Had four tow truck companies come and say they can’t do it as it was in a low clearance garage.
These guys came and got very creative to get it out. Super nice people and very appreciative of their help.
Progressive Roadside Assistance tried to connect me to 2 other tow companies who couldn’t help me. Got connected to M&A and he reassured me he would be able to help and he delivered excellent service and follow up. 10/10 Recommend.
A joke of a business, waited over 2 hours for these guys. Every 30 mins they would say they would be here in 30 mins. They wouldn’t even pick up the phone when I called to see where they were at. Dishonest and truly unprofessional.
Worst towing experience. Took over 3 hours to show up, lied several times about when their truck would be here, and wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to check. Took 3 hours and every 20-30 minutes I was told “20 more minutes”. The driver I spoke to was rude and told me he hadn’t even looked at how far he was when he told me “20 more minutes”. Would have rather towed the car myself.
I had a great experience using MA for a tow today. The driver communicated the timeline clearly and was always staying in touch on his way over. He took great care of my car during the tow and I felt comfortable working with him. Good experience and I would recommend.
I am a Turo host based out of Houston, TX. My renter had gotten flat on one of my vehicles while they were in Austin and Turo roadside assistance had sent out these guys to get my car back over here. Ahmed went above and beyond to create great communication throughout the trip and a pleasant attitude regardless of the drive he had to make all the way down here. Great experience overall 10/10 service.
Horrible business. Waited 3 hours just for them to cancel my service call. They didn't even bother to call me or tell me why. Avoid using them if your insurance calls them.
Took 4 hours to show up, I ended up riding in my truck on the flatbed from Hutto to Thrall, then we arrived at the service providers, the tow truck driver had me drive it off the tow truck! Rude & dishonest people, very sketchy !
