Fast and efficient! One of my work trucks got stuck in the mud and these guys were there in 30 minutes. Not to mention very reasonably priced compared to his competitors that wanted to charge double and triple for an easy job.
You guys are a life savers, my front left tire rod broke on my way home. My son and I were stuck on the side of the road I called and y’all had someone there within 45 minutes, our driver stayed late for one last tow on his way home. Very nice fast and professional service 10 out of 10 stars
Hands down the best! Had new tires put on my car not two weeks prior, of course this is the quickest way to attract screws, nails and other road debrisrear left tire went completely flat from a puncture. Called Tx Towing, they arrived within 20 mins and got me to the nearest Discount Tire in record time. Even had great conversation on the drive there. I simply can't recommend them enough! Excellent service all around! The tow truck driver was there 10 min earlier than expected and the only towers nearby that had a 30 min wait vs 2hrs like everyone else. I believe our tow truck driver's name was Johnny and he was an absolute professional. Definitely recommend them for emergency tow services.
I am so happy the original tow shop I scheduled ghosted me because it led me here where they answered, provided great communication, and were on site within 30 minutes to help. I can call this company my superhero today I have called about six towing companies. I was stuck at Austin Berks airport since 1:30 AM about nine today June 3. I called TX towing with I can say less than 10 to 20 minutes they were there prompt not expensive Professional came right on and hook me up and took me home God forbid if I ever need towing again, but this is the company I will call Thank you you’re the best I give it five thumbs up five times so that’s 20 stars
Great experience! Our car was stranded in a parking garage with low ceilings. We called many other places that did not have a tow truck that could fit the low clearance, but TX Towing was able to take care of it with ease. Highly recommend them! Thank you!

Texas Towing is outstanding! I used them for a 2nd time & they did a good job of towing my car and arrived quickly. Their prices was the best if 3 places I called. This was the easiest tow I’ve ever scheduled. I called and Joe answered on the first ring. He told me when he could pick up the car (and he was right on time). I texted the pickup and delivery addresses, and he called when the job was completed. Joe was professional and friendly. I will definitely use his service again.

Tried to contact this company twice. Was told the guy would call me right back. He didn’t, so I text him (he also asked for a picture of the vehicle in question). Sent the info, said they could get it done same day, tried to arrange a time - no answer. Pretty much the same thing happened the next week when I contacted again.

Joe and Mark were both super friendly and professional! Joe stayed in contact with me for over three weeks until I could find my title and get my car cleaned out. They gave me a good deal too! Highly recommend if you’re getting rid of an old vehicle.

I *tried* to use this business to get my car towed from my house to the nearest Ford dealership to get a new tire + new set of locking lug nuts for my wheels. I mentioned a few times that my car HAD to be at the dealership BY NOON today. Whoever I talked to said that wouldn’t be an issue and that they would probably get to my place early and would have it at the dealership early. I called on Wednesday (today is a Friday) to set up my appointment, to make sure I had it set up in advanced. He told me the day off my appt, I could expect a call between 10:30-11am, which sounded perfect. After that time came and went with hearing nothing today, I called multiple times to absolutely no answer. I have left a message. Still no call. It’s now almost 4:00pm. 5 hours after they were supposed to be here. 4 hours since my car should have been at the dealership. I’m incredibly frustrated and annoyed. I picked this place, because of how many 5 star reviews it has. Must be writing them themselves, because this was beyond disappointing and a waste of my time to sit around waiting for them. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Call any other place first.
While stranded on the side of the freeway, I started reading reviews posted online from customers who had been in similar situations and TX Towing Service was right at the top of the list. My driver was Martin and his courteous and professional manner was greatly appreciated during this stressful and unwelcome incident. We needed to get rid of our inoperable 96 Honda civic urgently. These guys not only got back to me quickly, but were able to send someone out within 2 hours of the call and paid a decent amount considering we had lost the title. I would definitely use them again, they were a huge help.
I had two tires bust on my driver side. I called and they got some dispatched immediately. The driver Abraham got to me in a timely manner and was very assisting with getting my car to the proper place to be fixed. Definitely would recommend!
