Stay away from them. They handled a tow across the street from my home and broke my mailbox in the process. We captured everything on camera and when calling Mr. Rikabi to inform him, he chose to argue and hang up on me.
There’s plenty of tows out there. Do you really want to trust him with your vehicle when he can’t even take responsibility when the evidence is there?
Had to get a tow through my insurance so I could get my car to my mechanic appointment, once the request was sent out this company took the job but then called my personal number to pitch their repair services. I told them I didn't need that, just the tow to get to my already made appointment. They cancelled my tow and made my 30 minute wait an hour long. Incredibly unprofessional.
MYJ Towing is the best. Mustafa was INCREDIBLY helpful when my wife's car stalled in morning rush hour traffic. He not only got there quickly, he offered his expertise on what was causing the problem.
He was super responsive and exceeded my expectations on assistance.
I’m so overjoyed with the service I received words can’t describe them. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guy’s name but he was super helpful, nice and informative. I LOVE meeting people like him! Thanks to him I don’t have to worry about replacing my car battery because I had been having trouble with it. He fixed it and now my battery is fine. I can’t say thanks enough! God bless him! They have a loyal customer for life with me!
I had a flat tire and Mustafa was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We got the tire patched and I was able to get it resolved with minimal impact and low stress. It was a great experience working with him!

He took my car on a long transport (at a great rate) and I am so grateful! I had a transmission failure and he even brought the car up from the road because the overhang on my trees would have scratched the car. Amazing! A++ service and delivery!
I just used MJY towing to move my SUV to a local mechanic. Mustafa was very nice and professional. He was able to efficiently get my car (that won't even start) on his truck bed and delivered it faster than I anticipated. Flawless service, highly recommend!!!!
I don’t know if my last review was posted or not but I will write another one because MJY Towing is definitely THE BEST towing service in town if I could give them 100 stars I would! It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs roadside assistance It was the best experience I’ve had in the last two days dealing with my insurance company and having J & J towing tow my car THEY ARE THE WORST company in town I would write a review but then I would have to give them a star don’t ever use them! MJY Towing is absolutely the top #1 towing company!!!!
