I asked Brent if they could clean it out and he was very nice and hopped right on it. It takes several sets of eyes to spot all the glass debris left when someone smashes a window - the shards go EVERYWHERE. Brent did additional cleanup and double-checked everywhere he could. So I am very thankful.
The only bummer was totally my fault - I used really strong duct tape on my Kia's very old paint job to secure the temporary plastic (the last 2 days it rained a LOT). When they took off the duct tape, some spots of paint came off the door. But that wasn't their fault; it was mine. I should have used painter's tape. Lesson learned.

Before placing the order, I had several questions for Brent about the process and the part, and he answered each one patiently. I also mentioned to Brent that my car was very new, and I was concerned about any potential scratches or marks inside or out. 10/10 Would recommend! I came in expecting to need a windshield patch, but the tech informed me that the repair had already been done and was just missing the pit filler. He applied the filler for free and took the time to explain what to look when determining structural vs cosmetic damage. Super helpful and honest service!

I can’t say enough about these guys. I called last Friday and asked for a quote to replace the windshield in my Toyota Tundra. They ended up being quite a bit less than the other two companies I called. I told the guy on the phone the year and model of my vehicle and he said he had the windshield in stock and set me up an appointment for Monday morning at 8:30. I showed up at 8:33 and I was out of there at 9:05 with a beautiful new windshield. I’ll be back if I ever need another one replaced.

If you have a high insurance deductible like me, definitely worth checking this place out and skipping the insurance altogether. My boyfriend and I have both gotten new windshields here for much less than our deductibles. They are super fast with ordering and installing, great customer service and even move all stickers over to your new windshield. Very happy with my experience here.

Like many others, my car's windshield got damaged by the hail storm at the end of September and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment last week and today, I brought my car in shortly after 12pm to have it taken care of. The efficiency of the place is quite impressive; from the moment I walked in until I drove off, the entire process took less than an hour, and the job, from what I can tell, is pretty darn good. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and the price. While I would not want to have my car's windshield replaced again (It would mean something bad must have happened 😅), for those who need it, I will recommend Low Price Auto Glass of Cedar Park without hesitation.
Nicest and most helpful people in the office. They do the BEST work and are truly LOW COST and high quality. I have used them for my company to replace 5 commercial windshields, 1 personal windshield, and I will not go anywhere else. I simply call for availability and if they have material in-stock they usually get me in within a day or sooner. If they don't have material in-stock they get it quickly. PLUS they repair rock chips on new windshields for 1 year!! Professional, helpful, honest, and affordable...all great qualities and a company I hope stays around for a long time. They have all of my business and I refer them to everyone I know.
This has been the worst week of my entire life and to top it off I backed into a low hanging limb shattering my window. I had 3 dogs in the car with me one who isn’t the most friendly with people. These amazing gentlemen not only had my window in stock they got me in within the hour AND set me up in the waiting room behind a closed door so that my dogs were not stressed. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and I couldn’t be more grateful. This is just one less disaster for me to worry about
Until someone refer I didn’t know that windshield prices are less. I changed for my 2011 car so easily. Better call them upfront and enquiry about the windshield availability. Schedule your appointment first in the morning without delay they will replace in 30 minutes. I am very happy with their service.
While replacing my front window they cracked the dashboard and put a hole in the middle of the center dash AC vent. In addition, scratch marks were also on the inside by the upper window. The manager response was that the dashboard was already cracked – it was NOT. The manager said that he was responsible for the hole but not the crack. I was told to go and get the hole fixed but they were not responsible for anything else. How do you fix a hole in a center dash AC vent? The entire section will need to get replaced. As I stated NO cracks were in my center dash AC vent.
I have had two vehicles windows repaired here and the experience has been supurb every time. The first time they came to my house at an appointed time and the second was a drop off. Each time the prices were fair and the turn around time was quick. This will be my go to spot on future cracks and car window replacements.
