My mom change the car , she parked the new one in front of the office till the next morning to replace the information, after 12 am they tow it , they charge $321
Had these guys tow a project vehicle of mines last night from Austin to Red Rock. Dispatch was clear and on point. The driver (Kenneth), was also on his A-game. The vehicle was in somewhat of a tough parking spot to retrieve it from but he was able to get it out and loaded onto the flat-bed without incident. This wrecker company is about there business. Arrival time was spot on. Service was outstanding. This is a "no fuss no muss" type establishment and that's what I like. Straight forward, and to the point, while offered at a budget friendly price no less. Money very well spent. I'd absolutely highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. Give 'em a call. You'll be glad you did -
The customer service department was very friendly and fast in getting me an estimate price and was exact same estimate paid. The tow guy personal showed up fast and didn’t hesitate to give information on all aspects of the tow, plus advice on additional things mechanically. Over all Great service! A+
Just Wow. Customer service is poor just about everywhere these days, but not at Eagle Towing. Late on a Sunday, these folks came thru promptly and professionally. I could not be more pleased with the service, and I’ll recommend them at every opportunity. Thanks in particular to Stephen for going above and beyond!
Had a far better experience than could meet my expectations. I called for a tow and received a fair price for the job/distance. ($150) The driver (Chris I believe) was extremely friendly coordinating the complex situation that arose while moving the vehicle. He took excellent care on a car that quite honestly didn't deserve such delicate treatment. I really appreciated their willingness to offer us a ride with the truck to the destination. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about how to handle a car with no front tire! From the dispatch call, to the driver, everything was handled with transparency and respect. I couldn't have asked for better business considering the challenge that came up during the towing process (my fault). They were understanding and helped resolve my needs with professionalism. While traveling from Kansas City to South Texas in our old 1989 RV we ran into some mechanical issues and got stranded on the side of the highway. I called dozens of people trying to get assistance and kept getting the run around because of the size of our RV and stipulations of us being broke down on a toll road. But after I called Austin Towing Company and spoke to Stephanie she eased my worries. She was the only company I spoke to that not only could help me get towed but also was generous enough to help us try to figure out a place to get it towed to since we are not from here.. Luckily my boyfriend is pretty handy and was able to diagnose and after getting a ride to an auto parts store was able to fix the issue so we didn't actually need to use your services but I give 5+ stars for your generosity and customer service. Thank you again Stephanie for all of your help today!!
This was my 2nd time having to call a tow truck to my rescue .. I can't begin to tell you that these folks know what it takes to make it in this world..CUSTOMER SERVICE from my dispatcher Brittany , very knowledgable , and took care of me from start to finish with a follow up call just to make sure I made it and was taken care of.. now that's what I call " Texas friendly ". And my tow truck operator was right on time, and just as professional, and very genuine. He made me feel safe and made sure that I was out of danger right away. update ur website. i have a flat and they wanna charge me a crazy amount just to get it towed down the street. keep in mind it says tire changes on their website. i asked a simple question and was givin attitude. $160 for a 4 min tow is crazy. save your money go elsewhere.
Brittany is the nicest lady to deal with 10 out of 10. The response time to get a loaded flatbed picked up and taken back to there yard was 10 out of 10. The tow truck driver himself was super professional and did a great job 10/10...

The customer services was good and quick, however the driver Michael was just plain rude to me. He was agitated and yelling at me, at one point telling me to keep quiet. If I am to pay $400 for a tow the least is to be nice to me.
Overall good experience. Had a flat tire and needed to have our car towed. They answered the phone the first time we called and the price they quoted was what they paid. Driver was super nice and professional.
I needed to have my car towed a very short distance. I really felt the situation was difficult and wasn't feeling very positive. Called and spoke with Erin who was amazing and made me feel so much better. Set up a time and Woody came out to tow the car. Timely, personable, professional, he was great. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend!
We had an unfortunate event where the vehicle my husband was driving slid off a low water crossing into a creek. The vehicle was 3/4 submerged. We called Austin Towing Company and Rodrick arrived quickly. It wasn’t an easy extraction and required swimming in very cold water. Rodrick calmly assessed the situation, dove in and was able to make the recovery. If I could give Rodrick 10-stars, I would! I highly recommend Austin Towing for their professionalism, quick response and Rodrick’s kindness. Thank you!!

I run my own business and clearly recognize and greatly value service that aims to solve problems thoroughly and well. My experience with Austin Towing Company and in particular Trey is a good example of this. He spent additional time, energy and care to move an unusual object with great personal value from a difficult location. He did this in the heat, without complaint and without pause until it was managed. It was an exemplary effort that indicates a culture in the business that takes pride in their work, holds people in high regard and is fair in business practices. I don't move things often, but I will call on them in the future when I do.
