The lady who took the phone was super cool, she gave the price right away, pretty straightforward to work it. The driver made a courtesy call, super accurate with his ETA. Take care of my dad. I recommend 100%
My daughter's car was dead in a parking garage. Scott came in less than 10 minutes. He beautifully disassembled shifter and put car in neutral and coasted the car down three flights of parking garage and got it loaded on truck in no time. Whole experience from woman who answered the phone to Scott taking payment and driving away was so stress relieving. 10 out of 10!
Don has been our mechanic for over 8yrs., but, I don't know if he's still in business, been trying to reach each for services. Is he still in business?
They were kind and courteous. They took care of our car. However, if you ever have to have your car towed by them, if you can, get your registration before they tow the car. They need this before its released and they don't go to the car to get it. It'll save you time and money to get it before the tow.
Trash company. My car broke down I went to have a company pick it up not even a hour later... when they went to go get it it wasn't there because these guys took it without it being tagged or anything got to love money hungry companies like this one
Wrecker driver spent time to help my daughter get into her running and locked truck in walmart parking lot a couple days ago. He was diligent and careful with the truck and got her in!! Great fella!!
If i could leave a review with 0 starts I would. I have never spoken with someone so nasty as Jillian when I called. She was rude, nasty and all out uncooperative. I do not care how busy she is she does not get to speak with people in that manner in a customer service role. My suggestion would be to make sure she gets some sort of training on how to speak with people. I was so insulted with her attitude there was 0 reason for it.
They took my bike for safe keeping from the accident scene and security until the insurance adjuster could pick it up for evaluation. Friendly staff helped my wife to pick up my tool kit.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would had the OWNER Carol give me a quote the day before and agreed on a price to later receive a call by rude dispatcher claiming to be the manager very rudely saying they won’t honor the price and wanted to charge me a lot more because they were short staff and my business wasn’t worth it for them. Carol then called me and instead of fixing the issue continue to argue with no solution. Very unprofessional lost all morning waiting for them

I want to give 0 star. I booked my car towed one day before. The driver never came and the office lady never followed my up even I called the office twice. Customer service is bad. Don't want to recommend this shop sincerely.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! We were in an emergency situation with our work truck stuck in the mud at the lake. They were prompt to answer my call and send someone out to help. They texted when they were on the way. They showed up and got us out very quickly. Brandon and his helper were super friendly and their rates were very fair. I highly recommend them and will only use them going forward! Thanks guys! You saved the day!!
Really appreciate the kindness from our driver who towed our vehicle from the accident site. Additionally, the receptionist was super helpful and gave great information in regards to next steps.
My fiancé’s car broke down and she gave Orr’s a call. She said they person who answered was very helpful and someone would be there shortly. It’s under 20 degrees out and with my luck, I wasn’t expecting someone very quickly. Sure enough, David showed up promptly, pointed out and issue with it (probably the cause of the breakdown) and even put it my driveway. Thanks y’all for the assist! I've dealt with a few tow yards in the past and rarely was it a pleasant experience. Tonight I had to get a car out of impound at Orr towing, and the guy that helped us, I feel bad I can't remember his name..he also was the driver that towed the car the night before, but he was extremely helpful and straightforward. No BS. Super nice guy. Wasn't looking forward to dealing with the situation at all, but he made it as quick and painless as it could've possibly been. Thanks again!
My car was towed here after my accident. The dispatch lady and the guy from the yard where both very kind. They helped through the process on there end. The place was kinda hard to find but the dispatch lady has got you when you need directions 👍.
Totally got bad the best experience with this company. I called 3 others before them, and each person refused to assist or care about my situation. The receptionist at Orr Wrecker was awesome and so were the drivers! 5 stars
Best towing company ever! I have lived everywhere and had many cars break down. I hate tow companies. But this one stands out and it deserves to be recognized. The driver Chris is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly funny and tries to make your day better. Hes also incredibly knowledgeable, Explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. You would never expect a tow truck driver to be so humble and polite. And the lady on the phone was so sweet. My insurance told me that they wouldn't be able to have someone out to me for 4 hours!!!! My friend had given me ORR's card And they had there driver to me in 20 minutes! I honestly can't say enough good things about the driver or the company in self! We will never use anyone else!!! Ty Chris you made our day :)

I had a great first experience with this company! They charged us a fair price, and the driver (Chris) was down to earth, friendly, and professional. We plan to use them again should we ever need it.
Driver is soooo rude. Refuses to move his truck while blocking me in. He is forcing me to wait while he figures out how to load the car in a busy shopping parking lot. It would have been okay if he was nice about it to start with.
I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves kudos. When I called Toyota Roadside Assistance super early this morning (5 a.m.) for help with a flat tire they were not able to locate anyone in their database to help, so they gave me 3 companies to contact, one of which was ORR Wrecking and Towing. So of course I Googled ORR and saw they were out of Cedar Park which was my location. When I called the operator was very helpful and sent out a truck immediately. The truck showed up after about 20 minutes and the driver was awesome.! I was already having a bad day not being able to get to work, so it was refreshing that the driver had a sense of humor and made me feel better about the situation. Turns out he is a Marine veteran. Thank you Orr for employing our veterans and the awesome customer service!!!
Very disappointed in them. I had a flat with no spare this morning. Called my insurance emergency roadside and they said the earliest they could get someone to me was 3 hours. I was fine with this. They set up Orr to come out to me and after 2.5 hours of waiting, they called and cancelled. They told me they were too busy to assist me today but told my insurance company it was flooding where they were and it wasn't safe to come out. My vehicle was 5.3 miles from their location and it was not flooded, at that time it hadn't even rained. If they didn't want to help, which is what it sounds like to me, they could have just cancelled immediately and saved me 4 hours of my day (2.5 hrs waiting on them and another 1.5 waiting for another company). Definitely made sure my insurance company never sends them my way again.