Had a unique issue with a boat delivery and needed to move two boats off of a flat bed semi and put them onto an actual boat trailer. Called a couple of other companies and they refused. Woody came out, assessed the situation and got it done with no problems. Definitely knows what he is doing! Saved me time and money! I had called 360 towing before I called Austin towing company, 360 had me wait 45 minutes until I had to call back just to hear it’s going to be another hour and a half to get to me. They charged me a 59 dollar service fee before the actual service was provided I canceled their service but they said they will still charge me the service fee so the got a big f-you
Calling Austin towing was fast and simple the driver was there within 20 minutes or so and they did not charge till service was complete woody was my driver and he was excellent I will always recommend this towing company 5 out of 5
There is NOBODY ELSE in Austin that I’d call for hauling needs than “Woody” Sizemore. We had a VERY challenging undertaking in that we needed our 48’ brand new, custom food trailer brought down a tight alleyway and then careful positioned inside a fenced in patio. The job required patience, precision and someone with tremendous experience. Woody came out in advance to see where another another towing company had left our trailer, and strategized how he would be able to get our vehicle exactly where we were needing it. He brought top of the line equipment to do the job and was very professional both times we needed him over the course of the week.
I could write a novel as to the bind we were in before meeting Woody, but he got us out of the jam and we are now in a position to be successful with our business. He has a genuine desire to help those in need, and can really work wonders in the most dire of situations. You will be hard pressed to find a more experienced driver!
Wow what terrible phone etiquette. I am surprised they are still in business. Update...The owner must be mistaken. At no time was I confrontational. I asked them to come to my place of business to remove a car that was abandoned. He said no and put down the phone on me without having the decency to explain why or even offer an alternative. That would have been good customer service but I guess this business is does not know this.
Called almost an hour ago. Was told a wrecker would be dispatched to my location “right away”. Chose this service because of the “no delay” claims on their website. 20 minutes ago I called to see what the deal is and they said they should have someone out in 15 minutes. If I had known I was going to spend an hour sitting on a residential street, I would have called someone else. It doesn’t seem like this company wants your business.
WOW!!! Woody Sizemore was so awesome - he told me he could get a small truck wrecker into an underground garage to deliver a wrecked car for me. His expertise in the handling of his equipment is amazing and if I EVER need service again, I guarantee, I will call these people! He kept in touch every step of the way so I didn't have to wonder where they were. Thanks to Jeff, too, who worked magic on that same vehicle to wriggle it out of the tight space it was in, in the first place. Woody made me feel like a valued person right from the start, and for that, I greatly appreciate.
Always using ATC from now on!! I was stranded in the center of town at 8pm when I called them, and an older gentleman sent one of his drivers down to me from where he lived in Round Rock. Even though it took him half an hour to get to me, they only charged me $200 flat to tow my car up to the arboretum AND drop me off at home afterward. It was out of their way, but they didn't want to leave me stranded, so they made it work. Brian with Eagle Towing (a sub-company or partner?) came to get me and was very friendly and really knew his stuff. He'd been towing since he was 15 so he took care of everythig smoothly and quickly. Thank you so much for amazing service and going the extra mile!!!
Got a flat on the toll portion of North MoPac around rush hour and after trying and failing to get roadside assistance through my insurance I called Austin Towing. The original estimate that they gave me to get someone out was around 60-90 minutes so I said "no, thank you" and kept calling around. Well, just as I had given up on getting towed in under an hour, they called me back to see if I had been helped yet. A truck had just come free 5 minutes away from my location and they came to pick me up right away. The driver Brian was friendly, kind, efficient and funny which is appreciated in the situation. The cost for around a 3 mile tow, at rush hour, with some toll road charges was around $100. Give these guys a call if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a tow.
My car had stalled on a busy frontage road in Austin when Woody pulled up in front of me. He asked me if someone was headed out to help me and I explained that I just got off the phone with roadside assistance. He was happy to hear that, but didn’t like that I was sitting in a dangerous spot, so he told me to get in his truck so he could move my car to the nearest parking lot while I waited on help. He didn’t ask for any money, he just wanted to make sure I was safe. I’ve never gotten that kind of help and kindness from any towing company and I could not have been more appreciative. I will be calling here from now on!
My tow truck service was excellent, i had Mark and he did an outstanding job from the time he was on his way, he kept me well informed all the way until he arrived. Wasted no time in getting me hooked up and where i needed to be, keeps his vehicle clean and well maintained. Very professional nice guy just doing his job to the best of his ability. Highly recommend these guys if you're ever in a tight spot. Keep up the good work.
Amazing experience our driver was Gilbert he definitely is the man. We needed to get to a shop that was closing less then an hour and he got us there fast. He was reliable and friendly. If ever need a tow (which I hope I won't) call them and ask for Gilbert
Wow! We reached out to these guys with a short notice requirement, and he showed up within the first hour of their window. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes with a fantastic price (even less than the quote!). They're call the Best for a reason!!
